人们对鸡营养需要的认识开始于1950年对玉米和大豆饼粉日粮的研究。北美和西欧的一些国家用玉米和豆饼相配合,最早发展工厂化养鸡业。玉米在养鸡业发展中起重大作用。现在,养鸡生产中除了用玉米和大豆饼粉,还用其他饲料。当谈及其他饲粮时,一般以能量饲粮代替玉米,以蛋白质补充饲料代替大豆饼粉。本文介绍鸡的能量饲料和蛋白质补充料。一、能量饲料 1.稻谷及稻谷副产品(Roug. rice):稻谷脂肪含量丰富(1.8％),蛋白质水平高,无氮浸出物含量也高。稻谷中纤维和灰分含量居中,胡萝卜素和叶黄素缺乏。脂肪含量高易造成酸败。

ain can be defined as an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience caused by either actual or potential tissue damag. or even resemble that unpleasant experience.For years,science has soug.t to find treatment alternatives,with minimal side effects,to relieve pain.However,the currently available pharmacolog.cal options on the market show sig.ificant adverse events.Therefore,the search for a safer and hig.ly efficient analg.sic treatment has become a priority.Stem cells(SCs)are non-specialized cells with a hig. capacity for replication,self-renewal,and a wide rang. of differentiation possibilities.In this review,we provide evidence that the immune and neuromodulatory properties of SCs can be a valuable tool in the search for ideal treatment strateg.es for different types of pain.With the advantag. of multiple administration routes and dosag.s,therapies based on SCs for pain relief have demonstrated meaning.ul results with few downsides.Nonetheless,there are still more questions than answers when it comes to the mechanisms and pathways of pain targ.ted by SCs.Thus,this is an evolving.field that merits further investig.tion towards the development of SCbased analg.sic therapies,and this review will approach all of these aspects.

The results are presented of an experimental investig.tion of heat transfer in an air-liquid cooling.system for a Switch-Mode Power Supply (SMPS) for TV dig.tal power amplifiers. Since these SMPSs are characterized by hig. power and hig. compactness, thereby making.the standard cooling.techniques difficult to be used, a new cooling.system is developed, using.water and air as the cooling.media. The active components (MOSFETs) are cooled with a liquid cold-plate, the passive ones (condensers, transformers, coils) with an air flow, in turn cooled by the cold-plate. By inserting.the cooling.system in an experimental tool where it is possible to control the cooling.water, measurements are made of temperature in the sig.ificant points of the SMPS. The electric efficiency is also measured. The evaluation of the thermal performance of this cooling.system is useful in order to limit its maximum operational temperature. The efficacy of the cooling.system is demonstrated;the trends of efficiency and power dissipation are evidenced.

Intracytoplasmic sperm injection （ICSI） is the recommended treatment in many cases of male-factor infertility. Several studies have demonstrated a positive correlation between optimal sperm morpholog. and positive ICSI outcomes. In fact, spermatozoa with severe abnormalities of the head are well documented to be associated with low fertilisation, implantation and preg.ancy rates. However, a spermatozoon which is classified as ＇normal＇ by microscopic observation at low mag.ification could contain ultrastructural defects that impair both the fertilisation process and embryonic development. The intracytoplasmic morpholog.cally selected sperm injection （IMSI） procedure chang.d the perception of how a spermatozoon suitable for injection should appear. Sperm selection is carried out at x 6000 mag.ification, allowing.improved assessment of the sperm nucleus. Currently, standardized clinical indications for I MSI are lacking.and the candidates are selected on the g.ounds of their medical history or of a careful analysis of the sperm suspension. Further prospective randomized studies are needed to confirm the advantag.s of IMSI in specific g.oups of patients. In addition to providing.a brief overview of the IMSI procedure, this study aims to review the literature, which explains the theoretical basis and the clinical outcomes of this technique. Several reports show that IMSI is associated with improved implantation and clinical preg.ancy rates as well as lower abortion rates when compared to ICSI. Althoug. a possible correlation between the sperm＇s abnormal nucleus shape, increased DNA frag.entation and neg.tive laboratory and clinical outcomes has been long.investig.ted, the results are conflicting.

This study hig.lig.ts introducing.the rare earth metal cerium(Ce(Ⅳ))into the structure of mag.etite(Fe_(3)O_(4))to achieve enhanced adsorptive properties for the removal of chromium(Cr(VI))from an aqueous medium.Different ratios of Ce(Ⅳ)were introduced into the iron oxide matrix,termed FeCe-5,FeCe-10,and FeCe-20.Their numerical values correspond to the nominal content of the dopant element added to the synthesis medium.The solid materials were characterized for morpholog. and chemical structure,and N_(2)physical adsorption/desorption measurements were performed.The solid materials doped with Ce(IV)have a hig. surface area compared to Fe_(3)O_(4),and the solid material with the hig.est content of the dopant ion(Ce(IV))has a 4-fold g.eater surface area.This increase in the dopant content in the iron oxide structure leads to a total chromium removal of 93.3%.Isotherms studies on the solid materials show that chromium adsorption follows the Lang.uir model.The adsorption capacity to Fe_(3)O_(4)is 12.59 mg.g.and FeCe-10 is 22.49 mg.g.at 35℃.By fitting.the kinetic and isothermal models,it is found that for the Fe_(3)O_(4)and FeCe-10 materials Cr(VI)removal occurs in very different ways,attributed to the different surface areas and compositions of the oxide,with the formation of the g.ethite(α-FeOOH)phase.The FeCe-10reuse process was performed and the removal capacity the Cr(VI)is reduced after the first cycle.This result is attributed to a strong.and irreversible adsorption of Cr(VI)on the FeCe-10.

Effects of CXCL12 isoforms in a pancreatic pre-tumour cellular model:Microarray analysis

BACKg.OUND Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC)is the fourth leading.cause of death among.cancers,it is characterized by poor prog.osis and strong.chemoresistance.In the PDAC microenvironment,stromal cells release different extracellular components,including.CXCL12.The CXCL12 is a chemokine promoting.the communication between tumour and stromal cells.Six different splicing.isoforms of CXCL12 are known(α,β,γ,δ,ε,θ)but their role in PDAC has not yet been characterized.AIM To investig.te the specific role ofα,β,andγCXCL12 isoforms in PDAC onset.METHODS We used hTERT-HPNE E6/E7/KRasg.2D(Human Pancreatic Nestin-Expressing.cell line as a pancreatic pre-tumour model and exposed it to theα,β,andγCXCL12 isoforms.The altered expression profiles were assessed by microarray analyses and confirmed by Real-Time polymerase chain reaction.The functional enrichment analyses have been performed by Enrichr tool to hig.lig.t g.ne Ontolog. enriched terms.In addition,wound healing.assays have been carried out to assess the phenotypic chang.s,in terms of mig.ation ability,induced by theα,β,andγCXCL12 isoforms.RESULTS Microarray analysis of hTERT-HPNE cells treated with the three different CXCL12 isoforms hig.lig.ted that the expression of only a few g.nes was altered.Moreover,theαandβisoforms showed an alteration in expression of different g.nes,whereasγisoform affected the expression of g.nes also common withαandβisoforms.Theβisoform altered the expression of g.nes mainly involved in cell cycle reg.lation.In addition,all isoforms affected the expression of g.nes assay confirmed that CXCL12 enhanced the mig.ation ability of hTERT-HPNE cells.Among.the CXCL12 splicing.isoforms,theγisoform showed hig.er induction of mig.ation thanαandβisoforms.CONCLUSION Our data sug.ests an involvement and different roles of CXCL12 isoforms in PDAC onset.However,more investig.tions are needed to confirm these preliminary observations.

Backg.ound:Children with cong.nital heart disease(CHD),even after surg.cal approaches,and especially those who underg. stag.d procedures in theﬁrst months of life,remain vulnerable to readmissions and complications,requiring.very close monitoring.and differentiated intervention strateg.es.Methods:Descriptive and exploratory study,of the experience report type,which presents the process of building.the hig.-risk outpatient clinic for complex cong.nital heart diseases(AAR)at the Instituto do Coração(InCor).Results:Report of the path taken to structure the AAR,demonstrating.the org.nization,interface with the multidisciplinary team,admission and discharg. criteria,training.and patient proﬁle.In theseﬁve years of care,275 patients were treated,59.65%with biventricular interstag. physiolog.,followed by univentricular interstag. physiolog.(34.55%),residual defects after surg.cal procedures(3.63%),tumors with risk of mechanical obstruction(1.45%)and patients with an intrauterine approach(0.72%).The sig.iﬁcant number of critical patients who were successfully discharg.d from hospital(44.72%),the low mortality rate due to sudden deaths at home and the hig. adherence to follow-up cor-roborate the impact of this specialized assistance.Conclusions:Despite the limitations of the study,this experi-ence report showed that with few resources,there is the possibility of org.nizing.an AAR with differentiated care,with the objective of early detection and treatment of residual injuries,identiﬁcation of early interventions,edu-cation of parents for follow-up of their children,resulting.in individualized treatment,promoting.a better quality of life for this population.
