In the parabolic and quasi-linear approximations,a theoretical description for the acoustical parametric field from a focusing source after inserting a sample is derived by using superposition method of Gaussain *** model takes into consideration of attenuation,diffraction and nonlinear *** numerical computations of the axial sound pressure amplitude curves for the difference frequency sound after insertion of a sample are *** results indicate that this new model can be extended to measure or image the nonlinear parameter in the focused field.

Correlation analysis and processing of massive medical information can be implemented through big data technology to find the relevance of different factors in the life cycle of a disease and to provide the basis for scientific research and clinical practice. This paper explores the concept of constructing a big medical data platform and introduces the clinical model construction. Medical data can be collected and consolidated by distributed computing technology. Through analysis technology, such as artificial neural network and grey model, a medical model can be built. Big data analysis, such as Hadoop, can be used to construct early prediction and intervention models as well as clinical decision-making model for specialist and special disease clinics. It establishes a new model for common clinical research for specialist and special disease clinics.

Xanthomonas oryzae ***（Xoc） causes a destructive bacterial leaf streak disease in *** of the gene products annotated as hypothetical proteins in the genome of Xoc may contribute to its virulence in rice.A mutant,Mxoc1679,screened from our previous Tn5-tagged mutant library for Xoc strain RS105,showed reduced virulence in *** this mutant,a gene named as Xoryp_08180 was disrupted by Tn5 ***_08180 encodes a 1 306-aa hypothetical protein which is highly conserved in Xanthomonas ***-polar mutation of Xoryp_08180 in RS105 strain led to a significant reduction in bacterial virulence and growth in rice,a delayed hypersensitive response（HR） in non-host tobacco,and a decrease in extracellular protease *** deficiencies above were restored to wild-type level in the complementary strain by expressing Xoryp_08180 in *** addition,the expression of Xoryp_08180 was repressed in hrpG and hrpX mutants in planta but not in a nutrient-rich *** results suggested that Xoryp_08180 is a virulence factor required for extracellular protease production,HR induction and full virulence of Xoc.

An expansion theory of spherical cavities in strain-softening materials with different moduli of tension and com-pression was presented. For geomaterials,two controlling parameters were introduced to take into account the different moduli and strain-softening properties. By means of elastic theory with different moduli and stress-softening models,general solutions cal-culating Tresca and Mohr-Coulomb materials' stress and displacement fields of expansion of spherical cavity were derived. The effects caused by different elastic moduli in tensile and compression and strain-softening rates on stress and displacement fields and development of plastic zone of expansion of cavity were analyzed. The results show that the ultimate expansion pressure,stress and displacement fields and development of plastic zone vary with the different elastic moduli and strain-softening prop-erties. If classical elastic theory is adopted and strain-softening properties are neglected,rather large errors may be the result.

Submodular optimization is widely used in large *** order to speed up the problems solving,it is essential to design low-adaptive algorithms to achieve acceleration in *** general,the function values are given by a value oracle,but in practice,the oracle queries may consume a lot of ***,how to strike a balance between optimizing them is *** this paper,we focus on maximizing a normalized and strictly monotone set function with the diminishing-return ratio under a cardinality constraint,and propose two algorithms to deal with *** apply the adaptive sequencing technique to devise the first algorithm,whose approximation ratio is arbitrarily close to 1-e^(-γ)in O(logn·log(log k/γ)) adaptive rounds,and requires O(logn^(2)·log(log k/γ)) *** by adding preprocessing and parameter estimation steps to the first algorithm,we get the second *** second algorithm trades a small sacrifice in adaptive complexity for a significant improvement in query *** the same approximation and adaptive complexity,the query complexity is improved *** the best of our knowledge,this is the first paper of designing adaptive algorithms for maximizing a monotone function using the diminishing-return ratio.

For urban land development, some or all natural land uses （primarily pervious） are converted into impervious areas which lead to increases of runoff volume and peak discharge. Most of the developed countries require a zero increase in peak discharge for any land development, and the policy has been implemented for several decades. The policy of zero increase in peak discharge can be considered as historical and early stage for the low impact development （LID） and sustainable development, which is to maintain natural hydrological conditions by storing a part or all of additional runoff due to the development on site. The paper will discuss the policy, the policy implementation for individual projects and their impact on regional hydrology. The design rainfalls for sizing LID facilities that are determined in 206 weather stations in USA are smaller than design rainfalls for sizing detention *** zero-increase policy links to financial responsibility and sustainability for construction of urban stormwater infrastructures and for reducing urban flooding. The policy was compared with current practices of urban development in China to shine the light for solving urban stormwater problems. The connections and differences among LID practices, the zero-increase policy, and the flood control infrastructure were discussed. We promote and advocate the zero-increase policy on peak discharge for comprehensive stormwater management in China in addition to LID.

A transfer alignment method for airborne distributed POS with three-dimensional aircraft flexure angles

An airborne distributed position and orientation system(POS) appears to satisfy the requirement of multi-point motion parameters measurement. This relies on transfer alignment from a high precision master system to slave systems to obtain high accuracy motion parameters of all points. A key problem for a distributed POS involves determining a method to treat the aircraft flexure appropriately and achieve high precision transfer alignment. In this study, the effect of aircraft flexure on transfer alignment accuracy for airborne earth observation is first analyzed. Based on this, the error model of transfer alignment that considers three-dimensional flexure angles are established, and a transfer alignment based on parameter identification unscented Rauch-Tung-Striebel smoother(PIURTSS) is proposed. The simulations results show that the transfer alignment method based on PIURTSS effectively improves the estimation accuracy.

The relationship between chronic psychological stress and tumorigenesis has been well defined in epidemiological studies;however, the underlying mechanism remains underexplored. In this study, we discovered that impaired macrophage phagocytosis contributed to the psychological stressevoked tumor susceptibility, and the stress hormone glucocorticoid(GC) was identified as a principal detrimental factor. Mechanistically, GC disturbed the balance of the "eat me" signal receptor(low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein-1, LRP1) and the "don’t eat me" signal receptor(signal regulatory protein alpha, SIRPa). Further analysis revealed that GC led to a direct, glucocorticoid receptor(GR)-dependent trans-repression of LRP1 expression, and the repressed LRP1, in turn, resulted in the elevatedgene level of SIRPa by down-regulating mi RNA-4695-3 p. These data collectively demonstrate that stress induces the imbalance of the LRP1/SIRPa axis and entails the disturbance of tumor cell clearance by macrophages. Our findings provide the mechanistic insight into psychological stress-evoked tumor susceptibility and indicate that the balance of LRP1/SIRPa axis may serve as a potential therapeutic strategy for tumor treatment.
