In this paper,the punching shear performance of 8 steel fiber reinforced recycled coarse aggregate concrete(SFRCAC)two-way slabs with a size of 1800 mm×1800 mm×150 mm was studied under local concentric *** effects of RCA replacement ratio(rg)and SF volume fraction(Vf)on the punching shear performance of SFRCAC two-way slabs were *** Image Correlation(DIC)measurement and Acoustic Emission(AE)technique were introduced to collect pictures and relevant data during the punching shear *** test results show that the SFRCAC two-way slab mainly exhibits punching shear failure and flexure failure under local concentric *** punching shear failure space area of SFRCAC two-way slab has no obvious change with increasing rg,however,show a gradual increase trend with increasing *** of the punching shear ultimate bearing capacity(Pu)and its deflection of SFRCAC two-way slab decrease with increasing rg and increase with increasing Vf,***,through the regression analysis of the results from this study and the data collected from related literature,the influence of rg and Vf on the Pu of two-way slabs were obtained,and the equations in GB 50010-2010,ACI 318-19,and Eurocode 2 Codes were amended,***,the amended equations were all applicable to predicted the ultimate bearing capacity of the ordinary concrete two-way slab,RCAC two-way slab,SFRC two-way slab,and SFRCAC two-way slab.

Zero-dimensional(0D)-Cs_(3)Bi_(2)I_(9),two-dimensional(2D)-Cs_(3)Bi_(2)Br_(9),and one-dimensional(1D)-Cs3Bi2Cl9 perovskite films have been successfully grown on indium tin oxide(ITO)glass substrates,which were used to fabricate memristors with the structure of Al/Cs_(3)Bi_(2)X_(9)(X=I,Br,and Cl)/ITO *** current three types of memristors exhibited bipolar resistive switching *** the endurance and retention time tests clearly demonstrated the excellent stability of present ***,the ON/OFF ratio of the 0D-Cs_(3)Bi_(2)I_(9)device is close to 104 at the reading voltage of 0.1 V,which is nearly 100 and 1000 times larger than those of the 1D-Cs3Bi2Cl9 device and the 2D-Cs_(3)Bi_(2)Br_(9)device,*** activation energy of halide vacancies in the Cs_(3)Bi_(2)X_(9)(X=I,Br,and Cl)films was calculated using the density functional theory by considering a minimum migration path,demonstrating the dimensionality of the Cs_(3)Bi_(2)X_(9)(X=I,Br,and Cl)film affected the formation and rupture of conductive ***,the short-term plasticity and long-term plasticity of biological synapse were simulated by evaluating the conductance responses of Al/Cs_(3)Bi_(2)X_(9)(X=I,Br,and Cl)/ITO devices under various voltage pulses in *** duration time of long-term plasticity in all the present devices can last for up to 250 *** 0D-Cs_(3)Bi_(2)I_(9)device showed both the highest spikeduration-dependent plasticity and paired-pulse facilitation indexes compared to the other two ***,the 0DCs_(3)Bi_(2)I_(9)device successfully established the associative learning behavior by simulating the Pavlov’s dog experiment.

Realization of a magnetization reversal by an external electric field is vital for developing ultra-low-power spintronic *** this report,starting from energy band engineering,a general design principle is proposed for achieving electrical manipulation of a nonvolatile 180°magnetization reversal.A half semiconductor(HSC)and a bipolar magnetic semiconductor(BMS)are selected as the model of magnetic layers,whose conduction-band minimum and valence-band maximum are in the same and opposite spin states,*** on the analysis of virtual hopping and tight-binding models,the interlayer coupling of HSC/insulator/BMS devices is successfully tuned between ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic interactions by varying electric field ***,the interlayer coupling nearly disappears after removing the electric field,proving the nonvolatile magnetization *** first-principles calculations,the feasibility of present design strategy is further confirmed by a representative device with the structure of CrBr3/h-BN/2H-VSe_(2).This design guideline and physical phenomena may open an avenue to explore magnetoelectric coupling mechanisms and develop next-generation spintronic devices.

A simple air-sea coupled model, the atmospheric general circulation model （AGCM） of the National Centers for Environmental Prediction coupled to a mixed-layer slab ocean model, is employed to investigate the impact of air-sea coupling on the signals of the Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation （AMO）. A regional coupling strategy is applied, in which coupling is switched off in the extratropical North Atlantic Ocean but switched on in the open oceans elsewhere. The coupled model is forced with warm-phase AMO SST anomalies, and the modeled responses are compared with those from parallel uncoupled AGCM experiments with the same SST forcing. The results suggest that the regionally coupled responses not only resemble the AGCM simulation, but also have a stronger intensity. In comparison, the coupled responses bear greater similarity to the observational composite anomaly. Thus, air-sea coupling enhances the responses of the East Asian winter climate to the AMO. To determine the mechanism responsible for the coupling amplification, an additional set of AGCM experiments, forced with the AMO-induced tropical SST anomalies, is conducted. The SST anomalies are extracted from the simulated AMO-induced SST response in the regionally coupled model. The results suggest that the SST anomalies contribute to the coupling amplification. Thus, tropical air-sea coupling feedback tends to enhance the responses of the East Asian winter climate to the AMO.

Trichosanthin(TCS),extracted from the Chinese medicinal herb Trichosanthes kirilowi,has shown promise for the inhibition of tumor ***,its immunomodulatory effect on tumor–host interaction remains *** this study,we focused on the effect of TCS on murine anti-tumor immune response in the 3LL Lewis lung carcinoma tumor model and explored the possible molecular pathways *** addition to inhibiting cell proliferation and inducing apoptosis in the 3LL tumor,TCS retarded tumor growth and prolonged mouse survival more significantly in C57BL/6 immunocompetent mice than in nude *** reflected the fact that the host immune system was involved in tumor *** FACS analysis,we found that TCS increased the percentage of effector T cells,particularly Interferon-gamma(IFN-c)producing CD41 and CD81 T cells from tumor-bearing *** also promoted the vigorous proliferation of antigen-specific effector T cells,markedly increased Th1 cytokine secretion and elicited more memory T cells in tumor-bearing mice,consequently enhancing the anti-tumor response and inducing immune ***,we found that TCS upregulated the expression of tumor suppressor in lung cancer 1(TSLC1)in 3LL tumor cells and the expression of its ligand,class I-restricted T cell-associated molecule(CRTAM),in effector T *** TSLC1 expression with small interfering RNA(siRNA)significantly eliminated the effects of TCS on the proliferation and cytokine secretion of effector T cells,suggesting that TCS enhances anti-tumor immune response at least partially by boosting the interaction between TSLC1 and ***,our data demonstrate that TCS not only affects tumor cells directly,but also enhances anti-tumor immunity via the interaction between TSLC1 and *** findings may lead to the development of a novel approach for tumor regression.

Three kinds of Cs_(3)Sb_(2)X_(9)(X=I,Br,Cl)perovskite films have been prepared to fabricate the resistive memory devices with the structure of Al/Cs_(3)Sb_(2)X_(9)(X=I,Br,Cl)/indium tin oxide(ITO)*** devices exhibited a bipolar resistive switching behavior at room temperature by applying scanning voltage of 0→1→0→-1.8→0 *** switching voltages in the Al/Cs_(3)Sb_(2)X_(9)(X=I,Br,Cl)/ITO devices gradually decreased with the X from I,Br to Cl due to the different migration rates of halide vacancy in perovskite films,which is confirmed by the first-principles calculations of activation *** ON/OFF ratio under the reading voltage of 0.1 V significantly increased up to 100 in the Al/Cs_(3)Sb_(2)Cl_(9)/ITO device,which is nearly 10 and 3 times larger than that of the Al/Cs3Sb2I9/ITO device and the Al/Cs_(3)Sb_(2)Br_(9)/ITO device,*** endurance cycles and retention time of current devices were evaluated,showing the excellent electrical ***,the three kinds of Al/Cs_(3)Sb_(2)X_(9)(X=I,Br,Cl)/ITO device can successfully simulate the short-term plasticity of biological *** Al/Cs_(3)Sb_(2)Cl_(9)/ITO device showed the highest paired-pulsed facilitation index compared with that of other two devices,which was explored for the longterm plasticity and learning experience processes of *** addition,the Al/Cs_(3)Sb_(2)Cl_(9)/ITO device established associative learning behavior by simulating the Pavlov’s dog experiment.

This study focuses on the climatic impacts of the Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation （AMO） as a mode of internal vari- ability. Given the difficulties involved in excluding the effects of external forcing from internal variation, i.e., owing to the short record length of instrumental observations and historical simulations, we assess and compare the AMO and its related climatic impacts both in observations and in the ＂Pre-industrial＂ experiments of models participating in CMIP5. First, we evaluate the skill of the 25 CMIP5 models＇＂Historical＂ simulations in simulating the observational AMO, and find there is generally a considerable range of skill among them in this regard. Six of the models with higher skill relative to the other models are selected to investigate the AMO-related climate impacts, and it is found that their ＂Pre-industrial＂ simulations capture the essential features of the AMO. A positive AMO favors warmer surface temperature around the North Atlantic, and the Atlantic ITCZ shifts northward leading to more rainfall in the Sahel and less rainfall in Brazil. Furthermore, the results confirm the existence of a teleconnection between the AMO and East Asian surface temperature, as well as the late withdrawal of the Indian summer monsoon, during positive AMO phases. These connections could be mainly caused by internal climate variability. Opposite patterns are true for the negative phase of the AMO.

A joint statistical-dynamical method addressing both the internal decadal variability and effect of anthropogenic forcing was developed to predict the decadal components of East Asian surface air temperature(EATs)for three decades(2010–2040).As previous studies have revealed that the internal variability of EATs(EATs_int)is influenced mainly by the ocean,we first analyzed the lead-lag connections between EATs_int and three sea surface temperature(SST)multidecadal modes using instrumental records from 1901 to *** on the lead-lag connections,a multiple linear regression was constructed with the three SST modes as *** hindcast for the years from 2000 to 2005 indicated the regression model had high skill in simulating the observational EATs_***,the prediction for EATs_int(Re_EATs_int)was obtained by the regression model based on quasi-periods of the decadal oceanic *** forcing from greenhouse gases is likely associated with global *** monthly global land surface air temperature from historical and projection simulations under the Representative Concentration Pathway(RCP)4.5 scenario of 19 Coupled General Circulation Models participating in the fifth phase of the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project(CMIP5),we predicted the curve of EATs(EATs_trend)relative to1970–1999 by a second-order ***_int and EATs_trend were combined to form the reconstructed EATs(Re_EATs).It was expected that a fluctuating evolution of Re_EATs would decrease slightly from 2015 to 2030 and increase gradually *** with the decadal prediction in CMIP5 models,Re_EATs was qualitatively in agreement with the predictions of most of the models and the multi-model ensemble mean,indicating that the joint statistical-dynamical approach for EAT is rational.

The ascomycete insect pathogenic fungi such as Metarhizium species have been demonstrated with the abilities to form the rhizosphere or endophytic relationships with different plants for nutrient *** this study,after the evident infeasibility of bacterial disease development in the boxed sterile soils,we established a hydroponic system for the gnotobiotic growth of Arabidopsis thaliana with the wild-type and transgenic strain of Metarhizium *** transgenic fungus could produce a high amount of pipecolic acid(PIP),a pivotal plant-immune-stimulating *** inoculation experiments showed that *** could form a non-selective rhizosphere relationship with *** to the PIP uptake by plants after exogenous application,PIP level increased in Col-0 and could be detected in the PIP-non-producing Arabidopsis mutant(ald1)after fungal inoculations,indicating that plants can absorb the PIP produced by *** transgenic fungal strain had a better efficacy than the wild type to defend plants against the bacterial pathogen and aphid *** to ald1,fmo1 plants could not be boosted to resist bacterial infection after *** fungal inoculations,the phytoalexins camalexin and aliphatic glucosinolate were selectively increased in Arabidopsis via both PIP-dependent and-independent *** study unveils the potential mechanism of the fungus-mediated beneficial promotion of plant immunity against biological *** data also highlight the added values of *** to plants beyond the direct suppression of insect pest populations.
