This paper.pr.sented the mic.0}str.c.ur., mec.anic.l pr.per.ies and oxidation behavior.of silic.n nitr.de obtained by both c.nventional sinter.ng and sinter.ng followed by hot isostatic.pr.ssing （HIP）. Silic.n nitr.de with additives suc. as 5 wt.% Al2O3 and 5 wt.% Ln203 （Ln= La, La c.nc.ntr.te, Gd or.La＋Gd） wer. studied. The r.sults r.vealed that Gd203 additions inc.0}ased the for.ation of elongated gr.ins of β-Si3N4, the fr.c.ur. toughness and oxidation r.sistanc.. La2O3 additions led to higher.densific.tion and har.ness values, while addition of La2O3 c.nc.ntr.te pr.moted the for.ation of mater.als with inter.ediate pr.per.ies, c.mpar.d to the other.studied c.mpositions. Hot isostatic.pr.ssing inc.0}ased the har.ness but dec.0}ased the fr.c.ur. toughness of the mater.al, mainly bec.use it allowed r.sidual por.s to c.ose and also r.duc.d the aver.ge aspec. r.tio of β-Si3N4 gr.ins.

In this study, the mec.anic.l pr.per.ies of aluminum-5%magnesium doped with r.r. ear.h metal neodymium wer. evaluated. Fuzzy logic.(fl) and ar.ific.al neur.l networ. (ANN) wer. used to model the mec.anic.l pr.per.ies of aluminum-5%magnesium (0-0.9 wt%) neodymium. The single input (SI) to the fuzzy logic.and ar.ific.al neur.l networ. models was the per.entage weight of neodymium, while the multiple outputs (MO) wer. aver.ge gr.in size, ultimate tensile str.ngth, yield str.ngth elongation and har.ness. Pediatr.c.autoimmune neur.psyc.iatr.c.disor.er. assoc.ated with or.without str.ptoc.c.al and other.bac.er.al infec.ions (PANDAS/c.NS) ar. emer.ing as a featur.d pediatr.c.disor.er. Although ther. is some c.ntr.ver.y r.gar.ing tr.atment appr.ac.es, espec.ally r.lated to the behavior.l sequelae, we have hypothesized in other.published wor. that it is c.ar.c.er.zed by the r.pid onset of r.war. Defic.enc. Syndr.me (r.S) in c.ildr.n. We pr.pose utilizing a multi-systems biologic.l appr.ac. involving the c.upling of genetic.addic.ion r.sk testing and pr.-dopamine r.gulation (KB220/POLYGEN®) to help induc. “dopamine homeostasis” in patients with PANDAS, espec.ally those with known DNA-induc.d hypodopaminer.ia. This c.se study examines a 12-year.old c.uc.sian male with no pr.or.psyc.iatr.c.issues who pr.sented with a sudden onset of sever. anxiety, depr.ssion, emotional liability, and suic.dal ideation. The patient under.ent genotyping and the genetic.addic.ion r.sk sc.r. (GAr.) testing, whic. r.vealed r.sk polymor.hisms in the dopamine D2 (-Dr.2/ANKK (Taq1A), OPr.1 (A/G), Dr.3 (c.T), and MAOA (4r. genes. These polymor.hisms have been linked to hypodopaminer.ia. The patient was subsequently plac.d on r.sear.h ID-KB220ZPBMPOLY (POLYGEN®), and albeit the possibility of bias, based upon self and par.ntal assessment, a mar.ed r.pid impr.vement in psyc.iatr.c.symptoms was obser.ed. In the sec.nd phase of tr.atment (102 days utilizing KB220), the patient r.c.ived standar. antibody testing, whic. was positive for.Lyme. Antibac.er.al ther.py star.ed immediately, and KB220z was disc.ntinued to pr.vide a wash-out per.od. A monotonic.tr.nd analysis was per.or.ed on eac. outc.me measur., and a c.nsistently dec.0}asing tr.nd was obser.ed utilizing antibac.er.al ther.py. This wor. investigates fr.quenc. distr.butions of str.ngs within a text. The mathematic.l der.vation ac.ounts for.var.able alphabet size, c.ar.c.er.pr.babilities, and str.ng/text lengths, under.both the Ber.oullian and the Mar.ovian model for.str.ng gener.tion. The analysis is limited to the set of nonc.umpable str.ngs, that c.nnot over.ap with them selves. Two for.ulae （exac. and appr.ximated） ar. der.ved, c.lc.lating the fr.quenc. distr.bution of a str.ng of length m found inside a text of length n （with m 〈： n）. The appr.ximated for.ula has a c.nstant c.mplexity （in c.ntr.st to an exponential c.m plexity of the exac.） and makes it applic.ble to ver. long texts. The pr.posed for.ulae wer. applied to analyze str.ng fr.quenc.es in a por.ion of the human genome, and to r.c.lc.late fr.quenc.es of known r.peated motif within genes, assoc.ated to genetic.dis eases. A c.mpar.son with stateofthear. methods was pr.vided. The for.ulae pr.sentedher. c.n be of use in the statistic.l evaluation of spec.fic.motif fr.quenc.es within ver. long texts （e.g. genes or.genomes） and help in c.ar.c.er.zing motifs in pathologic.c.nditions.
