Recently,the finite element method(FEM) has been commonly applied in the engineering analysis of rotor *** moments,rotary inertia,transverse shear deformation and gravity can be included in computational models of rotor-bearing *** this paper,a finite element model and its solution method are presented for the calculation of the dynamics of dual rotor systems.A typical structure with two rotor shafts is discussed and the procedure for obtaining the coupling motion equations of the subsystems is illustrated.A computer program is developed to solve critical speeds and to simulate the transient *** influence of gyroscopic moments on co-rotation and counter-rotation is analyzed,and the effect of the speed ratio on critical speed is *** dynamic characteristics under different conditions of increasing speed during start-up are demonstrated by comparison with transient nodal *** presented model provides a complete foundation for further investigation of the dynamics of dual rotor systems.

Essential thrombocythemia with abdominal thrombotic is frequently associated complications including portal cavernoma as a consequence of chronic portal vein thrombosis. Essential thrombocythemia in a latent form is difficult to identify at onset due to the absence of an overt disease phenotype. In the presented case report, the diagnosis of essential thrombocythemia was initially missed because the typical disease phenotype was masked by bleeding and hypersplenism. The correct diagnosis was only reached when the patient experienced persistent thrombocytosis and pseudohyperkalemia after a shunt operation.

Discovery of a Homolog of Siderophilin in a Plant

Members belonging to the siderophilin family are iron-binding and iron-transporting proteins, which includes transferrin and lactoferrin. They have only been found in animals previously. If siderophilin could be found in and isolated from a plant, its production and subsequent extensive application could be increased. The present study is the first to report the discovery of a homolog of siderophilin in a plant. In order to purify antifreeze proteins from Ammopiptanthus mongolicus （Maxim.） Cheng f., the authors processed the proteins from the leaves using techniques such as column chromatography using DEAE-Cellulose-52, gel filtration via Sephacryl S-100 HR medium, hydrophobic interaction chromatography, and sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Mass spectroscopy was performed on the three proteins purified and the sequence of one of the proteins （containing 32 amino acids） was found to have 97% homology with the corresponding part of one type of human lactoferrin. Moreover, one of the two peptides belongs to an iron-binding domain. So, it is possible that siderophilin also exists in plants and plays a role as an antibacterial and antifungal, among other actions.

Background Bleb-associated endophthalmitis （BAE） is a rare but severe complication of trabeculectomy with poor outcome. Various surgical methods were explored to treat such patients. However, there is no defined protocol. The aim of this study was to describe a new combined operation, and to demonstrate the outcome of the treatment. Methods Nine patients with BAE were enrolled in our study. The combined operation including pars plana vitrectomy （PPV）, sclera patch graft （SPG） and endoscopic cyclophotocoagulation （ECP） was used to treat these patients. Results In the follow-up of 18-24 months, all patients with the endophthalmitis were cured, the useful visual acuity was preserved in 7 patients, and the intraocular pressure （lOP） of 8 patients was controlled just after first operation, only one needed another trans-scleral cyclophotocoagulation. Conclusion This combined operation is a useful method for treating the patients with BAE, with SPG and vitrectomy to control the endophthalmitis and ECP to balance the postoperative lOP.

The effects of exogenous nitric oxide （NO） on plant growth, chlorophyll contents, photosynthetic and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters as well as lipid peroxidation and activities of antioxidant enzymes were investigated in Chinese cabbage plants exposed to iron （Fe） deficiency. Iron deficiency led to serious chlorosis in Chinese cabbage leaves, and resulted in significant decrease in plant growth, photosynthetic pigments, net photosynthetic rate, Fv/Fm, Ф ps Ⅱ and activities of antioxidant enzymes, and increase in lipid peroxidation. While treatment with SNP, a NO donor, it could revert the iron deficiency symptoms, increased photosynthetic rate as well as activities of antioxidant enzymes, and protected membrane from lipid peroxidation, as a result, the growth inhibition of Chinese cabbage by Fe deficiency was alleviated.

中国城乡关系的历史演进具有特殊的发展逻辑,也是马克思主义在中国发展的生动实践成果之一。中国城乡关系经历了从统一、差别到二元结构固化,再到城乡融合发展的新时代的过程,其中交织着政治、经济、资本、文化及权力等多方面内容。新时代城乡融合发展的困境构筑了新的问题丛,主要存在三大障碍:农业转移人口的市民化问题;城乡空间资源配置不合理、不均衡;城乡生态环境差距问题。顺着新问题索引,马克思主义空间观给予了城乡关系的空间化分析,其价值旨归以人为核心,指明了城乡发展的规律,暗合了中国城乡关系变化的演进趋势。由于时代区隔导致马克思主义空间观与当下城乡融合的新问题发生了暂时性断裂。新马克思主义空间生产理论则勾连起了马克思主义空间观,并且在要素层面观照了改革开放后城乡空间的变化,其局限性在于人的主体作用不彰,依然没有逃离资本主义制度框架体系。因此,新型城乡融合发展要校准城乡空间方位,重塑多维空间正义,在此基础上进行路径延展与超越:重视城乡空间身份体验;实现城乡融合发展与乡村振兴战略的同频共振;尊重城乡发展的动态规律。
