A splicing mutation in VPS4B can cause dentin dysplasia type I(DD-I),a hereditary autosomal-dominant disorder characterized by rootless teeth,the etiology of which is genetically *** our study,dental follicle cells(DFCs)were isolated and cultured from a patient with DD-I and compared with those from an age-matched,healthy *** a previous study,this DD-I patient was confirmed to have a loss-of-function splicing mutation in VPS4B(IVS7+46C>G).The results from this study showed that the isolated DFCs were vimentin-positive and CK14-negative,indicating that the isolated cells were derived from the *** harboring the VPS4B mutation had a significantly higher proliferation rate from day 3 to day 8 than control DFCs,indicating that VPS4B is involved in cell *** cells were then replenished with osteogenic medium to investigate how the VPS4B mutation affected osteogenic *** of osteogenesis,detected by alizarin red and alkaline phosphatase staining in vitro,was decreased in the DFCs from the DD-I patient compared to the control ***,we also found that the VPS4B mutation in the DD-I patient downregulated the expression of osteoblast-related genes,such as ALP,BSP,OCN,RUNX2,and their encoded *** outcomes confirmed that the DD-I-associated VPS4B mutation could decrease the capacity of DFCs to differentiate during the mineralization process and may also impair physiological root formation and bone *** might provide valuable insights and implications for exploring the pathological mechanisms underlying DD-I root development.

Shuangtaizi estuary wetland, the largest natural conservation district in China, and one of the best preserved, largest ecological lands with the most complete vegetation types in the world, is located in Panjin city, Liaoning Province. In recent years, the degradation of Shuangtaizi estuary wetland is very serious. In order to rescue lives in the wetland and protect valuable natural resources, the information system of Shuangtaizi estuary wetland was built with '3S' technology, and the minimum, optimum, and maximum eco-environmental water requirements were calculated respectively. Furthermore, for restoring the ecological functions of wetland and preventing wetland degradation, the balance between supply and demand of water resource was analyzed , and an optimal allocation scheme of water resources was proposed based on three kinds of equilibrium.

Satellite remote sensing observations show that during winter, sea surface temperature （SST） presents the structure of double warm tongues in the Huanghai Sea trough： the western and the eastern warm tongues. Numerical experiments based on POM are carried out to study the forming mechanism of this thermal structure and its relation to the Huanghai Sea Warm Current （HSWC）. The control experiment reproduces this phenomenon quite well, and comparing experiments investigate the effect of wind and tide. It is found that the western warm tongue is mainly caused by the HSWC, which can be strengthened by wintertime southward wind. The eastern warm tongue develops under the influence of an anti-clockwise circulation which is induced by the temperature front of the Huanghai Sea Cold Water Mass （HSCWM） in summer and autumn. In the eastern portion of this circulation, the northward current carries warm water to the north, forming the eastern warm tongue, which remains till winter.

Mechanical energy input from atmosphere and losses from wave-breaking dissipation of sea surface waves are estimated by a direct scheme. This scheme is based on the integration in the wavenumber space of the wind input and breaking dissipation source functions of the MASNUM wave model. The global amount of wind energy input, averaged in 2005, is about 57 TW, and the wave-breaking dissipation summed in deep-water is about 33 TW, over a half of the wind energy input. The residual may be dissipated by beach processes. Global distributions of the energy input and breaking dissipation concentrate in the westerlies of the Southern Hemisphere.

Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is exacerbated by TNF-alpha ***,it remains unclear whether TNF-α-activated TNFR1 and TNFR2 are regulated by extracellular ***,we showed that soluble glycosylated interleukin-17 receptor D(sIL-17RD),which was produced by proteolytic cleavage,enhanced TNF-α-induced *** revealed that IL-17RD shedding was induced by the proteolytic enzyme TACE and enhanced by TNF-αexpression in ***,sIL-17RD was elevated in the sera of arthritic mice and *** sIL-17RD significantly enhanced the TNF-α-induced proinflammatory response by promoting TNF-α-TNFR-sIL-17RD complex formation and receptor clustering,leading to the accelerated development of collagen-induced *** observations revealed that ectodomain shedding of IL-17RD occurred in RA to boost the TNF-α-induced inflammatory *** sIL-17RD may provide a new strategy for the therapy of RA.

This paper defines a new relation--little strong happened-before（LSHB） and presents the algorithm for LSHB. Compared with strong happened-before （SHB） and weak happened- before （WHB）, LSHB supports keeping-read-result and ensures definite sufficiency of testing. Equivalence partitioning the set of SYN-sequences based on LSHB can efficiently reduce the number of testing SYN-sequences. The case studies prove that LSHB has high practicability.

An optimal interpolation assimilation model for satellite altimetry data is developed based on Princeton Ocean Model （POM）, which is applied in a quasi-global domain, by the method of isotropic correlation between sea level anomaly （SLA） and sea temperature anomaly. The performance of this assimilation model is validated by the modeled results of SLA and the current patterns. Comparisons between modeling and satellite data show that both the magnitudes and distribution patterns of the sinmlated SLA are improved by assimilation. The most significant improvement is that meso-scale systems, e.g., eddies, are well reconstructed. The evolution of an eddy located in the northwest Pacific Ocean is traced by using the assimilation model. Model results show that during three months the eddy migrated southwestward for about 6 degrees before merging into the Kuroshio. The three dimensional structure of this eddy on 12 August 2001 is further analyzed. The strength of this warm, cyclonic eddy decreases with the increase of depth. The eddy shows different horizontal patterns at different layers, and the SLA and temperature fields agree with each other well. This study suggests that this kind of data assimilation is economic and reliable for eddy reconstruction, and can be used as a promising technique in further studies of ocean eddies as well as other fine circulation structures.

The fate of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)is regulated by biological,physical and chemical *** in biotechnology and materials science promoted the occurrence of bioactive materials which can provide physical and chemical signals for MSCs to regulate their *** order to design and synthesize materials that can precisely regulate the fate of MSCs,the relationship between the properties of materials and the fate of mesenchymal stem cells need to be clarified,in which the detection of the fate of mesenchymal stem cells plays an important *** the past 30 years,a series of detection technologies have been developed to detect the fate of MSCs regulated by bioactive materials,among which high-throughput technology has shown great advantages due to its ability to detect large amounts of data at one *** this review,the latest research progresses of detecting the fate of MSCs regulated by bone bioactive materials(BBMs)are systematically reviewed from traditional technology to high-throughput technology which is emphasized ***,current problems and the future development direction of detection technologies of the MSCs fate regulated by BBMs are *** aim of this review is to provide a detection technical framework for researchers to establish the relationship between the properties of BMMs and the fate of MSCs,so as to help researchers to design and synthesize BBMs better which can precisely regulate the fate of MSCs.

间歇采样转发干扰是一种先进的有源相干干扰技术,主要利用欠采样和收发分时技术实现脉内假目标群干扰,现有雷达抗干扰手段尚无法实施有效对抗。在深入研究间歇采样转发干扰原理的基础上,针对其多普勒频移干扰的特点,设计了一种脉内正交的线性调频-相位编码波形,该波形不仅能够在无干扰条件下进行正常检测目标,具有一定的多普勒不敏感和低副瓣特性;而且能针对间歇采样转发干扰,拆分成不同的子信号,利用其相应匹配滤波器对该干扰进行有效侦察识别、干扰对抗。仿真结果证明了基于脉内正交波形抗间歇采样转发干扰方法的有效性。
