full-field three-dimensional(3D)measurement technology based on phase information has become an indispensable part of geometric dimension measurement in modern scientific research and engineering *** field has been developing and evolving for the study of highly reflective phenomena,diffuse reflections,and specular surfaces,and many novel methods have emerged to increase the speed of measurements,enhance data accuracy,and broaden the robustness of the ***,we will discuss the latest research progress in full-field 3D shape measurement based on phase information systematically and ***,the fundamentals of 3D shape measurement based on phase information are introduced,namely,phase-shifting and transform-based ***,recent technological innovations are highlighted,including increases in measurement speed and automation and improvements in robustness in complex *** particular,the challenges faced by these technological advances in solving highly dynamic,composite surface measurement problems are presented,i.e.,with multiexposure techniques proposed for high dynamics that extend the dynamic range of the camera to reduce the effects of overexposure but increase the cost of time and have high hardware requirements,fringe adaptive techniques that overcome light variations but are computationally complex,and multipolarized camera techniques that reduce the effects of light variations but are sensitive to the light ***,the phase-shifting method combined with coding is proposed to improve the measurement speed,but the accuracy is slightly *** learning techniques are proposed to cope with measurements in complex environments,but the dataset computation process is ***,future research directions are suggested,and the challenges are ***,this work provides a reference for researchers and engineers.

Aggregate-induced emission luminogens(AIEgens) have been widely used in biological imaging, chemical sensing, and disease treatments. The rational design and construction of AIEgens have received considerable research interests during the last few years. Herein, molecular docking-aided AIEgen design has been reasonably proposed and AIEgen TBQZY with excellent ~1O_(2) generation ability has been synthesized. The newly developed TBQZY could efficiently kill S. epidermidis and methicillinresistant S. epidermidis(MRSE) by tightly binding to bacteria and triggering the accumulation of ~1O_(2) in bacteria. TBQZY specifically regulated the immune system and polarized macrophages from M1 to M2 to accelerate the elimination of biofilm in vivo. In addition, healing acceleration was observed in chronic wounds treated with TBQZY, and side effects were ***, TBQZY had extraordinary potential for combating drug-resistant bacteria in the clinical setting. This research not only provided new concepts for the design of AIEgens, but also shed some lights on the discovery of drugs against drug-resistant bacteria.

Alterations in the gut microbiome after transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt in patients with hepatitis B virus-related portal hypertension

Endoscopic features and treatments of gastric cystica profunda

BACKGROUND Gastric cystica profunda(GCP)represents a rare condition characterized by cystic dilation of gastric glands within the mucosal and/or submucosal *** is often linked to,or may progress into,early gastric cancer(EGC).AIM To provide a comprehensive evaluation of the endoscopic features of GCP while assessing the efficacy of endoscopic treatment,thereby offering guidance for diagnosis and *** This retrospective study involved 104 patients with GCP who underwent endoscopic *** demographic and clinical data,regular patient followups were conducted to assess local *** Among the 104 patients diagnosed with GCP who underwent endoscopic resection,12.5%had a history of previous gastric *** primary site predominantly affected was the cardia(38.5%,n=40).GCP commonly exhibited intraluminal growth(99%),regular presentation(74.0%),and ulcerative mucosa(61.5%).The leading endoscopic feature was the mucosal lesion type(59.6%,n=62).The average maximum diameter was 20.9±15.3 mm,with mucosal involvement in 60.6%(n=63).Procedures lasted 73.9±57.5 min,achieving complete resection in 91.3%(n=95).Recurrence(4.8%)was managed via either surgical intervention(n=1)or through endoscopic resection(n=4).Final pathology confirmed that 59.6%of GCP cases were associated with *** analysis indicated that elderly males were more susceptible to GCP associated with ***,multivariate analysis identified lesion morphology and endoscopic features as significant risk *** analysis demonstrated no statistically significant difference in recurrence between GCP with and without EGC(P=0.72).CONCLUSION The findings suggested that endoscopic resection might serve as an effective and minimally invasive treatment for GCP with or without EGC.

Hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury(HIRI)is the cause of postoperative hepatic dysfunction and failure,and even *** an important biological effector molecule,hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S)of mitochondria as a gasotransmitter that is usually used to protect against acute HIRI ***,the exact relationship between HIRI and mitochondrial H_(2)S remains tangled due to the lack of an effective analytical ***,we have fabricated a mitochondria-targeted H_(2)S-activatable fluorogenic probe(Mito-GW)to explore the stability of mitochondrial H_(2)S and track the changes of mitochondrial H_(2)S during the *** virtue of pyridinium electropositivity and its amphiphilicity,Mito-GW could accumulate in *** goes through an analyte-prompted immolation when reacts with H_(2)S,resulting in the releasing of the fluorophore(GW).Therefore,the extent of Mito-GW conversion to GW can be used to evaluate the changes of mitochondrial H_(2)S level in living cells and *** proof-of-principle,we have used MitoGW to demonstrate the mitochondria H_(2)S-levels increase and then decrease during HIRI in vitro and in *** research highlights the tremendous potential of Mito-GW as a mitochondrial H_(2)S fluorogenic probe in elucidating the pathogenesis of HIRI,providing a powerful tool for promoting future research on hepatology.

Strategies for improving crop comprehensive benefits via a decision-making system based on machine learning in the rice‒rape,rice‒wheat and rice‒garlic rotation systems in Southwest China

Rice‒rape,rice‒wheat and rice‒garlic rotations are common cropping systems in Southwest China,and they have played a significant role in ensuring ecological and economic benefits(EB)and addressing the challenges of China’s food security in the ***,the crop yields in these rotation systems are 1.25‒14.73%lower in this region than the national *** decision-making with machine learning can analyze the key factors for obtaining better benefits,but it has rarely been used to enhance the probability of obtaining such benefits from rotations in Southwest ***,we used a data-intensive approach to construct an intelligent decision‒making system with machine learning to provide strategies for improving the benefits of rice-rape,rice-wheat,and rice-garlic rotations in Southwest *** results show that raising the yield and partial fertilizer productivity(PFP)by increasing seed input under high fertilizer application provided the optimal benefits with a 10%probability in the rice-garlic *** high yields and greenhouse gas(GHG)emissions by increasing the N application and reducing the K application provided suboptimal benefits with an 8%probability in the rice-rape *** N and P to enhance PFP and yield provided optimal benefits with the lowest probability(8%)in the rice‒wheat *** on the predictive analysis of a random forest model,the optimal benefits were obtained with fertilization regimes by reducing N by 25%and increasing P and K by 8 and 74%,respectively,in the rice-garlic system,reducing N and K by 54 and by 36%,respectively,and increasing P by 38%in rice-rape system,and reducing N by 4%and increasing P and K by 65 and 23%in rice-wheat *** strategies could be further optimized by 17‒34%for different benefits,and all of these measures can improve the effectiveness of the crop rotation systems to varying ***,these findings provide insights into optimal agricultural inputs for higher be
