We explore the non-commutative(NC)effects on the energy spectrum of a two-dimensional hydrogen *** consider a confined particle in a central potential and study the modified energy states of the hydrogen atom in both coordinates and momenta of non-commutativity *** considering the Rashba interaction,we observe that the degeneracy of states can also be removed due to the spin of the particle in the presence of NC *** obtain the upper bounds for both coordinates and momenta versions of NC parameters by the splitting of the energy levels in the hydrogen atom with Rashba ***,we find a connection between the NC parameters and Lorentz violation parameters with the Rashba interaction.

Excellent fits were obtained by Talantsev (MPLB 33, 1950195, 2019) to the temperature (T)-dependent upper critical field (Hsub>csub>sub>2sub>(T)) data of Hsub>3sub>s reported by Mozaffari et al. [Nature Communications 10, 2522 (2019)] by employing four alternative phenomenological models, each of which invoked two or more properties from its sample-specific set ssub>1sub> = {Tsub>csub>, gap, coherence length, penetration depth, jump in ***.} and a single value of the effective mass (m*) of an electron. Based on the premise that the variation of Hsub>csub>sub>2sub>(T) is due to the variation of the chemical potential μ(T), we report here fits to the same data by employing a T-, μ- and m*-dependent equation for Hsub>csub>sub>2sub>(T) and three models of μ(T), viz. the linear, the parabolic and the concave-upward model. For temperatures up to which the data are available, each of these provides a good fit. However, for lower values of T, their predictions differ. Notably, the predicted values of Hsub>csub>sub>2sub>(0) are much higher than in any of the models dealt with by Talantsev. In sum, we show here that the addressed data are explicable in a framework comprising the set ssub>2sub> = {μ, m*, interaction parameter λsub>msub>, Landau index Nsub>Lsub>}, which is altogether different from ssub>1sub>.

Bound states in the continuum （BICs） are perfectly localized resonances despite embedding in the continuum ***,an isolated BIC is very sensitive to the structure ***,we report merging acoustic BICs in a single open resonator,robust against the structure *** find that both symmetry-protected BIC and Friedrich-Wintgen BIC are sustained in a single coupled waveguide-resonator *** varying the height and length of the resonator,these two BICs move toward each other and merge into a single one at a critical *** to an individual BIC,the merged BIC is robust against fabrication error because its Q-factor is proportional to ΔL-4,whereΔL embodies the structure *** essence of this extraordinary phenomenon is perfectly explained by the two-and three-level approximations of the effective nonHermitian ***,we present direct experimental demonstrations of the moving and merging of BICs in a coupled 3D waveguide-resonator,which are evidenced by the vanishing of the linewidth of Fano resonance in the transmission *** results may find exciting applications in designing high-quality acoustic sources,sensors and filters.

The shale deposits of Damodar Valley have received great attention since preliminary studies indicate their potential for shale gas. However, fundamental information allied to shale gas re- servoir characteristics are still rare in India, as exploration is in the primary stage. In this study, Ba- rakar shale beds of eastern part of Jharia Basin are evaluated for gas reservoir characteristics. It is evident that Barakar shales are carbonaceous, silty, contains sub-angular flecks of quartz and mica, irregular hair-line fractures and showing lithological variations along the bedding planes, signifying terrestrial-fluviatile deposits under reducing environment. The values of TOC varies from 1.21 wt.% to 17.32 wt.%, indicating good source rock potentiality. The vitrinite, liptinite, inertinite and mineral matter ranging from 0.28 vol.% to 12.98 vol.%, 0.17 vol.% to 3.23 vol.%, 0.23 vol.% to 9.05 vol.%, and 74.74 vol.% to 99.10 vol.%, respectively. The ternary facies plot of maceral composition substan- tiated that Barakar shales are vitrinite rich and placed in the thermal-dry gas prone region. The low values of the surface area determined following different methods point towards low methane storage capacity, this is because of diagenesis and alterations of potash feldspar responsible for pore blocking effect. The pore size distribution signifying the micro to mesoporous nature, while Type II sorption curve with the H2 type of hysteresis pattern, specifies the heterogeneity in pore structure mainly combined-slit and bottle neck pores.

Martensitic steels are widely used in the automotive lightweight application but less understood in aspects of post-forming material *** steels show good ductility in roll forming but occasionally experience delayed(hydrogen)fracture issues,which are believed to be due to the formation of localized residual stress and a reduced product of strength and *** characterize the effect of roll forming process on the formation of residual stress and material properties variation of martensitic steel components,this paper investigates the forming-induced longitudinal residual stress and material property variation in a roll-formed high-strength Ms1180 automotive rocker *** finite element analysis results for residual stress are validated by neutron diffraction *** numerical model is used to analyze the full evolution of residual stress during the roll forming process and the effect on material properties with major focus on the product of strength and *** is found that the flower design,in particular the overbending stages,play a significant role in the formation of residual stress and the change in material *** product of strength and elongation is significantly reduced across the profile,in particular in the *** achieved understanding will assist researchers comprehend the material properties of roll-formed component and therefore assist future studies aimed at preventing the occurrence of hydrogen fracture.

P. Turan and his associates considered in detail the problem of (0.2) interpolation based on the zeros of πn(x). Motivated by these results and an earlier result of szabados and varma[9] here we consider the problem of existence, uniqueness and explicit representation of the interpolatory polynomial Rn (x) satisfying the function values at one set of nodes and the second derivative on the other set of nodes. It is important to note that this problem has a unique solution provided these two sets of nodes are chosen properly. We also promise to have an interesting convergence theorem in the second paper of this series, which will provide a solution to the related open problem of P. Turan.

Nanoparticle(drug particle) dispersion is an important phenomenon during nanodrug delivery in the bloodstream by using multifunctional carrier particles. The aim of this study is to understand the dispersion of drug particle(nanoparticle) transport during steady blood flow through a microvessel. A two-phase fluid model is considered to define blood flow through a microvessel. Plug and intermediate regions are defined by a non-Newtonian Herschel-Bulkley fluid model where the plug region appears due to the aggregation of red blood cells at the axis in the vessel. The peripheral(porous in nature)region is defined by the Newtonian fluids. The wall of the microvessel is considered to be permeable and characterized by the Darcy model. stress-jump and velocity slip conditions are incorporated respectively at the interface of the intermediate and peripheral regions and at the inner surface of the microvessel. The effects of the rheological parameter, the pressure constant, the particle volume fraction, the stress jump constant, the slip constant,and the yield stress on the dispersion are analyzed and discussed. It is observed that the non-dimensional pressure gradient and the yield stress enhance the dispersion rate of the nanoparticle, while the opposite trends are observed for the velocity slip constant, the nanoparticle volume fraction, the rheological parameter, and the stress-jump constant.
