In software-defined networking(sDN),controllers are sinks of information such as network topology collected from *** often like to protect their internal network topology and keep their network policies *** borrow techniques from secure multi-party computation(sMC)to preserve the privacy of policies of sDN controllers about status of *** the other hand,the number of controllers is one of the most important concerns in scalability of sMC application in *** address this issue,we formulate an optimization problem to minimize the number of sDN controllers while considering their reliability in sMC *** use Non-Dominated sorting genetic Algorithm II(NsgA-II)to determine the optimal number of controllers,and simulate sMC for typical sDNs with this number of *** results show that applying the sMC technique to preserve the privacy of organization policies causes only a little delay in sDNs,which is completely justifiable by the privacy obtained.

CLEFIA, a new 128-bit block cipher proposed by sony Corporation, is increasingly attracting cryptanalysts＇ attention. In this paper, we present two new impossible differential attacks on 13 rounds of CLEFIA-128. The proposed attacks utilize a variety of previously known techniques, in particular the hash table technique and redundancy in the key schedule of this block cipher. The first attack does not consider the whitening layers of CLEFIA, requires 21~9＂5 chosen plaintexts, and has a running time equivalent to about 2112.9 encryptions. The second attack preserves the whitening layers, requires 2117.8 chosen plaintexts, and has a total time complexity equivalent to about 2121.2 encryptions.

Malignancies constitute the second cause of death in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases(IBD),after cardiovascular *** it has been postulated that IBD patients are at greater risk of colorectal cancer compared to the general population,lately there has been evidence supporting that this risk is diminishing over time as a result of better surveillance,while the incidence of extraintestinal cancers(EICs)is *** could be attributed either to systemic inflammation caused by IBD or to long-lasting immunosuppression due to IBD *** seems that the overall risk of EICs is higher for Crohn’s disease patients and it is mainly driven by skin cancers,and liver-biliary cancers in patients with IBD and primary sclerosing *** aims of this review were first to evaluate the prevalence,characteristics,and risk factors of EICs in patients with IBD and second to raise awareness regarding a proper surveillance program resulting in early diagnosis,better prognosis and survival,especially in the era of new IBD treatments that are on the way.

To determine the effect of sedation with propofol on adenoma detection rate (ADR) and cecal intubation rates (CIR) in average risk screening colonoscopies compared to moderate sedation. METHODsWe conducted a retrospective chart review of 2604 first-time average risk screening colonoscopies performed at MD Anderson Cancer Center from 2010-2013. ADR and CIR were calculated in each sedation group. Multivariable regression analysis was performed to adjust for potential confounders of age and body mass index (BMI). REsULTsOne-third of the exams were done with propofol (n = 874). Overall ADR in the propofol group was significantly higher than moderate sedation (46.3% vs 41.2%, P = 0.01). After adjustment for age and BMI differences, ADR was similar between the groups. CIR was 99% for all exams. The mean cecal insertion time was shorter among propofol patients (6.9 min vs 8.2 min; P sIONDeep sedation with propofol for screening colonoscopy did not significantly improve ADR or CIR in our population of average risk patients. While propofol may allow for safer sedation in certain patients (e.g., with sleep apnea), the overall effect on colonoscopy quality metrics is not significant. given its increased cost, propofol should be used judiciously and without the implicit expectation of a higher quality screening exam.

文学的发展是一条历史的长河，在它发展的下一阶层上，总是承传着上一阶层的源流，同时又接受着各种文学潮流的影响。彝族当代文学是在继承彝族文学的历史传统，借鉴汉族文学和外国文学的优秀文学遗产的基础上发展起来的。当代彝族文学受彝族民间文学的影响，是相当明显的。彝族民间文学不仅给了彝族作者最初的文学启蒙，而且提供给他们以丰富的源源不断的创作素材。　彝族文学的发展有经验，也有教训。其基本经验是：　第一，必须全面贯彻党的民族政策。第二，必须坚持党的文艺方向，贯彻执行党的文艺方针。第三，必须解决好民族特色与时代精神相结合的问题。第四，必须全面提高彝族作家队伍的基本素质。当前的彝族文学创作，闭塞是发展的主要障碍，要勇于探索，揭示现实生活中的重大矛盾冲突以追求新的艺术手法和表现形式。我们正处在一个新的、伟大的时代，要有信心在遵循艺术规律、尊重民族欣赏习惯的前提下，以马克思主义的识别武器，有选择、有批判地借鉴、吸收国内外的艺术成果，创造出富有中国社会主义特色的彝族新文学。

<i>In Vitro</i>Plant Regeneration of <i>Morus indica</i>L. cv. V1 Using Leaf Explant

Adventitious bud induction and plantlet regeneration were studied in a popular mulberry variety, V1 using leaf as an explant. Fully expanded leaf explants were cultured on Murashige and skoog’s (Ms) medium supplemented with thidiazuron (TDZ) (0.5-4.0 mg/l), 6-benzylaminopurine (BAP) (0.5-2.0 mg/l), indole acetic acid (IAA) (2.0 mg/l), gibberlic acid (gA3) (1.0-2.0 mg/l) silver nitrate (AgNO3) (2.0 mg/l) and different carbon sources such as sucrose, fructose and glucose (10%-30%) either individually or in combination to induce adventitious buds and regeneration. The highest percentage (63%) of adventitious bud formation and regeneration (68%) was achieved in the medium containing Ms with TDZ (1.0 mg/l), IAA (2.0 mg/l) and AgNO3 (2.0 mg/l). For subsequent regeneration and shoot elongation the Ms medium having BAP (1.0 mg/l), gA3 (2.0 mg/l) and AgNO3 (2.0 mg/l) was found to be suitable. Amongst the carbon sources tested, the most suitable carbon source was found to be sucrose (3%) followed by fructose (2%) for adventitious bud formation. Excised in vitro shoots were rooted (60%-80%) in half strength Ms medium supplemented with indole-3-butyric acid (1.0 mg/l). The well rooted plantlets were hardened in soil + sand + farm yard manure (FYM) mixture with a success rate of 70%-90%. since in vitro regeneration is highly genotype-dependent in mulberry, the standardized protocol can be effectively used for further improvement of this leading genotype using biotechnological approaches.
