AIM: To evaluate endometrioma located at cesarean ***: Medical data of 6 patients who presented to our institution with abdominal wall endometrioma were evaluated retrospectively and reviewed literature in this case *** diagnostic approaches and treatment is ***: All patients had a painful mass located at abdominal scars with history of cesarean *** ages ranged from 31 to 34 and Doppler ultrasonography(US) detected hypoechoic mass with a mean diameter of 30 *** diagnosis was endometrioma in 4 and incisional hernia in 2 of 6 *** was achieved with surgical excision in 5 patients,and one is followed by hormone suppression therapy with ***: Malignant or benign tumors of abdominal wall and incisional hernias should be kept in mind for diagnosis of *** methods like doppler US,computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging should be used for differential *** diagnosis can only be made *** treatment should be complete surgical excision and take care against intraoperative auto-inoculation of endometrial tissue in order to prevent recurrences.

Determination of diclofenac in pharmaceutical preparations by voltammetry and gas chromatography methods

Rapid, sensitive and specific methods were developed for the determination of diclofenac in pharmaceutical preparations by linear sweep voltammetry （LSV） and gas chromatography （gC） with mass spectrometry （MS） detection. The linearity was established over the concentration range of 5- 35 μg/mL for LSV and 0.25-5 μg/mL for gC-MS method. The intra- and inter-day relative standard deviation （RSD） was less than 4.39% and 4.62% for LSV and gC-MS, respectively. Limits of quantification （LOQ） were determined as 4.8 and 0.15 μg/mL for LSV and gC-MS, respectively. No interference was found from tablet excipients at the selected assay conditions. The methods were applied for the quality control of commercial diclofenac dosage forms to quantify the drug and to check the formulation content uniformity.

Purpose:This study explores the relationships between the cognitive demands of the questions asked by a teacher educator(TE)and prospective teachers'(PT)capacity for critical thinking(CT).Design/Approach/Methods:Participants comprised a TE and 32 *** cognitive demands of the TE's questions and PTs'CT were analyzed using a systematic observation ***:Results indicate that there are tangible connections between the increasing mental demand of TE questions and PTs'higher-order cognitive *** PTs achieved higherorder CT when the TE asked more cognitively demanding *** instance,when the TE's questions were pitched at the cognitive demand levels-namely,the analyze,evaluate,and/or create levels—the PTanswers were longer and reflected higher CT,such as inductive reasoning,suggesting new ways of thinking,or legitimating the arguments of ***,results suggest that intentionally subjecting PTs to sustained higher cognitive demands via questions may help them reach their optimal CT ***/Value:Although proposed teaching strategies have been invaluable in proposing content-specific interventions for fostering the CT of university students,how lecturers should use their questions to conduct such interventions has been *** study addresses this gap.

This paper proposed a method,namely resistively loaded lines(RLL),to compensate the effects of the DC bias lines after investigating its effects on several types of antennas for terahertz *** RLL is formed by placing lumped resistances periodically on the DC bias line in order to cease the leakage current virtually,w hich cause a significant amount of distortion on the antenna *** simulation results of the dipole,folded dipole,log-periodic,and spiral antennas show that RLL almost removes the effects of the bias lines and improves the antenna radiation resistance and radiation pattern notably compared w ith that of the commonly used bias line types,such as coplanar stripline and photonic bandgap type bias lines.

The probiotic dairy products have become the fastest growing in functional foods market in response to the increasing numbers of consumers interested in improving their ***,data collected from 314 participants in the city of Bursa,Turkey,were analyzed with the aim to assess the socio-demographic characteristics and health status as well as the consumer’s knowledge and awareness of probiotic dairy products in order to gain a better understanding of consumers’*** was observed that sociodemographic characteristics of the participants were not significantly associated with the degree of knowledge or awareness and purchasing frequencies of probiotic dairy *** a higher educational level,higher income level and being a woman indicated an increased the awareness,knowledge and purchase probability of probiotic dairy *** study emphasized that consumers should be more informed about the positive relationship between a healthier life and the consumption of probiotic dairy products.

A lignocellulosic biomass,durian shell,modified by radiolytic oxidizing species from gamma and electron beam irradiations,has been used as a starting material for activated carbon(AC)*** hydrothermal carbonization with ZnCl_(2)/FeCl_(3)and physical activation were employed in *** physicochemical and energy storage properties of the graphitic carbons were investigated using Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope(FESEM),N_(2)adsorption-desorption,Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET),Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray Diffraction(XRD),Raman spectroscopy,Cyclic Voltammetry(CV),galvanostatic Charge-Discharge(gCD)and Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy(EIS).Biomass modification by radiolytic oxidizing species aided in improving the energy storage properties of the resultant ACs without significantly changing the textural *** radiation type played an important role on the surface functional groups,basal plane,and pore structures of the graphitic *** energy storage mechanism was based on a combination of EDLC and pseudo capacitances with high Coulombic *** highest specific capacitance obtained was 325.20 F/g providing capacity retention of 94.79%after 10,000 cycles.A promising method of AC production for energy storage application has therefore been successfully demonstrated.
