s.y-corn-yoghurt is.a fermented product that obtained from inoculation of yoghurt s.arter to s.y corn milk. The pres.nt s.udy was.conducted to s.udy the us. of different ratios.of s.y corn milk and corn milk only with buffalo milk in the manufacture of yoghurt. Two experiments.were carried out , the firs. experiment was.100 ml buffalo milk :s.y corn milk ratios.90:10, 80:20, 70:30, 60:40 and 50:50 (w/w), the s.cond was.buffalo milk with Corn milk 90:10, 80:20, 70:30, 60:40, 50:50 and 40:60 res.ectively and 100% buffalo milk as.control. Treatments.were coded B1, C1, D1, E1 and F1 in the firs. experiment, while B2, C2, D2, E2, F2 and G2 for the s.cond res.ectively. All treatments.s.bjected to chemical and organoleptic as.es.ment. It was.found thos. pH, total protein, fat content were decreas.d with increas.ng the ratio of s.y corn milk in the product. Als., increas.ng the ratio of corn milk led to decreas. all the previous.y mentioned characteris.ics. Curd firmnes. values.for yoghurt made from (70:30) coded D2 and (60:40) coded E1 were higher than that of other treatments. Res.lts.indicated that mixes.of (50:50) coded F1, (60:40) coded E1 and mixes.(90:10) coded B2, (80:20) coded C2 and (70:30) coded D2 had the highes. s.ns.ry s.ores.and chemical quality.

The thermal conductivity and s.ecific heat capacity of undoped and Al-doped （1–10 at.%） ZnO nanoparticles.prepared us.ng the s.lvent thermal method are determined by meas.ring both thermal diffus.vity and thermal effus.vity of a pres.ed powder compact of the prepared nanoparticles.by us.ng the las.r-induced photoacous.ic technique. The impact of Al doping vers.s.the micros.ructure of the s.mples.on s.ch thermal parameters.has.been inves.igated. The res.lts.reveal an obvious.enhancement in the s.ecific heat capacity when decreas.ng the particle s.ze, while the effect of Al doping on the s.ecific heat capacity is.minor. The meas.red thermal conductivities.are about one order of magnitude s.aller than that of the bulk ZnO due to s.veral nes.ed reducing heat trans.er mechanis.s. The res.lts.als. s.ow that Al doping s.gnificantly influences.the thermal res.s.ance. Us.ng a s.mple thermal impedance model, the added thermal res.s.ance due to Al dopant has.been es.imated.

Objective: To as.es. the role of miRNA712_3p as.a s.ecific biomarker in early detection of toxoplas.os.s.in plas.a of mice acutely infected with Toxoplas.a gondii. Methods. Real-time PCR was.us.d to meas.re the level of miRNA712_3p in plas.a of infected mice. Immunecompetent and immune-s.ppres.ed mice were examined, three and five days.pos.-infection. Res.lts. Res.lts.revealed s.gnificant up-regulation of plas.a miRNA712_3p in both immunecompetent and immune-compromis.d groups.in comparis.n to the control non-infected group. The Wadi Ibib area is.s.tuated in the northern part of the Neoproterozoic Hamis.na s.ear Zone(Hs.), which is.a high s.rain zone evolved during the late s.ages.of the Pan-African orogeny, likely as.a tectonic es.ape s.ructure. Amphibolite facies.pelitic metas.dimentary windows.crop out in the axial parts.of the Hs. and are noticeably as.ociated with numerous.N-trending pegmatite dikes. Whole-rock geochemis.ry of the pegmatites.reveals.a peraluminous.s.type) affinity, with low K/Rb ratios.and elevated concentrations.of U, Th, REE, Rb, Li, Cs. Y, Nb and Ta. s.ructurally, the pegmatite s.ts.intrude along the s.ear plane of the Hs., corres.onding to the regional N-trending tectonic fabrics. s.ch as.axial planar foliation and dextral-s.earing in the metas.dimentary hos. rock. NIR backs.attering meas.rements.us.ng s.ngle s.urce-detector optical probe (optods. can detect abs.rption areas.within deep tis.ue layer. However, s.ch optods. are characterized by large s.paration dis.ance between the s.urce and detectors.(>2 cm) and poor lateral res.lution (>1 cm), which limits.its.us.ge for the localization of s.all abs.rption volumes.embedded deep within the tis.ue s.ch as.s.bcutaneous.veins. In this.work a method to improve the accuracy of locating s.ch abs.rption volumes.(areas. us.ng backs.attered NIR meas.rements.is.s.gges.ed and inves.igated with the aim of developing an optical s.ns.r for detecting and localizing large s.bcutaneous.veins. The method is.bas.d on meas.ring the differential s.gnal from three overlapping s.urce-detector pairs.arranged within the probe s.ch that the total photon s.ns.tivity profile of the probe is.maximized along a narrow width area (within the central of the probe) and minimized along its.s.des. The location of the abs.rption areas.is.then determined when a peak maximum of the meas.red s.gnal is.detected. Monte Carlo s.mulation and light trans.ort modeling was.us.d to determine the optimum arrangement of each s.urce-detector pair within the probe to create the required s.atial s.ns.tivity profile and demons.rate the validity of the method. The res.lts.s.owed that the differential optode has.more than two times.improvement in the lateral res.lution compared to the s.andard optode. The res.lt als. s.owed that the differential probe can locate s.bcutaneous.veins.with diameter ~5 mm and embedded at ~1.5 cm depth. The method could have a potential for des.gning and developing an optical backs.attering s.ns.rs.for detecting and localizing large s.bcutaneous.veins.embedded 2 cm

The free convective heat trans.er to the power-law non-Newtonian flow from a vertical plate in a porous.medium s.turated with nanofluid under laminar conditions.is.inves.igated. It is.cons.dered that the non-Newtonian nanofluid obeys.the mathematical model of power-law. The model us.d for the nanofluid incorporates.the effects.of Brown- ian motion and thermophores.s. The partial differential s.s.em governing the problem is.trans.ormed into an ordinary s.s.em via a us.al s.milarity trans.ormation. The numer- ical s.lutions.of the res.lting ordinary s.s.em are obtained. Thes. s.lutions.depend on the power-law index n, Lewis.number Le, buoyancy-ratio number Nr, Brownian motion number Nb, and thermophores.s.number Nt. For various.values.of n and Le, the effects.of the influence parameters.on the fluid behavior as.well as.the reduced Nus.elt number are pres.nted and dis.us.ed.

The electrochemical behaviour of the heterobimetallic complex [Pt(C≡C tol)2(dppm)2-Ir(CO)2]+PF-6 was.s.udied via cyclic voltammetry,convolutive voltammetry and chronopotentiometry at glas.y carbon electrode in dichloromethane *** electrochemical parameters.calculated from experimental data were tes.ed and confirmed by matching the experimental cyclic voltammograms.with the s.mulated *** was.found that convolutive voltammetry provided higher s.ns.tivity,better res.lution and more accurate method for determination of the electrochemical parameters.than ordinary cyclic voltammetry.

The governing boundary layer equations.and boundary conditions.are cas. into a dimen- s.onles. form by s.milarity trans.ormations. and the res.lting s.s.em of equations.is.s.lved by a finite difference method. The res.lts.are pres.nted and dis.us.ed for concentration profiles. as.well as.the Nus.elt number and the s.erwood number for various.values.of the parameters. which govern the problem. The res.lts.obtained s.ow that the flow field is.influenced appreciably by the pres.nce of the chemical reaction parameter γ the order *** chemical reaction parameter m, the s.ret number s., the buoyancy ratio N, the Lewis.number Le, and the dimens.onles. rheological parameter Ω.
