晶格振动的次近邻相互作用

Memristive crossbar arrays(MCAs)offer parallel data storage and processing for energy-efficient neuromorphic ***,most wafer-scale MCAs that are compatible with complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor(CMOS)technology still suffer from substantially larger energy consumption than biological synapses,due to the slow kinetics of forming conductive paths inside the memristive *** we report wafer-scale Ag_(2)S-based MCAs realized using CMOS-compatible processes at temperatures below 160℃.Ag_(2)S electrolytes supply highly mobile Ag+ions,and provide the Ag/Ag_(2)S interface with low silver nucleation barrier to form silver filaments at low energy *** further enhancing Ag+migration in Ag_(2)S electrolytes via microstructure modulation,the integrated memristors exhibit a record low threshold of approximately−0.1 V,and demonstrate ultra-low switching-energies reaching femtojoule values as observed in biological *** low-temperature process also enables MCA integration on polyimide substrates for applications in flexible ***,the intrinsic nonidealities of the memristive units for deep learning can be compensated by employing an advanced training *** impressive accuracy of 92.6%in image recognition simulations is demonstrated with the MCAs after the *** demonstrated MCAs provide a promising device option for neuromorphic computing with ultra-high energy-efficiency.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the dynamics of Bohr almost periodic and Levitan almost periodic Hamiltonian systems via the weak KAM theory. We obtain minimal measures and weak KAM solutions in both cases. The weak KAM solution is a weak solution to the Hamilton-Jacobi equation, which formally transforms the original Hamiltonian systems into an integrable one. Consequently, we get the existence of an invariant torus in the aforementioned weak sense.

领导情境因素对于员工创新有着重要影响,领导积极反馈和消极反馈在影响员工创新绩效过程中发挥着不同作用。为在同一框架下揭示这种差异性作用,本文在趋近-回避理论框架下构建了两类领导反馈对员工创新绩效影响的综合模型,首先考察了员工趋近-回避工作重塑的平行中介作用,然后结合自我决定理论考察了员工的绩效趋近-回避目标导向在其中发挥的调节作用。通过对230名科技员工的三阶段数据分析,本文发现:领导积极反馈通过提升员工趋近型重塑促进员工创新绩效,领导消极反馈通过员工回避型重塑抑制员工创新绩效;绩效趋近目标导向在领导积极反馈通过趋近重塑影响创新绩效中具有互补效应,而绩效回避目标导向在领导消极反馈通过回避重塑影响创新绩效中具有强化效应。本文针对两类领导反馈影响创新绩效的差异作用给出了整合性的解释,打开了领导反馈影响创新的行为过程性“黑箱”,同时也为管理者如何审慎、合理利用两种领导反馈以促进员工创新提供一定启发。

Based on the standard k-ε turbulence model and the RANS equations, thefinite volume method and the SIMPLE algorithm were adopted to carry out the three-dimensionalviscous numerical simulation of the internal flow within a vortex pump in double reference *** to the results of numerical simulation, the internal flow in the vortex pump was analyzed,and the calculated results of blade surface pressure of the impeller were compared withexperimental results. The maximum relative error is 6.6% between calculated value and experimentalvalue of the pump head under operation conditions.

Application of Self-inhaling Internal Cooling Wheel in Vertical Surface Grinding

There is less research on vertical sculptured grinding technology. Especially in high vertical surface grinding process with the cup abrasive wheel, the thermal damage is prone to happen and undermine the grinding surface integrity. This problem limits to improve the grinding efficiency and the grinding ratio greatly. Through the analysis of vertical surface grinding process and features in depth, this paper revealed the inherent mechanism of higher grinding temperature in the process of vertical sculptured grinding using the cup wheel. Based on the previous research achievements, the grinding experiments on TC4 （Ti-6A1-4V） and GH4169 are carried out utilizing the self-inhaling internal cooling wheel. The experimental results show that the self-inhaling internal cooling wheel can efficiently reduce the grinding surface temperature. Moreover, the inherent mechanism of reducing the grinding temperature using the internal cooling method is revealed. Meanwhile, under the same grinding conditions, the grinding ratio during the experiments on GH4169 using self-inhaling internal cooling method is about 3 times as high as using conventional external cooling method. And the grinding forces can be reduced by about 20%. This research revealed the inherent mechanism of higher grinding temperature in the process of vertical sculptured grinding using the cup wheel, which provides theoretical basis for the design and application of self-inhaling internal cooling wheel. At the same time, an efficient and non-invasive surface grinding method of TC4 and GH4169 is presented.
