Organic lipids with different occurrence modes in a sedimentary core in a subtropicalfreshwater lake, Gucheng Lake, were sequentially extracted, separated and analyzed. Thedown-core variations of OEP index of alkanes, C18:2/C18:0 ratios of fatty acids, ratios of boundfatty acids to free fatty acids, thermo-maturity indices of hopanoid hydrocarbons and relativeconcentrations of sedimentary minerals revealed an evident increasing in allochthonous inputfrom rock detritus below 12.28 m in the sedimentary profile. The distribution pattern of tightly-bound β-hydroxy fatty acids indicated a difference in bacterial communities above and below theboundary, as well as the gammacerane index may assign a significant change in lake watersalinity. The evidence, in general, suggested that a significant paleoenvironmental change hadtaken place in ca. 9.6 kaBP on the regional basis.

MOST previous studies of organic geochemistry in an ore deposit focus on the bitumen and kero-gen associated with ores and host rocks, not on that of fluid inclusions. However, organicmatter only in ore-forming fluids is directly involved in metallogenesis. In this note, a series ofbiomarkers in hydrocarbon inclusions were identified through gas chromatography-mass spec-trometry (GC-MS). Comparison and contrast on extractable organic matter (EOM) was madeamong inclusions, ores and host rocks. Metallogenesis related to EOM was also discussed.

Coding metasurfaces can manipulate electromagnetic wave in real time with high degree of freedom,the fascinating properties of which enrich the metasurface design with a wide range of application ***,most of the coding metasurfaces are designed based on external excitation framework with the wired electrical or wireless light control devices,thus inevitably causing the interference with electromagnetic wave transmission and increasing the complexity of the metasurface *** this work,a simplistic framework of single-pixel-programmable metasurfaces integrated with a capsuled LED array is proposed to dynamically control electromagnetic *** framework fully embeds the photoresistor in the meta-atom,controlling the LED array to directly illuminate the photoresistor to modulate the phase *** this manner,the complex biasing network is transformed to the universal LED array,which means the physical control framework can be transformed to a software framework,and thus the functions of the metasurface can be freely manipulated by encoding the capsuled LED array avoiding mutual coupling of adjacent meta-atoms in real *** the results verify that the far-field scattering pattern can be customized with this singlepixel-programmable ***,this work provides a universal framework for coding metasurface design,which lays the foundation for metasurface intelligent perception and adaptive modulation.

At present,industrial synthetic ammonia was still obtained through the Hubble-Bosch process,with large energy *** is a research hotspot to realize green synthetic ammonia by using solar *** difficulty of photocatalytic ammonia synthesis was that the photo-excited electrons have not enough energy to active N≡*** this study,Ti was doped into BiOBr by one-step hydrothermal method,which was oxidized into TiO_(2)when the doping amount reaches the maximum,in situ forming Ti_(0.31)B_(0.69)OB/TiO_(2)*** from the synergistic effect of Ti doping and S-scheme heterojunction,the synthetic ammonia efficiency of Ti_(0.31)B_(0.69)OB/TiO_(2)-11.96 reached 1.643 mmol·g_(cat)^(-1)at mild conditions and without hole scavenger for up to 7 h,the efficiency of synthetic ammonia is 115 times,10.5 times and 3.3 times of that of BiOBr,Ti_(0.31)B_(0.69)OB and TiO_(2),***,DFT calculation confirms that Ti doping accurately refine the electronic structure of BiOBr,facilitate nitrogen adsorption activation and reduce hydrogenation reaction energy barrier,thus accelerating the reaction kinetics of photocatalytic nitrogen reduction(NRR),Meanwhile,constructing S-scheme heterojunction boosts the separation and transfer of photogenerated electron-hole pairs,improving the reduction ability of electrons in the conduction band of TiO_(2)and the oxidation ability of holes in the valence band of Ti_(0.31)B_(0.69)OB.

Hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury(HIRI)is the cause of postoperative hepatic dysfunction and failure,and even *** an important biological effector molecule,hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S)of mitochondria as a gasotransmitter that is usually used to protect against acute HIRI ***,the exact relationship between HIRI and mitochondrial H_(2)S remains tangled due to the lack of an effective analytical ***,we have fabricated a mitochondria-targeted H_(2)S-activatable fluorogenic probe(Mito-GW)to explore the stability of mitochondrial H_(2)S and track the changes of mitochondrial H_(2)S during the *** virtue of pyridinium electropositivity and its amphiphilicity,Mito-GW could accumulate in *** goes through an analyte-prompted immolation when reacts with H_(2)S,resulting in the releasing of the fluorophore(GW).Therefore,the extent of Mito-GW conversion to GW can be used to evaluate the changes of mitochondrial H_(2)S level in living cells and *** proof-of-principle,we have used MitoGW to demonstrate the mitochondria H_(2)S-levels increase and then decrease during HIRI in vitro and in *** research highlights the tremendous potential of Mito-GW as a mitochondrial H_(2)S fluorogenic probe in elucidating the pathogenesis of HIRI,providing a powerful tool for promoting future research on hepatology.

呼吸道合胞病毒(Respiratory syncytial virus,RSV)是导致美国婴儿住院的主要原因。尼塞韦单抗已被推荐用于预防婴儿RSV相关下呼吸道感染(Lower respiratory tract infection,LRTI)。2023年8月,美国食品药品监督管理局(Food and Drug Administration,FDA)批准将单剂量RSVpreF疫苗用于妊娠32-36周孕妇,以预防<6月龄婴儿发生RSV相关LRTI。自2021年10月起,美国免疫实践咨询委员会(Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices,ACIP)RSV疫苗母婴工作组审查了RSV流行病学和RSV母婴预防产品(包括RSVpreF疫苗)在安全性、保护效果和潜在经济影响方面的证据。2023年9月22日,ACIP和疾病控制与预防中心(Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,CDC)推荐采用季节性接种方式(在美国大陆大部分地区为9月至次年1月)为妊娠32-36周孕妇接种RSVpreF疫苗,以预防<6月龄婴儿发生RSV相关LRTI。孕妇在妊娠期间接种RSVpreF疫苗或者为婴儿使用尼塞韦单抗都是预防婴儿发生RSV相关LRTI的推荐方法,但大多数婴儿不需要同时采用两种方法。所有婴儿应通过上述某种产品获得保护,以预防RSV相关LRTI。
