Lithium metal batteries are regarded as prominent contenders to address the pressing needs owing to the high theoretical capacity.Toward the broader implementation,the primary obstacle lies in the intricate multi-electron,multi-step redox reaction associated with sluggish conversion kinetics,subsequently giving rise to a cascade of parasitic issues.In order to smooth reaction kinetics,catalysts are widely introduced to accelerate reaction rate via modulating the energy barrier.Over past decades,a large amount of research has been devoted to the catalyst design and catalytic mechanism exploration,and thus the great progress in electrochemical performance has been realized.Therefore,it is necessary to make a comprehensive review toward key progress in catalyst design and future development pathway.In this review,the basic mechanism of lithium metal batteries is provided along with corresponding advantages and existing challenges detailly described.The main catalysts employed to accelerate cathode reaction with emphasis on their catalytic mechanism are summarized as well.Finally,the rational design and innovative direction toward efficient catalysts are suggested for future application in metal-sulfur/gas battery and beyond.This review is expected to drive and benefit future research on rational catalyst design with multi-parameter synergistic impacts on the activity and stability of next-generation metal battery,thus opening new avenue for sustainable solution to climate change,energy and environmental issues,and the potential industrial economy.

Method and Practice of Trusted Embedded Computing and Data Transmission Protection Architecture Based on Android

In recent years,the rapid development of Internet technology has constantly enriched people's daily life and gradually changed from the traditional computer terminal to the mobile terminal.But with it comes the security problems brought by the mobile terminal.Especially for Android system,due to its open source nature,malicious applications continue to emerge,which greatly threatens the data security of users.Therefore,this paper proposes a method of trusted embedded static measurement and data transmission protection architecture based on Android to reduce the risk of data leakage in the process of terminal storage and transmission.We conducted detailed data and feasibility analysis of the proposed method from the aspects of time consumption,storage overhead and security.The experimental results show that this method can detect Android system layer attacks such as self-booting of the malicious module and improve the security of data encryption and transmission process effectively.Compared with the native system,the additional performance overhead is small.

Two positive effects with one arrow:Modulating crystal and interfacial decoration towards high-potential cathode material

As the primary suppliers of cyclable sodium ions,O3-type layer-structured manganese-based oxides are recognized as highly competitive cathode candidates for sodium-ion batteries.To advance the development of high-energy sodium-ion batteries,it is crucial to explore cathode materials operating at high voltages while maintaining a stable cycling behavior.The orbital and electronic structure of the octahedral center metal element plays a crucial role in maintaining the octahedra structural integrity and improving Na^(+)ion diffusion by introducing heterogeneous chemical bonding.Inspired by the abundant configuration of extra nuclear electrons and large ion radius,we employed trace amounts of tungsten in this study.The obtained cathode material can promote the reversibility of oxygen redox reactions in the high-voltage region and inhibit the loss of lattice oxygen.Additionally,the formation of a Na_(2)WO_(4) coating on the material surface can improve the interfacial stability and interface ions diffusion.It demonstrates an initial Coulombic efficiency(ICE)of 94.6%along with 168.5 mA h g^(-1 )discharge capacity within the voltage range of 1.9-4.35 V.These findings contribute to the advancement of high-energy sodium-ion batteries by providing insights into the benefits of tungsten doping and Na_(2)WO_(4) coating on cathode materials.

Regulating ion transport behaviors toward dendrite-free potassium metal batteries:recent advances and perspectives

With abundant potassium resources and high capacity,potassium metal batteries（PMBs） present a compelling option for the next generation of energy storage technology.However,PMBs suffer from an unstable anode interface caused by uncontrolled dendrite growth,which results in unsatisfactory cyclability and safety concerns.Extensive investigations suggest that significant progress has been made in enhancing the interfacial stability of PMBs.The various effective strategies for stabilizing interfaces can ultimately be attributed to the regulation of the sluggish ion transfer kinetics and irregular deposition,i.e.,the arrangement of ion transport behaviors at the interface.Rational modulation of ions transport rate and ions deposition directions makes it possible to obtain a dendrite-free and smooth deposition plane.Herein,the influencing factors and action mechanism of K+interface transport behaviors are discussed to understand the nature of material design for constructing stable anode interfaces,including regulating the solvation and desolvation structures,accelerating K+transport kinetics and controlling K+deposition direction.In addition,the deficiencies and prospects of the research on electrolyte,separators and designed electrode involved in the manufacturing and testing and ion transport process of PMBs are discussed.This review is expected to provide some possible directions for constructing dendrite-free interfaces in advanced PMBs-related research and offer significant insights for prospective experimental research and commercial applications.

Background:A phase II trial on recombinant human tenecteplase tissue-type plasminogen activator(rhTNK-tPA)has previously shown its preliminary efficacy in ST elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)patients.This study was designed as a pivotal postmarketing trial to compare its efficacy and safety with rrecombinant human tissue-type plasminogen activator alteplase(rt-PA)in Chinese patients with STEMI.Methods:In this multicenter,randomized,open-label,non-inferiority trial,patients with acute STEMI were randomly assigned(1:1)to receive an intravenous bolus of 16 mg rhTNK-tPA or an intravenous bolus of 8 mg rt-PA followed by an infusion of 42 mg in 90 min.The primary endpoint was recanalization defined by thrombolysis in myocardial infarction(TIMI)flow grade 2 or 3.The secondary endpoint was clinically justified recanalization.Other endpoints included 30-day major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events(MACCEs)and safety endpoints.Results:From July 2016 to September 2019,767 eligible patients were randomly assigned to receive rhTNK-tPA(n=384)or rt-PA(n=383).Among them,369 patients had coronary angiography data on TIMI flow,and 711 patients had data on clinically justified recanalization.Both used a–15%difference as the non-inferiority efficacy margin.In comparison to rt-PA,both the proportion of patients with TIMI grade 2 or 3 flow(78.3%[148/189]vs.81.7%[147/180];differences:–3.4%;95%confidence interval[CI]:–11.5%,4.8%)and clinically justified recanalization(85.4%[305/357]vs.85.9%[304/354];difference:–0.5%;95%CI:–5.6%,4.7%)in the rhTNK-tPA group were non-inferior.The occurrence of 30-day MACCEs(10.2%[39/384]vs.11.0%[42/383];hazard ratio:0.96;95%CI:0.61,1.50)did not differ significantly between groups.No safety outcomes significantly differed between groups.Conclusion:rhTNK-tPA was non-inferior to rt-PA in the effect of improving recanalization of the infarct-related artery,a validated surrogate of clinical outcomes,among Chinese patients with acute STEMI.Trial registration:www.ClinicalTrials.gov(No.NCT028355

为提升模型对合成孔径雷达(SAR)图像多尺度舰船目标的检测能力,保证检测网络的实时性,提出一个基于注意力机制改进的无锚框舰船检测模型。在YOLOX网络特征金字塔处嵌入空洞注意力模块,调节感受野与多尺度融合的关系,强化特征的表示能力。在检测头部设计中心性预测分支,对锚点的分类得分进行加权处理,调整模型的损失函数,优化检测结果。在数据集SSDD上进行的对比实验结果表明:本文提出的模型优于主流的深度网络检测模型,精度达到94.73%,且在检测精度和检测速度中取得最佳平衡。

Puerarin modulation of CENPA affects downstream PLK1 and CCNB1 expression to inhibit bladder cancer cell proliferation

Background:The treatment alternatives for bladder cancer(BLCA),the 10th most prevalent cancer in the world,need to be further investigated,and many active substances like Puerarin in herbal medicine were found to be effective in treating BLCA.The purpose of this study was to investigate the potential treating mechanisms of Puerarin on BLCA.Methods:The cell counting kit 8 assay and flow cytometry were performed to confirm Puerarin’s ability to suppress BLCA.The differentially expressed proteins(DEPs)were obtained by Tandem Mass Tags technology and functional enrichment analysis performed by R studio.The most enriched pathways were selected for study and the DEPs were screened out.Protein-protein interaction network maps were created using String and Cytoscape and key proteins,which will be analyzed for survival,expression,and upstream transcription factor prediction,were screened out using the cytoHubba plugin.CHEA3 was used to obtain upstream transcription factor validated by molecular docking and western blotting experiments.Results:Cell counting kit 8 showed that Puerarin inhibited BLCA cells,with 50%inhibitory concentration of 218μmol/L in T24 and 198μmol/L in 5637.Flow cytometry reveals that Puerarin blocks T24 and 5637 cells in G1 phase.1,385 DEPs were obtained and the enrichment analysis revealed that cell cycle and DNA replication were the two main areas in which DEPs were enriched.Cyclin-B-cyclin dependent kinase 1(CDK1),cyclin B1(CCNB1),and polo-like kinase 1(PLK1)were identified as key proteins,and their upstream transcription factor was predicted to be centromere protein A(CENPA).Puerarin’s binding energy to CENPA was determined by molecular docking to be−6.3 kcal/mol,indicating a strong binding interaction.Western blot showed that Puerarin significantly reduced the expression of CENPA.Conclusion:We hypothesize that Puerarin may inhibit the proliferation of bladder cancer cells by inhibiting CENPA expression to regulate PLK1 and CCNB1 expression,thereby affecting cell cycle.
