To be able to regulate the anionic oxygen position in ferrites,an original compositing method is developed by introducing a porous p-type phase in the n-type matrix of ferrite spinel semiconductors.A result of this method is the synergetic effect of the enhanced mass and charge transport that impacted the morphology and anionic oxygen position within the MgFe_(2)O_(4) *** hypothesis is that fine tuning of the anionic oxygen position in ferrites allows us to regulate their physicochemical properties significantly,with the implications for diverse *** electron exchange interaction(J)between O-centered and octahedral-occupying iron(Fe)-centered orbitals affected both the electrical and magnetic properties of the matrix significantly,supporting our *** three-dimensional variable range electron hopping is one such effect.

Management of surgically placed ostomies is an important aspect of any general surgical or colon and rectal surgery practice. Complications with surgically placed ostomies are common and their causes are multifactorial. Parastomal ulceration, although rare, is a particularly difficult management problem. We conducted a literature search using MD Consult, Science Direct, OVID, Medline, and Cochrane Databases to review the causes and management options of parastomal ulceration. Both the etiology and treatments are varied. Different physicians and ostomy specialists have used a large array of methods to manage parastomal ulcers; these including local wound care; steroid creams; systemic steroids; and, when conservative measures fail, surgery. Most patients with parastomal ulcers who do not have associated IBD or peristomal pyoderma gangrenosum （PPG） often respond quickly to local wound care and conservative management. Patients with PPG, IBD, or other systemic causes of their ulceration need both systemic and local care and are more likely to need long term treatment and possibly surgical revision of the ostomy. The treatment is complicated, but improved with the help of ostomy specialists.

This study was originally aimed at suggesting a two-dimensional program for the Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage(SAGD)process based on the correlations proposed by Heidari and Pooladi,using the MATLAB *** fact,the work presented by Chung and Butler was used as the basis for this *** the steam chamber development process and the SAGD production performance are functions of reservoir properties and operational parameters,the new model is capable of analyzing the effects of parameters such as height variation at constant length,length variation at constant height,permeability variation,thermal diffusivity coefficient variation and well location on the production rate and the oil recovery among which,the most important one is the thermal diffusivity coefficient *** investigate the accuracy and authenticity of the model outcomes,they were compared with the results obtained by Chung and *** privilege of this method over that proposed by Heidari and Pooladi lies in its ability to investigate the effect of thermal diffusivity coefficient on recovery and analyzing the effect of temperature distribution changes on thickness *** on the observations,results reveal that the proposed model gives more accurate predictions compared to the old model proposed by Chung&Butler.

We report the fabrication of disposable and flexible Screen-Printed electrodes (SPes). This new type of screen-printed electrochemical platform consists of Ag nanoparticles (AgNPs) and graphite composite. For this purpose, silver nanoparticles were first synthesized by a chemical reduction method. The morphology and structure of the AgNPs were analyzed using a Scanning electron Microscope (SeM) and UV-Visible spectroscopy. Graphite was chosen as the working electrode material for the fabrication of a thick-film. The fabrication of a screen-printed hydrogen peroxide biosensor consisting of three electrodes on a polyethylene terephthalate (PeT) substrate was performed with a spraying approach (working, counter and reference: enzyme electrode, graphite, pseudo reference: Ag/AgCl). This biosensor was fabricated by immobilizing the peroxidase enzyme (HRP) in a Titania sol-gel membrane which was obtained through a vapor deposition method. The biosensor had electrocatalytic activity in the reduction of H2O2 with linear dependence on H2O2 concentration in the range of 10-5 to 10-3 M;the detection limit was 4.5 × 10-6 M.

Objective:To evaluate the supplementation effects of vitamin e,vitamin C,superoxide dismutase(SOD),and catalase to diluents on bull cryopreserved epididymal ***:Sperm were retrieved from 20 bull testes and were then supplemented with 0.1 mM vitamin e,5.0 mM vitamin C,100.0 IU/mL SOD,and 100.0μg/mL catalase alone,or in a *** control treatment contained no *** supplementation,samples were frozen and stored in liquid *** sperm parameters including motility,progressive motility,viability,acrosome integrity,plasma membrane integrity,kinematics and DNA damage were evaluated following the thawing ***:Vitamin e alone significantly increased the parameters of acrosome and membrane integrity compared to the control treatment(Pe compared to the control treatment,vitamin C had no improvement effect on sperm characteristics except for membrane *** of vitamin e+vitamin C had a significant improvement in total motility,progressive motility,viability,membrane and acrosome integrity compared to the control and other treatments(Ped to the control treatment,addition of SOD or catalase alone significantly improved the percentages of total motility,progressive motility,viability,membrane and acrosome integrity(Permore,SOD+catalase significantly increased total motility,progressive motility,viability,acrosome and membrane integrity characteristics compared to the catalase treatment(Pe alone,vitamin e+vitamin C,and SOD in diluents decreased DNA damages and thereby improved the rate of intact sperm ***:Addition of 100.0 IU/mL SOD alone and 0.1 mM vitamin e+5.0 mM vitamin C,and also 5.0 mM vitamin C+100μg/mL catalase in a combination improves the quality of cryopreserved bull epididymal sperm and could be used for cryopreservation.

A major cause of some of serious issues encountered in a drilling project,including wellbore instability,formation damage,and drilling string stuck e which are known to increase non-productive time(NPT)and hence the drilling cost e is what we know as mud *** mud loss can be prevented or at least significantly reduced by taking proper measures beforehand provided the position and intensity of such loss can be properly predicted using an accurate predictor ***,in this study,we used the convolutional neural network(CNN)and hybridized forms of multilayer extreme learning machine(MeLM)and least square support vector machine(LSSVM)with the Cuckoo optimization algorithm(COA),particle swarm optimization(PSO),and genetic algorithm(GA)for modeling the mud loss rate based on drilling data,mud properties,and geological information of 305 drilling wells penetrating the Marun *** this purpose,we began by a pre-processing step to attenuate the effect of noise using the Savitzky-Golay *** whole set of available data was divided into the modeling(including 2300 data points)and the validation(including 483 data points)***,the second generation of the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-Ⅱ)was applied to the modeling data to identify the most significant features for estimating the mud *** results showed that the prediction accuracy increased with the number of selected features,but the increase became negligible when the number of selected features exceeded ***,the following 9 features were selected as input to the intelligent algorithms(IAs):pump pressure,mud weight,fracture pressure,pore pressure,depth,gel 10 min/gel 10 s,fan 600/fan 300,flowrate,and formation *** of the hybrid algorithms and simple forms of LSSVM and CNN to the training data(80%of the modeling data,i.e.1840 data points)showed that all of the models tend to underestimate the mud loss at higher mud loss rates,although the CNN exhibited l

The single-phase traction load has essentially an unbalance characteristic at the Point of Common Coupling (PCC), which injects harmonic into the utility grid. In this paper, the effect of harmonic distortion and unbalance loading are investigated simultaneously for electrical railway systems. Special traction transformers (i.e. single-phase, V/V, Wye-Delta, Scott, and Le Blanc) are used between the utility grid and the traction load. For analysis, different defini-tions of power factors are considered, which are presented by Ieee Std.1459. The detailed simulation study is made with MATLAB/SIMULINK program to represent the impacts of harmonic components and unbalance loading on the power factor behavior in the electrical Railway systems.

Background:Microglia are brain resident macrophages originating from mesodermal/mesenchymal cells that migrate into the CNS as early as embryonic day 9 in mice(e9)prior to the emergence of neurons and other *** have variety of neuro-developmental and homeostatic functions during early embryonic central nervous system development and later in the adult *** may be responsible for mediating some gender-related structural and functional differences in the ***,identifying the microglia content and amount of migrated microglia in embryonic stage would be helpful to determine the function of microglia in induction of brain gender-related *** of its complexity to determine the exact number of microglia in embryo,and since most studies harvest microglia form neonate mice,but it is not completely determined yet if there is any difference in the content of microglia in male and female ***:Brains were extracted from male and female neonates to prepare mixed glia,then microglia were extracted from cultured mixed glia using shaking *** microglia were counted,cultured and gone under microscopic and flow cytometry ***:The number of microglia harvested from male and female pubs is different and presumably male pubs have more microglia ab *** assessments on presence of amoeboid,rod like and ramified types showed that both genders have similar ***:Presence of a greater number of ab initio microglia in male neonates could indicate that gender-difference in the number of microglia may play a role in gender-dependent brain development from infancy.
