The immune interactions occurring between parasitoids and their host insects,especially in Drosophila-wasp models,have long been the research focus of insect immunology and *** infestation in Drosophila is counteracted by its multiple natural immune defense systems,which include cellular and humoral immunity,Occurring in the hemocoel,cellular immune responses involve the proliferation,differentiation,migration and spreading of host hemocytes and parasitoid encapsulation by ***,humoral immune responses rely more heavily on melanization and on the Toll,Imd and Jak/Stat immune pathways associated w ith antimicrobial peptides along with stress *** the wasps'side,successful development is achieved by introducing various virulence factors to counteract immune responses of *** or all of these factors manipulate the host's immunity for successful *** we review current knowledge of the cellular and humoral immune interactions between Drosophila and its parasitoids,focusing on the defense mechanisms used by Drosophila and the strategies evolved by parasitic wasps to outwit it.

Objective:This study aimed to assess the efficacy and safety of various neoadjuvant regimens for patients diagnosed with early-stage or locally advanced triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC).Methods:Medline,EMBASE,Cochrane Library,and Web of Science were searched in May 2020 to identify randomized controlled trials(RCTs).Bayesian network meta-analysis(NMA)was performed(Registration:PROSPERO CRD42020223012).Results:A total of 35 RCTs involving 8,424 participants were reviewed,of which 22 RCTs with 5,203 patients were included in this NMA focusing on pathologic complete response(pCR).An anthracycline-taxane-based(AT)regimen combined with a platinum(ATPt)[odds ratio(OR)=2.04,95%credible interval(CrI):1.69,2.48]regimen,and a docetaxel regimen combined with a carboplatin(TCb;OR=2.16,95%CrI:1.20,3.91)regimen improved pCR beyond that with AT *** and ATPt combined with targeted therapy[including bevacizumab(Bev),veliparib,atezolizumab,or pembrolizumab]also improved *** RCTs included in this NMA reported serious adverse events(SAEs)or grade≥3 *** was associated with fewer grade≥3 AEs than was AT(OR=0.66,95%CrI:0.23,1.72)*** contrast,ATPt,AT+Bev,ATPt+Bev,ATPt+veliparib,and ATPt+pembrolizumab were associated with more SAEs than was AT ***:In patients with TNBC,platinum-based neoadjuvant regimens ATPt and TCb increase pCR beyond that with AT alone,but TCb appears to be better tolerated than either AT or ***-based regimens combined with targeted therapies(Bev,PARPi,and PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor)also improve the pCR rate beyond that with AT alone,but this benefit is accompanied by greater toxicity.

Recovering human pose from RGB images and videos has drawn increasing attention in recent years owing to minimum sensor requirements and applicability in diverse fields such as human-computer interaction,robotics,video analytics,and augmented *** a large amount of work has been devoted to this field,3D human pose estimation based on monocular images or videos remains a very challenging task due to a variety of difficulties such as depth ambiguities,occlusion,background clutters,and lack of training *** this survey,we summarize recent advances in monocular 3D human pose *** provide a general taxonomy to cover existing approaches and analyze their capabilities and *** also present a summary of extensively used datasets and metrics,and provide a quantitative comparison of some representative ***,we conclude with a discussion on realistic challenges and open problems for future research directions.

The aluminum based MOFs compound, MIL-96(Al), has been studied as a luminescence sensor by incorporating of Eu3+ ions, which renders the compound strong red-light emission. The as-synthesized MIL-96(Al):Eu3+ nanocrystals exhibit water dispersibility and environmental stability, which are general requirement for an ideal sensing material. The MIL-96(Al):Eu3+ nanocrystals show excellent selective detection ability on Fe3+ ions in aqueous solution with value of low detection limit 20 μM. Meanwhile, it also exhibits excellent selective detection ability on CrO42- and Cr2O72- in aqueous solution with value of low detection limit 10 and 22 μM, respectively. The results of this study show that MIL-96(Al):Eu3+ nanocrystals could be used as a multi-responsive luminescent senor for Fe3+ and Cr(Ⅵ) species in aqueous solution. The possible luminescence quenching mechanism has also been discussed.

The synthesis and upconverted fluorescent properties of a series of organic compounds with the structure: donor/bridge/acceptor, and different side-chains are reported. The results show that the compounds with different side-chains exhibit different two-photon induced fluorescent properties, although they have the same main donor/bridge/acceptor structure.

Thermally activated dislocation emission in high-temperature ferroelectric ceramics is investigated through an assumption of thermal stability and a novel analytical method. The stress intensity factor (SIF) arising from domain switching is evaluated by using a Green's function method, and the critical applied electric field intensity factor (CAEFIF) for brittle fracture at room temperature is obtained. Besides, the lowest temperature for single dislocation emission before brittle fracture is also obtained by constructing an energy balance. The multi-scale analysis of facture toughness of the ferroelectric ceramics at high temperature is carried out. Through the analysis, the CAEFIF for crack extension is recalculated. The results show that the competition and interaction effects between dislocation emission and brittle fracture are very obvious. Besides, the higher critical activation temperature, the more columns of obstacles will be overcome. Additionally, the shielding effect arising from thermally activated dislocations is remarkable, thus, the brittle-ductile transition can promote the fracture toughness of high-temperature ferroelectric ceramics.

Activated nucleotide binding to the oligonucleotide receptor protein 3（NLRP3） inflammasome is possibly involved in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer＇s disease through oxidative stress and neurogenic inflammation. Low expression of the signal transducer and activator of transcription 3（STAT3） gene may promote the occurrence of neurodegenerative diseases to some extent. To clarify the roles of the NLRP3 inflammasome and STAT3 expression in oxidative stress,（1） SHSY5 Y cells were incubated with 1 mM H2 O2 to induce oxidative stress injury, and the expression of human-cell-specific signal transduction, STAT3-shRNA silencing signal transduction and STAT3 were detected. Cells were pretreated with Ca2＋ chelator BAPATA-AM（0.1 mM） for 30 minutes as a control.（2） Western blot assay was used to analyze the expression of caspase-1, NLRP3, signal transduction and STAT3. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to analyze interleukin-1β levels. Flow cytometry was carried out to calculate the number of apoptotic cells. We found that H2 O2 treatment activated NLRP3 inflammasomes and decreased phosphorylation of signal transduction and STAT3 serine 727. BAPTA-AM pretreatment abolished the H2 O2-induced activation of NLRP3 inflammasomes, caspase-1 expression, interleukin-1β expression and apoptosis in SHSY5 Y cells, and had no effect in cells with downregulated STAT3 expression by RNAi. The findings suggest that downregulation of signal transduction and STAT3 expression may enhance the oxidative stress mediated by NLRP3, which may not depend on the Ca2^＋ signaling pathway.
