Metal oxide semiconductors(MOSs) are ideal sensing materials for detecting volatile organic compounds due to their low cost, diversity, high stability, and ease of production. However, it remains a grand challenge to develop the MOSs-based gas sensors for sensing isopropanol with desired performance via a simple, effective,and controllable method. Herein, we reported the preparation of the Al-doped Zn O(AZO)/WO_(3) heterostructure films by directly depositing the AZO coating onto the WO_(3) coating using a strategy of magnetron sputtering. The AZO/WO_(3) heterostructure films were constructed by numbers of irregular nanoparticles that were interconnected with each other. The AZO/WO_(3) heterostructure films-based gas sensors exhibited excellent isopropanolsensing performance with high response, promising selectivity, low detection limit, fast response rate, wide detection range, and ideal reproducibility. The promising isopropanol-sensing performance of the AZO/WO_(3) heterostructure films arises mainly from their high uniformity, unique microstructures with high surface roughness,and the construction of the heterostructure between the AZO and WO_(3) coatings. This work provides a versatile approach to prepare the MOSs-based heterostructure films for assembling the gas sensors.

A 44-year-old patient was admitted with tumor rupture in the left hepatic lateral lobe,and he underwent emergent exploratory laparotomy and proceeded for hepatic left lateral lobectomy on September 19,*** final diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma was confirmed by histopathological examination of the surgical ***,the patient received hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy with FOLFOX(oxaliplatin,fluorouracil,and leucovorin)for 5 ***,recurrence of the hepatocellular carcinoma was diagnosed in the abdominal *** patient was then treated with *** less than 1 month of the treatment with lenvatinib,the patient was admitted to the emergency room on june 2,2022,because of acute intra-abdominal bleeding(hematomas).Percutaneous intra-abdominal angiography found that the bleeding vessels were the right gastroepiploic artery and left gastric *** patient was stabilized after arterial embolization using gelatin *** diagnosis and management of spontaneous intra-abdominal hematomas are discussed.

Polarizers have always been an important optical component for optical engineering and have played an indispensable part of polarization imaging *** polarizers provide an excellent platform to achieve miniaturization,high resolution,and low cost of polarization imaging ***,we proposed freeform metasurface polarizers derived by adjoint-based inverse design of a full-Jones matrix with gradient-descent *** designed multiple freeform polarizers with different filtered states of polarization(SOPs),including circular polarizers,elliptical polarizers,and linear polarizers that could cover the full Poincaré*** that near-unitary polarization dichroism and the ultrahigh polarization extinction ratio(ER)reaching 50 d B were achieved for optimized circular *** multiple freeform polarizers with filtered polarization state locating at four vertices of an inscribed regular tetrahedron of the Poincarésphere are designed to form a full-Stokes parameters micropolarizer *** work provides a novel approach,we believe,for the design of meta-polarizers that may have potential applications in polarization imaging,polarization detection,and communication.

In this paper,we show that the Boussinesq operator B_(t)f converges pointwise to its initial data.f∈H^(s)(R)as t→0 provided s≥1/4-more precisely-on one hand,by constructing a counterexample in R we discover that the optimal convergence index sc,1=1/4;on the other hand,we find that the Hausdorff dimension of the divergence set for B_(t)f isα1,b(s)={1-2s,as1/4≤s≤1/2;1,as 0lift was also obtained for f being radial.

为了研究带导流筒连续式搅拌槽的固液混合性能,通过建立其计算流体力学模型,采用正交试验方法,选取L_( 9)(3^(4))正交表得到9组方案,通过极差综合分析,确定最优组合方案。试验结果表明:影响浓度标准差的主次因素依次为导流筒位置、直径和高度;影响混合时间的主次因素依次为导流筒直径、高度和位置;影响搅拌桨功率的主次因素依次为导流筒位置、直径和高度;综合考虑的最优组合为导流筒位置为15 mm、高度为50 mm、直径为90 mm,该结论与仿真结果相吻合。

目的探讨青年缺血性卒中危险因素及比较不同性别青年缺血卒中差别。方法将2017年1月-2020年1月于郑州市第一人民医院神经内科住院的青年急性缺血性卒中患者作为研究对象,收集相关资料,根据性别分组分析。结果 218例青年卒中患者,男性165例(75.7%),女性53例(24.3%),平均年龄(38.6±5.4)岁,常见前3名危险因素依次为:高血压143例(65.6%),血脂异常110例(50.5%),卒中病史97例(44.5%)。TOAST分型显示最常见类型为大动脉粥样硬化型128例(58.7%)。男女组间高血压、血脂异常、吸烟、饮酒、高同型半胱氨酸血症、贫血、高尿酸血症比例方面有明显差异(P<0.05)。TOAST分型中女性患者其他原因型远远高于男性患者(22.6%vs 4.8%)(P<0.05)。结论高血压,高脂血症,吸烟,高同型半胱氨酸血症等可控性危险因素仍是青年缺血性卒中主要危险因素,青年缺血性卒中患者不同性别危险因素和病因分型有所差异。
