During winter of 2021/2022,the temperature in China is characterized by a warm-to-cold transition,and the average temperature anomaly in February 2022 is−1.6℃,the coldest February in *** revealed the circulation regimes and physical mechanisms associated with this reversal event and demonstrated the advantage of a regional model downscaling over the use of the global model alone in *** early winter,the warm anomalies are mainly related to an anomalous anticyclonic system downstream of a PNA-like(Pacific-North America)Rossby-wave train induced by La niñ*** late winter,due to the circulation response to the central Pacific warming and negative tropical Indian Ocean Dipole(TIOD),two‘−+−’Rossby-wave trains from high latitudes and the tropical Indian Ocean jointly lead to an anomalous cyclonic system in ***,an anticyclonic blocking system on the northern side of Baikal brings strong and cold air to *** two systems together cause a significant drop in surface air temperature anomaly in China during the late *** Beijing Climate Center climate system model(BCC_CSM1.1 m)can essentially predict this temperature reversal in China about five months in ***,the reversal amplitude is weaker due to warm deviations over the tropical Pacific Ocean and equatorial Indian *** dynamic downscaling,a regional Climate-Weather Research and Forecasting(CWRF)model correctly predicts the cold SAT anomalies in late winter 2021/*** regional model depicts more realistic circulation patterns in East Asia;the anomalous cyclonic system in Inner Mongolia accompanied by the northerly anomalies contribute to a lower-than-normal SAT over *** study reveals the cooperative effect of wave trains from high latitudes and the tropics on the subseasonal temperature reversal and demonstrates a possible solution to improve the forecast skill by dynamic downscaling according to precise characterization of local surface information.

The process of development and calibration for the first Moon-based ex- treme ultraviolet （EUV） camera to observe Earth＇s plasmasphere is introduced and the design, test and calibration results are presented. The EUV camera is composed of a multilayer film mirror, a thin film filter, a photon-counting imaging detector, a mech- anism that can adjust the direction in two dimensions, a protective cover, an electronic unit and a thermal control unit. The center wavelength of the EUV camera is 30.2 nm with a bandwidth of 4.6nm. The field of view is 14.7° with an angular resolution of 0.08°, and the sensitivity of the camera is 0.11 count s-1 Rayleigh-1. The geomet- ric calibration, the absolute photometric calibration and the relative photometric cal- ibration are carried out under different temperatures before launch to obtain a matrix that can correct geometric distortion and a matrix for relative photometric correction, which are used for in-orbit correction of the images to ensure their accuracy.

BACKGROUND The efficacy and safety of proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9(PCSK-9) inhibitors were confirmed by several clinical trials, but its effectiveness in routine clinical practice in China has not been evaluated. This study aims to describe the real world effectiveness of PCSK-9 inhibitors combined with statins compared with statins-based therapy among patients with very high risk of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease(ASCVD).METHODS This is a multi-center observational study, enrolled patients from 32 hospitals who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) from January to June in 2019. There are 453 patients treated with PCSK-9 inhibitors combined with statins in PCSK-9 inhibitor group and 2,610 patients treated with statins-based lipid lowering therapies in statins-based group. The lipid control rate and incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE) over six months were compared between two groups.A propensity score-matched(PSM) analysis was used to balance two groups on confounding factors. Survival analysis using Kaplan-Meier methods was applied for *** In a total of 3,063 patients, 89.91% of patients had received moderate or high-intensity statins-based therapy before PCI, but only 9.47% of patients had low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) levels below 1.4 mmol/L at baseline. Background Hand, foot, and mouth disease (HFMD) is a common infectious disease in childhood caused by an enterovirus (EV), and which is principally seen in children under 5 years of age. To promote diagnostic awareness and effective treat-ments, to further standardize and strengthen the clinical management and to reduce the mortality of HFMD, the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment have been developed. Methods National Health Commission of China assembled an expert committee for a revision of the guidelines. The com-mittee included 33 members who are specialized in diagnosis and treatment of HFMD. Results Early recognition of severe cases is utmost important in diagnosis and treatment of patients with HFMD. The key to diagnosis and treatment of severe cases lies in the timely and accurate recognition of stages 2 and 3 of HFMD, in order to stop progression to stage 4. Clinicians should particularly pay attention to those EV-A71 cases in children aged less than 3 years, and those with disease duration less than 3 days. The following indicators should alert the clinician of possible deterioration and impending critical disease: (1) persistent hyperthermia;(2) involvement of nervous system;(3) worsening respiratory rate and rhythm;(4) circulatory dysfunction;(5) elevated peripheral WBC count;(6) elevated blood glucose and (7) elevated blood lactic acid. For treatment, most mild cases can be treated as outpatients. Patients should be isolated to avoid cross-infection. Intense treatment modalities should be given for those severe cases. Conclusion The guidelines can provide systematic guidance on the diagnosis and management of HFMD.

The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2011 and ended in June 2012, and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2012. The regular survey started in September 2012, and completed its first year of operation in June 2013. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 1202 plates containing 2 955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2 are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2 204 696 spectra, of which 1 944 329 are stellar spectra, 12 082 are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1 061 918 entries）, A-type stars（100 073 entries）, and M-type stars（121 522 entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.

选择了一种使用光缓存器比较少的网络——光弹性分组环进行了全光分组交换实验。该网络的净负荷不进行光/电/光转换,只对帧头进行转换、地址识别和调度,从而克服了光电转换的电子瓶颈。在光节点上,只需使用一个全光缓存器作为转发缓存器,而使用了两个电缓存器分别作为下路接收缓存器和上路发送缓存器。报告了该实验网络的拓扑、节点结构、数据通道、MAC层的数据通道控制子层以及所使用的光缓存技术。

目的应用实时三平面组织同步显像(TSI)技术评价正常人左心室内心肌收缩的同步性。方法应用实时三平面TSI技术同步采集20例健康志愿者心尖4腔观、2腔观及左室长轴观图像,脱机后进行后处理分析:(1)创建TSI彩色编码表示的左心室表面模型半定量反映心肌节段达峰时间(TTP);(2)定量测量3个心尖切面观左心室6个基底段和6个中间段TTP,并将各测值进行比较。结果 (1)TSI表面模型显示左心室各心肌节段彩色编码多为均匀一致的绿色,少数心尖段为黄色或红色。(2)左心室各心肌节段TTP差异均无显著性意义(均P>0.05)。结论正常人左心室内心肌收缩具有同步性;TSI技术可对心肌收缩的同步性作直观、定量地评价。
