Currently,with the advent of high-repetition-rate laser-plasma experiments,the demand for online diagnosis for the X-ray spectrum is increasing because the laser-plasma-generated X-ray spectrum is very important for characterizing electron dynamics and *** this study,scintillators and silicon PIN(P-type–intrinsic-N-type semiconductor)diodes were used to construct a wideband online filter stack *** X-ray sensor and filter arrangement was optimized using a genetic algorithm to minimize the condition number of the response ***,the unfolding error was significantly reduced based on numerical *** detector responses were quantitatively calibrated by irradiating the scintillator and PIN diode with various nuclides and comparing the measuredγ-ray peaks.A prototype 15-channel spectrometer was developed by integrating an X-ray detector with front-and back-end *** prototype spectrometer could record X-ray pulse signals at a repetition rate of 1 ***,an optimized spectrometer was employed to record the real-time spectra of laser-driven bremsstrahlung *** optimized spectrometer offers a compact solution for spectrum diagnostics of ultrashort X-ray pulses,exhibiting improved accuracy in terms of spectrum measurements and repetition rates,and could be widely used in next-generation high-repetition-rate high-power laser facilities.

Identification of carbonates with high positive carbon isotope excursion from the Liaohe Group in the northeastern North China Craton and implications for the Lomagundi-Jatuli Event

The Great Oxidation Event（GOE） during the early Paleoproterozoic represents the first significant buildup in Earth's atmospheric oxygen and resulted in a series of significant changes in the Earth's surface environment. Among them is the 2.22（or 2.33）–2.06 Ga Lomagundi-Jatuli Event（LJE）, which is globally, the largest magnitude and longest duration, marine carbonate positive carbon isotope excursion(δ13CV-PDB>10‰) known. This event has attracted the attention of scholars all over the world. However, except for a high positive carbon isotope excursion(δ13CV-PDB>10‰) recently identified from marine carbonate rocks within the Daposhan Formation in the lower Fanhe Group（or the Sanchazi Group） in the Longgang Block in the northeast North China Craton（NCC）, Paleoproterozoic carbonates in the NCC are characterized by a low-amplitude positive carbon isotope excursion(δ13CV-PDBgaojiayu Formation of the Liaohe Group in the Anshan area has high positive δ13CV-PDBvalues from 8.6‰ to 12.4‰ and δ18OV-SMOWvalues of 17.9‰–27.4‰(δ18OV-PDBvalues ranging from-12.6‰ to-3.4‰). This provides solid evidence for the preservation of reliable sedimentary records of the LJE in the northeastern NCC. Metal phthalocyanines(MPcs) have gained considerable research attention as hole-transport materials(HTMs) in perovskite solar cells(PSCs) because of their superb stability. However, the photovoltaic performance of MPc-based HTMs in PSCs is still lagging behind their small molecule and polymeric counterparts, largely due to their relatively low hole mobility. Here, we report for the first time the application of a copper naphthalocyanine derivative(namely t Bu-Cu Nc) as a hole-transport material(HTM)in perovskite solar cells(PSCs), and systematically study its optoelectronic and photovoltaic property compared with its Cu Pc analog(t Bu-Cu Pc). Combined experiments disclose that the extension of π-conjugation from Pc to Nc core leads to not only an enhanced hole-carrier mobility associated with a stronger intermolecular interaction, but also an elevated glass transition temperature(T_g) of 252 °C. The resultant PSCs employing t Bu-Cu Nc deliver an excellent power conversion efficiency of 24.03%, which is the record efficiency reported for metal complex-based HTMs in PSCs. More importantly, the encapsulated t Bu-Cu Nc-based devices also show dramatically improved thermal stability than the devices using the well-known SpiroOMe TAD, with a T_(80)lifetime for more than 1,000 h under damp-heat stress. This study unfolds a new avenue for developing efficient and stable HTMs in PSCs.

There is a close relationship between the biological functions of lipids and their structures, and various isomers greatly increases the complexity of lipid structures. The C=C bond location and sn-position are two of the essential attributes that determine the structures of unsaturated lipids. However, simultaneous identification of both attributes remains challenging. Here, we develop a visible-light-activated aziridination reaction system, which enables the dual-resolving of the C=C bond location and sn-position isomerism of in lipids when combines with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS). Based on the derivatization of C=C bonds with Ph I=NTs, their location in lipids could be easily identified by tandem MS. Especially, the sn-position isomers of unsaturated phosphatidylcholine(PC) can be separated and quantified by LC-MS after the derivatization. By using the proposed method, the significant changes of the sn-position isomers ratios of PC in mouse brain ischemia were revealed. This study offers a powerful tool for deep lipid structural biology.

Establishment and evaluation of a prognostic model for patients with unresectable gastric cancer liver metastases

Nuciferine alleviates collagen-induced arthritic in rats by inhibiting the proliferation and invasion of human arthritis-derived fibroblast-like synoviocytes and rectifying Th17/Treg imbalance

Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a chronic autoimmune disorder marked by persistent synovial inflammation and joint degradation,posing challenges in the development of effective ***,an alkaloid found in lotus leaf,has shown promising anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor effects,yet its efficacy in RA treatment remains *** study investigated the antiproliferative effects of nuciferine on the MH7A cell line,a human RA-derived fibroblast-like synoviocyte,revealing its ability to inhibit cell proliferation,promote apoptosis,induce apoptosis,and cause G1/S phase ***,nuciferine significantly reduced the migration and invasion capabilities of MH7A *** therapeutic potential of nuciferine was further evaluated in a collagen-induced arthritis(CIA)rat model,where it markedly alleviated joint swelling,synovial hyperplasia,cartilage injury,and inflammatory *** also improved collagen-induced bone erosion,decreased pro-inflammatory cytokines and serum immunoglobulins(IgG,IgG1,IgG2a),and restored the balance between T helper(Th)17 and regulatory T cells in the spleen of CIA *** results indicate that nuciferine may offer therapeutic advantages for RA by decreasing the proliferation and invasiveness of FLS cells and correcting the Th17/Treg cell imbalance in CIA rats.

Worldwide,as the population age,osteoporosis is becoming increasingly common,and osteoporotic fractures have a significant economic *** women are the most susceptible to developing osteoporosis and the most critical time to prevent it is during the perimenopausal and early menopausal *** this regard,we hypothesize rational combination of acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in the form of herbal extract could prevent osteoporosis in *** deficiency during menopause causes low-level inflammation that stimulates the formation of osteoclasts,the boneresorbing cells,and simultaneously inhibits the viability and function of osteoblasts,the bone-forming *** most potent inflammatory cytokine in skeletal homeostasis is the receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa B ligand(RANKL)that stimulates osteoclast ***,the canonical Wnt pathway is essential for osteoblastogenesis and bone formation,and estrogen deficiency leads to diminished functioning of this *** and acupuncture could target the RANKL and the Wnt pathway in favorable ways to prevent the accelerated bone loss experienced during the early menopausal stage and promote the gain in bone mass in postmenopausal *** this review,we propose a rational combination of specific TCM and acupuncture targeting those signaling molecules/pathways by the drugs that are in clinical use for the treatment of postmenopausal *** rational approach revealed that Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae)could exert a synergistic effect with *** then propose a translational path for developing the putative combination in women with postmenopausal osteoporosis to curtail the risk of osteoporotic fractures.
