自2011年以来,美国心血管死亡率并未减少。人们越来越担心这样的形势反映了年轻人心血管健康的恶化。然而,该人群中急性心血管疾病住院率及死亡率负担的变化尚不明确。本研究从总体及不同社区收入水平,评估了25~64岁成年人心血管住院率及死亡率变化。方法:采用国家住院样本,在25~64岁成年人中,评估急性心肌缺血(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)、心力衰竭和缺血性脑卒中的年龄标准化年住院率及住院死亡率。

A convenient and direct per(poly)fluoroalkylmethyl-introducing cyclopropanation reaction was described. In the presence of CrCl3/Fe, per(poly)fluoroalkyl iodides reacted with diethyl allylmalonate and its analogs to give per(poly)fluoroalkylmethyl-substituted electrophilic cyclopropane derivatives in high yields. This reaction was considered to proceed by two steps: radical addition followed by cyclopropanation.

In the presence of CrCl3/Fe redox system, polyfluoropolyhaloethanes readily added to electron-deficient or electron-rich alkenes, giving the corresponding 1:1 hydropolyfluoroalkylation product or 1:1 adduct in high yields. This reaction provided a simple and convenient method to synthesize building blocks containing a CF3 or CF2 moiety.

Heme oxygenase-1(HO-1) system catabolizes heme into three products:carbon monoxide,biliverdin/bilirubin and free *** is involved in many physiological and pathophysiological processes.A great deal of data has demonstrated the roles of HO-1 in the formation,growth and metastasis of *** interest in this system by investigators involved in gastrointestinal tumors is fairly recent,and few papers on HO-1 have touched upon this *** review focuses on the current understanding of the physiological significance of HO-1 induction and its possible roles in the gastrointestinal tumors studied to *** implications for possible therapeutic manipulation of HO-1 in gastrointestinal tumors are also discussed.

Due to the proliferation of Internet and Intranet,the distributed storage systems have received a lot of attention. These systems span a large number of machines and store huge amount of data for a lot of *** the distributed storage systems,a row can be directly accessed using a row *** concentrate on a problem of efficient processing of queries whose predicate is on a column but not a row *** this paper,we present a cache management technique,called DICE which maintains query results of range queries to support the next range *** accelerate the search time of the cached query results,we use modified Interval Ski *** addition,we devise a novel cache replacement policy since DICE maintains an interval rather than a data *** our cache replacement policy considers the properties of intervals,our proposed technique is more efficient than traditional buffer replacement *** experimental result demonstrates the efficiency of our proposed technique.

This letter reports a novel method for preparing chromogenic calix[4]arenes, in which the 4-aminopyridine was diazotized with isoamyl nitrite in EtONa/EtOH, and mono(azo)-, bis(azo)- and tetra(azo)-substituted calix[4]arenes were obtained as main product respectively by diazo-coupling in different molar ratio to calix[4]arene in non-aqueous solution at 0-5 degrees.

Parkinson＇s disease （PD） is a slowly progressing neuro- degenerative disorder clinically defined by key symptoms like bradykinesia, rigidity, resting tremor, and postural instability. Reduction of dopaminergic terminals in the caudate nucleus and putamen, i.e., the striatum, accom- panied by decreased striatal levels of dopamine, and most likely consecutive degeneration of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra pars compacta （SNpc） are tightly linked to the onset of the motor symptoms. With the etiology of PD largely not yet well defined, there is accu- mulating evidence for increased immune activation in PD. The majority of studies favor a detrimental effect of microglia, the resident innate immune cells of the brain, on PD pathogenesis. In the presence of alpha-synuclein, inflammatory responses elicited by microglia may be initiated by pattern recognition receptors, e.g.,
