At present,due to shortage of water resources,especially in arid and semiarid areas of the world such as Iran,exploitation of groundwater resources with suitable quality for drinking is of high *** this regard,contamination of groundwater resources to heavy metals,especially arsenic,is one of the most important hazards that threaten human *** present study aims to develop an approach for presenting the groundwater quality of Sirjan city in Kerman Province,based on modern tools of spatial zoning in the GIS environment and a fuzzy approach of evaluating drinking water in accordance with the standards of world health organization(WHO).For this purpose,qualitative data related to 22 exploitation wells recorded during 2002 to 2017 were *** addition,fuzzy aggregate maps were prepared in two scenarios by neglecting and considering arsenic presence in groundwater *** results showed a decrease in groundwater quality over *** specifically,neglecting the presence of arsenic,in 2002,all drinking wells in the area were located in an excellent zone,while in 2017 a number of operation wells were located in the good and medium ***,the final map,considering the presence of arsenic as a limiting factor of drinking water,indicated that parts of the southern regions of the plain would be the best place to dig wells for drinking ***,the use of new methods can contribute significantly to the usage of groundwater aquifers and provide a good view of the aquifer water quality.

A potted experiment was carried out to study the effect of an arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus(Diversispora versiformis)and arbuscular mycorrhizal like fungus(Piriformospora indica)on antioxidant enzyme defense system of Satsuma orange(Citrus sinensis *** 4)grafted on Poncirus trifoliata under favourable temperature(25°C)and cold temperature(0°C)for 12 *** short-term treatment of cold temperature did not cause any significant change in root fungal colonization and spore density in *** cold stress,*** inoculation did not change the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),and peroxidase(POD)in leaves and roots,whereas *** inoculation significantly increased the activity of CAT in roots and POD in leaves *** addition,inoculation of two mycorrhizal fungi under cold stress significantly increased the relative expression levels of PtPOD and PtF-SOD in leaves,*** up-regulated the expression levels of PtCu/Zn-SOD in leaves,and *** also induced the expression levels of PtMn-SOD and PtCAT1 in *** addition,inoculated Oita 4 trees maintained significantly lower hydrogen peroxide levels and malondialdehyde contents in leaves and roots under cold temperature,suggesting lower oxidative ***,we concluded that arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(especially ***)mainly induced the expression of antioxidant enzyme genes,depending on the fungal species,and thus mitigated oxidative damage for higher cold resistance in inoculated plants.

Gibberellins(GAs)are an important hormone in regulating plant growth and development,and DELLA protein is an essential negative regulator of GA signal *** aim of the study was to clone a GAinhibiting protein DELLA from trifoliate orange(Poncirus trifoliata ***.)and to analyze the bioinformations and expression patterns of the protein gene in tissues and in response to drought stress.A DELLA protein was isolated from trifoliate orange and named as PtGai(Genebank number:MZ170959).The PtGai protein had 1731 bp open reading frames,along with 576 amino acid codes,and also grouped with sweet orange(XM_006430552.4).The PtGai protein sequence was 65%homology with the sequences of DELLA proteins in other plant *** protein existed in the nucleus based on the prediction of subcellular *** protein could be expressed in roots,stems,and leaves,along with the highest expression in *** was upregulated by drought stress in leaves and roots,along with the decrease of root total GA concentration and the inhibition of shoot and root biomass *** indicated the characteristics of PtGai protein and the roles of PtGai in GA synthesis and plant growth.

为了研究氢能汽车储氢装置在室内车库发生意外泄漏时氢气的聚集特性,使用虚喷嘴模型联合高压容器泄漏动力学模型建立了高压储氢气瓶的泄漏参数计算方法,并利用Matlab计算得到了容积为120 L、储存压力为70 MPa的储氢气瓶泄漏时瓶内压力、泄漏流率等参数的变化,并将其作为边界条件反映在Fluent数值模型中,建立了车载高压储氢气瓶氢气泄漏扩散的数值模型,模拟研究了储氢气瓶在不同泄漏孔大小、泄漏车辆停放位置和泄漏口气体流动状态三因素的影响下,室内空间氢气浓度分布情况。研究结果表明:①在储氢气瓶泄漏过程中,空间内可燃氢气云团体积会出现峰值,随后逐渐减小,泄漏孔径越大,空间内氢气体积越大,聚集时间越长;②在车库角落处发生泄漏时,氢气云团平均浓度最高,氢气体积最小;③泄漏口氢气为浮力主导时,氢气在天花板处呈圆弧形扩散,有利于氢气传感器的布置和泄漏源的定位,泄漏口氢气为动量主导时,空间内氢气体积最大,并且大量氢气聚集于车辆底盘下方。

In this paper, a new sensorless interior permanent magnet synchronous motor （IPMSM） drives method with extended Kalman filter （EKF） for speed, rotor position and load torque estimation is proposed. The direct torque control （DTC） technique for permanem magnet synchronous motor （PMSM） is receiving increasing attention due to the important advantages of the low dependence on motor parameters when compared with other motor control techniques. The Kalman filter is an observer for linear and non-linear systems and is based on the stochastic intromission, in others words, noise. The PMSM is fed by an indirect power electronic converter which is controlled by a sliding mode technique. The simulation tests performed for different operating condi- tions have confirmed the robustness of the overall system; and it is shown that the sliding mode technique has successfully minimized the different harmonics introduced by the line converter.

Background:Nicotine administration can generate severe oxidative stress and lipid *** jelly,with its antioxidant properties,acts as a scavenger of reactive oxygen *** study describes the apitherapy effects of royal jelly on testicular damage following nicotine ***:Forty-eight male BALB/c mice were divided into 8 groups(n=6):saline,3 different doses of royal jelly(100,150,and 200 mg/kg body weight(BW)per day),nicotine(1.5 mg/kg),and 3 different groups of Nic+Roy(1.5 mg/kg of Nic+100,150,and 200 mg/kg BW per day of royal jelly).Nicotine was administrated intraperitoneally,and royal jelly was prescribed orally for 10 consecutive *** levels of hormones(testosterone,luteinizing hormone,and follicle-stimulating hormone),total antioxidant capacity,nitric oxide(NO)status,malondialdehyde levels,sperm DNA fragmentation,sperm parameters,histopathological changes(H&E staining),immunohistochemistry against apoptotic proteins,and gene expression of Bcl-2,p53,Caspase-3,and Nrf2(real-time PCR)were assessed to evaluate the molecular and histological ***:Hormone levels,sperm parameters,and status of antioxidants were decreased significantly(p<.05)following nicotine ***,royal jelly treatment normalized hormonal and antioxidant characteristics,decreased apoptotic gene expression,increased Nfr2 gene expression,and restored histopathological alteration to the physiological status significantly(p<.05).Conclusion:Royal jelly upregulates the antioxidant status,inhibits the mitochondrialdependent apoptosis pathway,and increases the rate of *** therapeutic agent effectively protected the testis against nicotine-associated damages by antioxidant and anti-apoptotic effects.
