Background:Sini decoction(SND)is a classic traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)formulation that can be used to treat anxiety-related disorders,but the active substance and underlying molecular mechanism of its anxiolytic effects are *** this study,network pharmacology,molecular docking research and experimental verification methods were used to preliminarily explore the bioactive compounds and potential target mechanisms of SND ***:The active components and corresponding targets of SND were collected by ***,OMIM,PharmGkb,TTD and Drugbank were used to search for the targets of anxiety *** core target of SND in the treatment of anxiety was screened by PPI.R language was used to analyze the intersection targets of SND in the treatment of anxiety disorders by GO and KEGG enrichment *** Vina was used for molecular docking,and Discovery Studio was used for visual conformation analysis after *** anti-anxiety effect and molecular mechanism of SND were studied by in vivo ***:Based on network pharmacological analysis,we obtained 112 active ingredients and 350 effective targets related to anxiety from *** PPI analysis,26 targets such as STAT3,MAPK3,MAPK1,MAPK14,SRC,HSP90AA1,TP53 and PIK3CA were identified as core *** and KEGG analysis showed that the anxiolytic mechanism of SND may be related to the neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction pathway and inflammatory *** docking showed that quercetin,naringenin,licochalcone A had high affinity with JAK2,MAPK14 and *** experiments have shown that SND reverses the upregulation of GluN2B(NMDAR)and GluA1(AMPAR)proteins,and SND improves anxiety disorders by regulating glutamate transmitter levels,which may be related to neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction pathways,particularly glutamate ***:This study shows that SND can improve FS-induced behavioral changes in mice and can modulate hippocampal synapse-asso

AVO (Amplitude variation with offset) technology is widely used in gas hydrate research. BSR (Bottom simulating reflector), caused by the huge difference in wave impedance between the hydrate reservoir and the underlying free gas reservoir, is the bottom boundary mark of the hydrate reservoir. Analyzing the AVO attributes of BSR can evaluate hydrate reservoirs. However, the Zoeppritz equation which is the theoretical basis of conventional AVO technology has inherent problems: the Zoeppritz equation does not consider the influence of thin layer thickness on reflection coefficients;the approximation of the Zoeppritz equation assumes that the difference of wave impedance between the two sides of the interface is small. These assumptions are not consistent with the occurrence characteristics of natural gas hydrate. The Brekhovskikh equation, which is more suitable for thin-layer reflection coefficient calculation, is used as the theoretical basis for AVO analysis. The reflection coefficients calculated by the Brekhovskikh equation are complex numbers with phase angles. Therefore, attributes of the reflection coefficient and its phase angle changing with offset are used to analyze the hydrate reservoir's porosity, saturation, and thickness. Finally, the random forest algorithm is used to predict the reservoir porosity, hydrate saturation, and thickness of the hydrate reservoir. In the synthetic data, the inversion results based on the four attributes of the Brekhovskikh equation are better than the conventional inversion results based on the two attributes of Zoeppritz, and the thickness can be accurately predicted. The proposed method also achieves good results in the application of Blake Ridge data. According to the method proposed in this paper, the hydrate reservoir in the area has a high porosity (more than 50%), and a medium saturation (between 10% and 20%). The conventional rotary rock breaking method faces a technical bottleneck in improving the rate of penetration(ROP)in deep hard *** drilling is the most potential approach to increase rock-breaking efficiency and ***,the rock-breaking mechanism of percussive drilling is still unclear enough,especially the micro-fracture mechanism of rock under confining pressure(under lateral pressure and hydraulic pressure).In this paper,the impact rock breaking experiments by four kinds of Polycrystalline Diamond Compact(PDC)cutters are carried out using a drop-weight impact testing machine and an acoustic emission(AE)recording system,the influence of parameters such as cutter shape,rake angle,and impact energy on rock-breaking are systematically *** study includes a numerical simulation to examine the process of crack initiation,propagation,and cuttings formation during the impact process with the consideration of confining *** results show the conicalshaped cutter is the most aggressive with high breaking *** penetration depth of the cutter is mainly influenced by the impact energy and cutter shape than the rake angle of the *** exists critical impact energy makes the rock breaking efficiency the *** critical impact energy is about 40 J when using the conical-shaped cutter with a rake angle of 15°.The rock mainly failed in tensile mode,and the inter-grain crack is the main *** pressure can inhibit the formation of horizontal cracks,while lateral pressure can inhibit the formation of vertical cracks and reduce the proportion of tensile *** research results can provide some reference and basis for improving the rock-breaking efficiency in deep hard formations.

Gas-solid bubbling fluidized beds are widely used in chemical,energy,construction,and other industrial fields due to their excellent fluidization performance.2D-fluidized beds with planar rectangular columns of finite thickness are widely used in fluidized bed studies,and it is essential for understanding the hydrodynamics of gas-particle ***,the distributor(porous medium)at the bottom of the bed has a crucial influence on the fluidization performance of the 2D-fluidized *** this work,the fluidization mechanism and gas-solid dynamic characteristics of the fluidized bed under three porous media are studied by CFD-DEM coupled with the porous medium model,and the accuracy of numerical simulation is verified by a high-speed photography *** show that with the increase in the flow resistance of the porous medium,the average and standard deviation of the bubble diameter decrease,and the time and position of particles in the dead zone to participate in the core-annular flow *** a low fluidization velocity,the dead zone in the bed can be considerably reduced by increasing the flow resistance.

By combining cryo-rolling and post-annealing treatments,the nanostructured NiTi alloy is produced.A diff erential scanning calorimetry measurement was used to test the eff ect of the preparation process on phase *** cryo-rolling changes the tensile fracture of NiTi alloy to a ductile ***,the recovered structure exhibits signifi cant strength improvement,while the tensile plasticity is still comparable to that of the coarse-grained *** optimized mechanical performance is due to the strengthening eff ect of refi ned microstructure and the high work hardening capability rendered by moderate dislocation ***-on-plate reciprocating dry-sliding wear test reveals that the nanostructured NiTi alloy also has enhanced wear resistance,which is primarily ascribed to the high content of residue martensite formed during *** results provide an eff ective route to optimize the mechanical and wear properties of NiTi alloys.

In this paper,we introduce and analyze an augmented mixed discontinuous Galerkin(MDG)method for a class of quasi-Newtonian Stokes *** the mixed formulation,the unknowns are strain rate,stress and velocity,which are approximated by a discontinuous piecewise polynomial triplet ■for k≥***,the discontinuous piecewise polynomial function spaces for the field of strain rate and the stress field are designed to be *** addition,the pressure is easily recovered through simple *** the benefit of the analysis,we enrich the MDG scheme with the constitutive equation relating the stress and the strain rate,so that the well-posedness of the augmented formulation is obtained by a nonlinear functional *** k≥0,we get the optimal convergence order for the stress in broken ■(div)-norm and velocity in L^(2)-***,the error estimates of the strain rate and the stress in-norm,and the pressure in L^(2)-norm are optimal under certain ***,several numerical examples are given to show the performance of the augmented MDG method and verify the theoretical *** evidence is provided to show that the orders of convergence are sharp.

Emphysema,myofibroblast accumulation and airway remodeling can occur in the lungs due to exposure to atmospheric pollution,especially fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5)),leading to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Specifically,bronchial epithelium-fibroblast communication participates in airway remodeling,which results in *** increasing number of studies are now being conducted on the role of exosome-mediated cell-cell communication in disease ***,we investigated whether exosomes generated from bronchial epithelial cells could deliver information to normal stromal fibroblasts and provoke cellular responses,resulting in airway obstruction in *** studied the mechanism of exosome-mediated intercellular communication between human bronchial epithelial(HBE) cells and primary lung fibroblasts(pLFs).We found that PM_(2.5)-induced HBE-derived exosomes promoted myofibroblast differentiation in ***,the exosomal lncRNA expression profiles derived from PM_(2.5)-treated HBE cells and nontreated HBE cells were investigated using an Agilent Human LncRNA *** coculture assays and direct exosome treatment,we found that HBE cell-derived exosomal HOTAIRM1 facilitated the myofibroblast differentiation of ***,we discovered that exosomal HOTAIRM1 enhanced p LF proliferation to secrete excessive collagen secretion,leading to airway obstruction by stimulating the TGF-β/SMAD3 signaling ***,PM_(2.5)reduced FEV1/FVC and FEV1 and increased the level of serum exosomal HOTAIRM1 in healthy people;moreover,serum exosomal HOTAIRM1 was associated with PM_(2.5)-related reductions in FEV1/FVC and *** findings show that PM_(2.5)triggers alterations in exosome components and clarify that one of the paracrine mediators of myofibroblast differentiation is bronchial epithelial cell-derived HOTAIRM1,which has the potential to be an effective prevention and therapeutic target for PM_(2.5)-induced COPD.
