Secure Inverted Index based Search over Encrypted Cloud Data with User Access Rights Management

Cloud computing is a technology that provides users with a large storage space and an enormous computing ***,the outsourced data are often sensitive and confidential,and hence must be encrypted before being ***,classical search approaches have become obsolete and new approaches that are compatible with encrypted data have become a *** privacy reasons,most of these approaches are based on the vector model which is a time consuming process since the entire index must be loaded and exploited during the search process given that the query vector must be compared with each document *** solve this problem,we propose a new method for constructing a secure inverted index using two key techniques,homomorphic encryption and the dummy documents ***,1)homomorphic encryption generates very large ciphertexts which are thousands of times larger than their corresponding plaintexts,and 2)the dummy documents technique that enhances the index security produces lots of false positives in the search *** proposed approach exploits the advantages of these two techniques by proposing two methods called the compressed table of encrypted scores and the double score ***,we exploit a second secure inverted index in order to manage the users'access rights to the ***,in order to validate our approach,we performed an experimental study using a data collection of one million *** experiments show that our approach is many times faster than any other approach based on the vector model.

The study is focused on the use of nanofluids in a micro-open tall cavity,which is a type of micro heat exchanger(MHE).The cavity is heated from the bottom sidewall in a sinusoidal pattern,and the effects of four input parameters(Ra,Ha,Kn,and Vf)on heat transfer and irreversibility are investigated using numerical simulations based on Lattice boltzmann Method(LbM).The findings of the study suggest that the local heat transfer on the bottom sidewall is strongly influenced by Ra and Ha,while the surface distribution of entropy generation is mainly dependent on *** study also shows that the optimization of the magnitude and wavelength of the sinusoidal temperature can improve both local heat transfer and surface distribution of entropy *** results of the study provide valuable insights into the design of micro heat exchangers and suggest that the optimization of micro-porous geometries using DOE could lead to increased energy *** study contributes to our understanding of the complex interactions between input parameters in micro heat exchangers and highlights the importance of considering multiple parameters in the design process.

A series of low band gap terpolymers based on 4,8-bis（5-（2-ethylhexyl）thiophen-2-yl）benzo[l,2-b：4,5- b＇]dithiophene （bDTr） and diketopyrrolopyrrole （DPP） with varied solubilizing groups （i.e., tert- butoxycarbonyl, t-boc and 2-octyldodecyl） are developed as electron donors for bulk heterojunction （bHJ） polymer solar cells （PSCs）. The results reveal that the one with 50% t-boc concentration （P3） performs better than the other terpolymers used in this study in conventional PSC devices with a power conversion efficiency of 2.92%.

Liver transplantation with grafts obtained after cardiac death-current advances in mastering the challenge

The scarcity of donor livers has increased the interest in donation after cardiac death(DCD) as an additional pool to expand the availability of organs. However, the initial results of liver transplantation with DCD grafts have been suboptimal due to an increased rate of complications, as well as decreased graft survival. These challenges have led to many developments in DCD donation outcome, as well as basic and translational research. In this article we review the unique characteristics of DCD donors, nuances of DCD organ procurement, the effect of prolonged warm and cold ischemia times, and discuss major studies that compared DCD to donation after brain death liver transplantation, in terms of outcomes and complications. We also review the different methods of donor treatment that has been applied to ameliorate DCD organ outcome, and we discuss the role of machine perfusion techniques in organ reconditioning. We discuss the two major perfusionmodels, namely, hypothermic machine perfusion and normothermic machine perfusion; we compare both methods, and delineate their major differences.

Gly→Ala Point Mutation and Conformation of Poly-Ala Stretch of PAbPN1: A Molecular Dynamics Study

Single nucleotide replacing mutations in genes cause a number of diseases, but sometimes these mutations mimic other genetic mutations such as trinucleotide repeats expansions. A mutation in codon GGG→GCG results in Gly→Ala at the N-terminal of PAbPN1 protein that mimics the trinucleotide repeat expansion disease called Oculopharyngeal muscular dystrophy (OPMD). Molecular dynamics simulations in water with peptide models having sequence Ac-A10-GA2GG-NHme (peptide A) and Ac-A10A3GG-NHme (peptide b) reveal an increase in the length of helical segment in peptide b. The α-helical length is found to be stable in peptide b with starting geometry of a right handed helix, while in the case peptide A, the helical length is short. The interactions of water molecules at terminals, side chain-backbone interactions and hydrogen bonds provide stability to resultant conformation. The adopted helix by the poly-Ala stretch may lead to masking some other active parts of the PAbPN1 that may trigger the aggregation, decrease in degradation and/or impaired function of protein. Hence, further studies with N-terminal may be helpful to understand unclear disease mechanism.

轧制工形钢翼缘焊上盖板,并用摩擦型高强度螺栓栓接盖板的自由端(端部未焊接部分),使盖板端头的疲劳强度由E级提高到b级。端部螺栓的数量,必需能承受盖板范围内的弯矩。对盖板端部用高强度螺栓栓接而承受HS-20汽车荷载的二跨连续梁设计,参量分析表明,其疲劳强度不控制设计。盖板由疲劳强度为E级的长度缩短到理论切割点间长度,所节省的钢料费大于端部栓接所增加的费用。这一构造方式有抗疲劳的潜力,且造价低廉。它能利用现有工艺,因而可以立即实现。22片梁的试验表明,焊接盖板自由端经栓接后,疲劳寿命提高了三级,即从E级到b级。盖板端部栓接的桥梁主梁,通常盖板终止于理论切割点。这样制造的主梁是耐疲劳的,并较之习用的盖板端部焊接的主梁造价要便宜些。

The Cellular Populations of Normal Camel (<i>Camelus dromedaries</i>) Milk

Overwhelming demand on the camel milk has considered camel mammary glands as an important organ. However, poor research of the camel mammary glands immune system is considered major obstacle in improving the camel welfare. The cellular population of camel milk at the mid-lactation was exploited using overlapping reactive antibodies. The CD markers and adhesion molecules, CD3+, CD8+, WC + 1+, CD62L, CD11b/c (MAC-1)and the LPAM-1 were studied with flow cytometer. The high expression of CD3+, CD8+, WC+1+ and LPAM-1 was detected in all of the examined samples. The CD62L, CD11b/c expression were not detected consistently. The cross reacted antibodies with camel CD markers have revealed interesting overview of the nature of the cellular activities in the camel mammary glands at the lactation period. The level of CD8+ cells is in parallel with the findings at the cattle mammary glands. The high level of WC + 1+ γδ cells in camel milk, despite the stage of the lactation and age, could indicate their significant role in the immunity of the camel mammary glands. The expression of the LPAM-1 on the lymphocytes has provided further support to the notion that the lymphocytes trafficking to the camel mammary glands could be of mucosal nature.
