In the present work,a zinc-based metal-organic framework{[Zn(ddpd)_(0.5)(bipy)_(0.5)]·h_(2)O]}_(n)(1-Zn)(where ddpd=2,5-di(2',4'-dic arboxylphenyl)-1,4-difluorobenzene,bipy=4,4-bipyridine)was synthesized by a solvothermal *** 1-Zn features a threedimensional(2,4,6)-connected network with{4^2.6^2.8^2}_(2){4^4.6^6.8^5}d***,without the assistance of other reagents,complex 1-Zn not only exhibited an exceeded 95%photodegradation efficiency for rhodamine B(Rh B),methyl blue(mB)and methyl orange(mO)within 40 min,but also showed high stability and *** addition,free radical quenching experiments and electron spin resonance(ESR)spectroscopy verified that the main active species in the photodegradation process were·O_(2)^(-)and Oh,and a.more indepth degradation mechanism was further elucidated by density functional theory(dFT)calculations.

a.m:To characterise the viral kinetics of enterovirus 71 (EV71).mEThOdS:In this study,human rhabdomyosarcoma (Rd) cells were infected with EV71 at different multiplicity of infection (mOI).After infection,the cytopathic effect (CPE) was monitored and recorded using a phase contrast microscope associated with a CCd camera at different time points post viral infection (0,6,12,24 h post infection).Cell growth and viability were measured by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (mTT) assay in both EV71 infected and mock infected cells at each time ***71 replication kinet-ics in Rd cells was determined by measuring the total intracellular viral RNA with real-time reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR).Also,the intracellular and extracellular virion RNA was isolated and quantified at different time points to analyze the viral package and *** expression of viral protein was determined by analyze the levels of viral structure protein VP1 with Western ***:EV71 infection induced a significant CPE as early as 6 h post infection (p.i.) in both Rd cells infected with high ratio of virus (mOI 10) and low ratio of virus (mOI 1).In EV71 infected cells,the cell growth was inhibited and the number of viable cells was rapidly decreased in the later phase of ***71 virions were uncoated immediately after *** intracellular viral RNA began to increase at as early as 3 h *** the exponential increase was found between 3 h to 6 h *** both infected *** viral structure protein synthesis,results from western-blot showed that intracellular viral protein VP1 could not be detected until 6 h *** the cells infected at either mOI 1 or mOI 10;and reached the peak at 9 h *** the cells infected with EV71 at both mOI 1 and mOI ***,the viral package and secretion were also actively processed as the virus underwent rapid *** viral package kinetics was comparable for both mOI 1

A layered zirconogermanate, （h2dETA）[ZrGe3O8F2]（1）, was hydro（solvo）thermally synthesized with diethylenetriamine（dETA） as template, and structurally determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Compound 1 crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/c with data of unit cell： a=0.7644（2） nm, b=1.1235（2） nm, c=1.6860（3） nm, V=1.4479（5） nm^3,/a.mo ka）=6.931 mm^-1, Z=4, R1=0.0402 for 3236 reflections with Fo〉2σ（Fo）. The structure of compound I was formed by alternatively packing the inorganic layer of ZrGe3O8F2 and h2dETA templated molecules along （001） direction. It was worth pointing out that the odd bifurcated 7mR nets were surrounded by odd 3mR. The protonated and disordered h2dETA cations not only balanced the superfluous charges of framework but also stabilized the structure of compound 1 by the hydrogen bond between -Nh3 group and oxygen on the framework. Furthermore, IR and TG were utilized to characterize the structure and thermal stability, respectively.

目的构建离体血管h2O2氧化损伤模型,并初步探讨其损伤机制,实验超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOd)对该损伤的修复作用。方法采用大鼠离体胸主动脉环,构建h2O2氧化损伤血管模型,通过乙酰胆碱(acetylcho-line,ACh)引起的舒张评价该模型的内皮功能;通过硝普钠(nitroprusside sodium,SNP)引起的舒张及苯肾上腺素(phenylephrine,PE)引起的收缩评价该模型的平滑肌功能。同时,用120U·ml-1的SOd作用于该模型30min,评价SOd对模型损伤的修复作用。结果h2O2氧化损伤的血管,对SNP引起的舒张及PE引起的收缩无影响,而对ACh引起的内皮依赖性舒张程度降低,120U·ml-1 SOd作用后,能明显改善该模型的氧化损伤状态。结论h2O2 1mmol·L-110min能够氧化损伤大鼠胸主动脉内皮,120U·ml-1的SOd可以较好地修复h2O2造成的内皮损伤。

目的:研究辛夷二氯甲烷提取物(CEF)的舒张血管作用以及其作用机制。方法:采用大鼠离体血管功能实验装置,描记张力变化,每组血管来自5只同批大鼠,分别保留和去除内皮。结果:CEF(0.1-1000mg/L)对去氧肾上腺素(PE)预收缩的血管环具有浓度依赖的舒张作用,内皮去除前后最大舒张效率Emax分别为78.68%±6.03%和64.98%±13.90%,该舒张作用为非内皮依赖性(Pmol/L)、四乙基氯化铵(TEA,3mmol/L)、氯化钡(BaCl2,100μmol/L)和鸟苷酸环化酶抑制剂1h-[1,2,3]恶二唑[4,3-a]喹喔啉-1-酮(OdQ,10μmol/L)预处理不能抑制CEF对去除内皮血管的舒张效应;CEF对血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、前列腺素F2α(PGF2α)、多巴胺(dopa)、血管加压素(Vaso)、五羟色胺(5-hT)和PE诱发的血管收缩均具有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01),抑制率分别为91.31%、82.11%、95.32%、90.53%、72.22%和83.63%。CEF对无钙液中PE引起的内钙释放和无钙高钾液中Ca2+收缩曲线均有显著的抑制作用(P<0.01)。结论:CEF具有舒张血管作用,其机制可能与抑制外钙内流和胞质内钙释放干扰胞质内钙离子平衡有关。

目的优选新疆锁阳中总黄酮的提取工艺,比较不同产地新疆锁阳中总黄酮的含量。方法以总黄酮含量为指标,以芦丁为对照品,用分光光度法比较了回流法、超声法、煎煮法从锁阳干燥肉质茎中提取黄酮类化合物的提取效率,采用正交表进行实验优化了超声法的提取工艺。比较了不同地区不同生长期的锁阳中总黄酮的含量。结果固液比和超声时间对黄酮类化合物的提取效率有显著影响,乙醇浓度对提取效率影响不显著。结论最佳提取工艺为60%乙醇、1:60固液比、超声1.5 h,且总黄酮含量以奇台地区的锁阳最高,出土期比开花期高,花中总黄酮含量高于茎中。
