The iron oxide nanoparticles(IONPs)that combine the nanozyme activity and magnetothermal properties have attracted significant interest for various biomedical ***,the effect of magnetic stimulation in fine-tuning the nanozyme activities remains ***,we have constructed a series of IONPs with different magneto-thermal conversion abilities,and systematically study the effect of magnetic field stimulation on the peroxidase(POD)activity of *** results show that POD activity is effectively amplified via an in situ alternating magnetic field(AMF)stimulation with no solution temperature rise,and the degree of activity enhancement is closely related to the magnetic heating ability of the IONPs,confirming the origin of activity enhancement arises from the local magnetothermal *** the first report to prove magnetothermal regulation on nanozyme activity and to shed lights on the underlying correlation between activity enhancement and the intrinsic specific absorption rate(SAR),this work is expected to provide important support for future design of new magnetoresponsive nanozymes in various practical applications.

We report the discovery of a peculiar X-ray transient,EP240408a,by Einstein Probe （EP） and follow-up studies made with EP,Swift,NICER,GROND,ATCA and other ground-based multiwavelength *** new transient was first detected with Wide-field X-ray Telescope （WXT） on board EP on April 8th,2024,manifested in an intense yet brief X-ray flare lasting for *** flare reached a peak flux of 3.9×10-9erg cm-2s-1in 0.5-4 ke V,～300 times brighter than the underlying X-ray emission detected throughout the *** and more precise follow-up observations by EP/FXT,Swift and NICER confirmed the finding of this new *** X-ray spectrum is non-thermal in 0.5-10 ke V,with a power-law photon index varying *** X-ray light curve shows a plateau lasting for ～4 d,followed by a steep decay till becoming undetectable ～10 d after the initial *** on its temporal property and constraints from previous EP observations,an unusual timescale in the range of 7-23 d is found for EP240408a,which is intermediate between the commonly found fast and long-term *** counterparts have been found in optical and near-infrared,with the earliest observation at 17 h after the initial X-ray detection,suggestive of intrinsically weak emission in these *** demonstrate that the remarkable properties of EP240408a are inconsistent with any of the transient types known so far,by comparison with,in particular,jetted tidal disruption events,gamma-ray bursts,X-ray binaries and fast blue optical *** nature of EP240408a thus remains an *** suggest that EP240408a may represent a new type of transients with intermediate timescales of the order of～10 *** detection and follow-ups of more of such objects are essential for revealing their origin.

This paper is concerned with the global boundedness problem for a class of stochastic nonlinear systems with matched conditions. The uncertainties in the systems are due to parameter variations and external stochastic disturbance. Only the matched conditions and the possible bound of the uncertainties are demanded. Based on the stochastic Lyapunov stability theory, an explicit controller is constructed in the gradient direction, which renders responses of the closed-loop systems be globally bounded in probability. When the systems degrade to linear systems, the controller becomes linear. Illustrative examples are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

为减害降焦、协调增香,满足工业企业的原料需求,拓展上部烟叶在工业生产中的应用空间打下基础,研究了丽江烟区上部叶不同采收方式对叶绿素含量、水分及烤后烟叶外观品质、主要化学成分与感官评吸质量的影响。结果表明:(1)上部6片叶一起养,一次性采烤,养分分配平衡,容易落黄成熟,达到充分成熟采收,而分次采烤,顶部3片叶养分过于集中,难于落黄成熟,1～6位叶SPAD值较对照低3.13～8.17。(2)一次性采烤烟叶外观质量分值较分次采烤烟叶高出1.5～12分,1～3叶杂色叶比例小、等级更趋于合理,均价高出1.16元,经济效益提高。(3)一次性采烤与分次采烤烟叶比较,糖含量、总氮含量差别不大,钾含量1～3叶位增加0.29%,4～6叶位降低0.3%;淀粉含量1～3叶位减少2.48%,4～6叶位降低2.05%。(4)一次性采烤烟叶感官评吸质量优于分次采烤烟叶,4～6叶优于1～3叶,主要表现为香气质、香气量略有改善,杂气明显减轻,上部烟叶质量得到改善。

Iron is an impurity widely occurred in sphalerite,and its effect on sphalerite flotation is *** this work,the effects of iron content and spin state on electronic properties and floatability of iron-bearing sphalerite are comprehensively studied using density functional theory Hubbard U(DFT+U)calculations combined with coordination chemistry *** band gap of ideal sphalerite is 3.723 eV,and thus electron transition is difficult to occur,resulting in poor *** results suggest the band gap of sphalerite decreases with increasing iron *** low iron content,the decreased band gap facilitates electron transition;at this case,Fe^(2+)in a high-spin state possesses oneπelectron pair,which can form a weakπ-backbonding with xanthate,causing increasing ***,for medium and high iron-bearing sphalerite,with the further decrease of band gap,Fe^(2+)is oxidized to Fe^(3+)due to electrochemical interaction,and henceπ-backbonding is eliminated,leading to lower floatability of iron-bearing sphalerite,which is consistent with the flotation experimental *** work could give a deeper understanding of how sphalerite flotation behaviors are affected by iron content.

Organohydrogels have demonstrated superior environmental adaptability and frost resistance compared to conventional hydrogels,thereby prompting considerable interests in the development and design of innovative ***,we report an effective one-pot method for fabricating MXene/polyacrylamide(MXene/PAM)composite organohydrogel(MAOH)by employing Ga liquid metals(Ga LMs)as a highly reactive component in the induced free radical polymerization reaction,without the need for additional heating or cross-linking *** synthetic protocol addresses the time-consuming and organic solvent waste concerns associated with traditional solvent displacement methods for organohydrogel *** incorporation of MXene not only highly enhances the conductivity but also confers improved mechanical properties of *** MAOH exhibits excellent environmental adaptability(>7 d),sustained moisture retention,remarkable self-healing capabilities,and outstanding mechanical properties under low temperatures(-20℃).It demonstrates exceptional performance in micro-motion monitoring,rapid response time(125 ms),superior stretchability,and a broad range of strains(0.3%–600%).Therefore,the designed MAOH has great potential for applications in diverse fields such as prosthetics,electronic skin,human–machine interaction,and smart terminals.

Idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus(iNPH)is a significant cause of the severe cognitive decline in the elderly *** is no cure for iNPH,but cognitive symptoms can be partially alleviated through cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)*** the early stages of iNPH,cognitive deficits occur primarily in the executive functions and working memory supported by frontostriatal *** the disease progresses,cognition declines continuously and globally,leading to poor quality of life and daily *** this review,we present recent advances in understanding the neurobiological mechanisms of cognitive impairment in iNPH,focusing on(1)abnormal CSF dynamics,(2)dysfunction of frontostriatal and entorhinal-hippocampal circuits and the default mode network,(3)abnormal neuromodulation,and(4)the presence of amyloid-βand tau pathologies.

背景:基于多功能纳米材料的精准治疗是恶性肿瘤的新型治疗模式,多功能纳米材料可以将多种成像和治疗模式整合到一个纳米级平台中,实现可视化联合治疗。目的:制备载碱式磷酸铜纳米颗粒和荷叶碱的新型纳米颗粒h-PCuNF,探讨其介导光热/光动力/化学动力/化疗联合治疗肿瘤的能力。方法:采用双乳化法将碱式磷酸铜纳米颗粒和荷叶碱搭载到中空聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物纳米载体的壳层中,制备出新型纳米颗粒h-PCuNF,表征该纳米颗粒的形态、结构、粒径、Zeta电位等。在去离子水中,检测该纳米颗粒的MRI成像、光热转换及介导光催化和类芬顿反应产生活性氧的能力。在肝脏恶性肿瘤细胞系HepG2中,采用荧光成像和MTT法检测纳米颗粒h-PCuNF介导光热/光动力/化学动力/化疗联合治疗肿瘤的能力。结果与结论:①纳米颗粒h-PCuNF呈中空球形结构,壳层中搭载有碱式磷酸铜纳米颗粒(载药率和包封率分别为26.3%和63.2%)和荷叶碱(载药率和包封率分别为11.0%和52.6%),平均粒径为(309.2±10.0)nm,Zeta电位为(-12.5±0.9)mV,在生理环境中具有良好的悬浮稳定性。②在去离子水中,纳米颗粒h-PCuNF可以显著增强T1加权MRI成像;在近红外激光照射下,纳米颗粒h-PCuNF具有良好的光热转换和光催化活性氧生成的能力;此外,纳米颗粒h-PCuNF可以消耗谷胱甘肽并介导类芬顿反应产生•OH。③纳米颗粒h-PCuNF可被肿瘤细胞HepG2摄取,并且主要分布在细胞质中;纳米颗粒h-PCuNF被近红外激光照射激活后,碱式磷酸铜纳米颗粒介导的光热/光动力/化学动力治疗可与荷叶碱介导的化疗协同治疗恶性肿瘤。
