Molecular doping is an important strategy to improve the charge transport properties of organic semiconductors in various electronic *** to p-type dopants,the development of n-type dopants is especially challenging due to poor dopant stability against atmospheric *** this article,we report the n-doping of the milestone naphthalenediimide-based conjugated polymer P(NDI2OD-T2)in organic thin film transistor devices by soluble anion *** addition of the dopants resulted in the formation of stable radical anions in thin films,as confirmed by EPR *** tuning the dopant concentration via simple solution mixing,the transistor parameters could be readily *** the contact resistance between the electrodes and the semiconducting polymer could be significantly reduced,which resulted in the transistor behaviour approaching the desirable gate voltage-independent *** hysteresis was also observed,thanks to the trap filling by the *** optimal doping concentrations the channel on-current was increased several fold whilst the on/off ratio was simultaneously increased by around one order of *** doping with soluble organic salts appears to be a promising route to improve the charge transport properties of n-type organic semiconductors.

Photocatalytic reduction of CO_(2)to carbon fuels is an important target but highly challenging to ***,we report the efficient photoconversion of CO_(2)into formic acid over a Ga(Ⅲ)-based metal–organic framework(MOF)material using triethanolamine as the sacrificial *** light irradiation and at room temperature,photoreduction of CO_(2) over MFM-300(Ga)yields formic acid with a selectivity of 100%.

Generalized contraction mapping principle in intuitionistic Menger spaces and application to differential equations

Using the idea of Atanassov, we define the notion of intuitionistic Menger spaces as a netural generalizations of Menger spaces due to Menger. We also obtain a new generalized contraction mapping and utilize this contraction mapping to prove the existance theorems of solutions to differential equations in intuitionistic Menger spaces.

Performance of GPS slant total electron content and IRI-Plas-STEC for days with ionospheric disturbance

Total Electron Content （TEC） is an important observable parameter of the ionosphere which forms the main source of error for space based navigation and positioning systems. Since the deployment of Global Navigation Satellite Systems （GNSS）, cost-effective esti- mation of TEC between the earth based receiver and Global Positioning System （GPS） sat- ellites became the major means of investigation of local and regional disturbance for earthquake precursor and augmentation system studies. International Reference Iono- sphere （IRI） extended to plasmasphere （IRI-Plas） is the most developed ionospheric and plasmaspheric climatic model that provides hourly, monthly median of electron density distribution globally. Recently, IONOLAB group {***） has presented a new online space weather service that can compute slant TEC （STEC） on a desired ray path for a given date and time using IRI-Plas model （IRI-Plas-STEC）. In this study, the performance of the model based STEC is compared with GPS-STEC computed according to the estimation method developed by the IONOLAB group and includes the receiver bias as IONOLAB-BIAS （IONOLAB-STEC）. Using Symmetric Kullback-Leibler Distance （SKLD）, Cross Correlation （CC） coefficient and the metric norm （L2N） to compare IRI-Plas-STEC and IONOLAB-STEC for the month of October 2011 over the Turkish National Permanent GPS Network （TNPGN- Active）, it has been observed that SKLD provides a good indicator of disturbance for both earthquakes and geomagnetic storms.

Classification with binary gene expressions

Microarray gene expression measurements are reported, used and archived usually to high numerical precision. However, properties of mRNA molecules, such as their low stability and availability in small copy numbers, and the fact that measurements correspond to a population of cells, rather than a single cell, makes high precision meaningless. Recent work shows that reducing measurement precision leads to very little loss of information, right down to binary levels. In this paper we show how properties of binary spaces can be useful in making inferences from microarray data. In particular, we use the Tanimoto similarity metric for binary vectors, which has been used effectively in the Chemoinformatics literature for retrieving chemical compounds with certain functional properties. This measure, when incorporated in a kernel framework, helps recover any information lost by quantization. By implementing a spectral clustering framework, we further show that a second reason for high performance from the Tanimoto metric can be traced back to a hitherto unnoticed systematic variability in array data: Probe level uncertainties are systematically lower for arrays with large numbers of expressed genes. While we offer no molecular level explanation for this systematic variability, that it could be exploited in a suitable similarity metric is a useful observation in itself. We further show preliminary results that working with binary data considerably reduces variability in the results across choice of algorithms in the preprocessing stages of microarray analysis.
