Two silicon resins with excellent thermal stability,JH1123 and JH7102,are used as the insulated agents and binders for the gas-atomized FeSiAl powder,and corresponding magnetic powder cores(MPCs)are *** insulation capability and application prospects of the two silicon resins are evaluated by comparing the magnetic properties of the coated powder and *** scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy results show that uniform insulation layers are both formed on the powder ***1123 has stronger binding ability,and the JH1123-coated powder exhibits severe agglomeration,with d50(average particle size)approximately twice that of the JH7102-coated *** as-prepared MPCs exhibit outstanding soft magnetic ***,the permeability of FeSiAl@JH1123 is up to 74.0,which is 35.5%higher than that of FeSiAl@JH7102 because JH1123 can further improve the density of the *** for FeSiAl@JH7102,it has better direct current bias and lower core loss of 716.9 mW cm^(−3) at 20 mT and 1000 kHz due to its lower coercivity and greater anti-magnetic saturation ability.A comprehensive comparison shows that FeSiAl@JH1123 is suitable for medium and high frequency applications,while FeSiAl@JH7102 is more suitable for high frequency *** indicates that the use of JH1123 and JH7102 silicon resins for binding and insulated coating not only simplifies the preparation process of MPCs,but also enables the controlled production of MPCs for different applications.

The power scaling on short wavelength(SW)fiber lasers operating around 1μm are in significant demand for applications in energy,environment and *** challenge for performance scalability of high-power SW lasers based on rare-earth-doped fiber primarily lies in the physical limitations,including reabsorption,amplified spontaneous emission and parasitic laser ***,we demonstrate an all-fiberized,purely passive SW(1018 nm)randomdistributed-feedback Raman fiber laser(RRFL)to validate the capability of achieving high-power output at SWs based on multimode laser diodes(LDs)direct *** pumped by multimode LDs,the high-brightness RRFL delivers over 656 W,with an electro-optical efficiency of 20%relative to the *** slope efficiency is 94%.The beam quality M2factor is 2.9(which is~20 times that of the pump)at the maximum output signal power,achieving the highest brightness enhancement of 14.9 in *** the best of our knowledge,this achievement also represents the highest power record of RRFLs utilizing multimode diodes for direct *** work may not only provide a new insight into the realization of high-power,high-brightness RRFLs but also is a promising contender in the power scaling of SWs below 1μm.

BACKGROUND The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic disrupted healthcare in the United *** To investigate COVID-19-related and non-COVID-19-related death and characteristics associated with excess death among inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)*** We performed a register-based study using data from the National Vital Statistics System,which reports death data from over 99%of the United States population,from January 1,2006 through December 31,***-related deaths among adults 25 years and older were stratified by age,sex,race/ethnicity,place of death,and primary cause of *** and actual age-standardized mortality rates(ASMRs)per 100000 persons were *** 49782 IBD-related deaths occurred during the study ***-COVID-19-related deaths increased by 13.14%in 2020 and 18.12%in 2021[2020 ASMR:1.55 actual vs 1.37 predicted,95%confidence interval(CI):1.26-1.49;2021 ASMR:1.63 actual vs 1.38 predicted,95%CI:1.26-1.49].In 2020,non-COVID-19-related mortality increased by 17.65%in ulcerative colitis(UC)patients between the ages of 25 and 65 and 36.36%in non-Hispanic black(NHB)Crohn’s disease(CD)*** the pandemic,deaths at home or on arrival and at medical facilities as well as deaths due to neoplasms also *** IBD patients suffered excess non-COVID-19-related death during the *** death was associated with younger age among UC patients,and with NHB race among CD *** death at home or on arrival and due to neoplasms suggests that delayed presentation and difficulty accessing healthcare may have led to increased IBD mortality.

Aging is characterized by progressive degeneration of tissues and organs,and it is positively associated with an increased mortality *** brain,as one of the most significantly affected organs,experiences age-related changes,including abnormal neuronal activity,dysfunctional calcium homeostasis,dysregulated mitochondrial function,and increased levels of reactive oxygen *** changes collectively contribute to cognitive *** is also a key risk factor for neurodegenerative diseases,such as Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's *** many years,neurodegenerative disease investigations have primarily focused on neurons,with less attention given to microglial ***,recently,microglial homeostasis has emerged as an important mediator in neurological disease ***,we provide an overview of brain aging from the perspective of the *** doing so,we present the current knowledge on the correlation between brain aging and the microglia,summarize recent progress of investigations about the microglia in normal aging,Alzheimer's disease,Parkinson's disease,Huntington's disease,and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,and then discuss the correlation between the senescent microglia and the brain,which will culminate with a presentation of the molecular complexity involved in the microglia in brain aging with suggestions for healthy aging.

The flower of Syringa pubescens Turcz. （SP）， was used as both medicine and food in China， exhibited a variety of biological activities. However， it remains unknown whether SP has an effect on ameliorative nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （NASH）. In this study， the improvement of SP ethyl acetate extract （SPE） on NASH was evaluated and the potential mechanisms were explored. The glycosides of SPE were determined by an HPLC method. HepG2 cell lines were treated with free fatty acid to clarify the improvement effect and mechanisms of SPE on NASH in vitro. C57BL/6J mice were treated by 60 kcal% high-fat diet （HFD） combined with carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) to establish the NASH model in vivo. The results showed SPE could inhibited the hepatic injury and lipid steatosis by decreasing the levels of ALT， AST， TG and TC in vitro and vivo. The SPE suppressed the oxidative stress and inflammation by restraining the generation of ROS， MDA， IL-1β， IL-6 and TNF-α and enhancing the activity of antioxidant enzymes including SOD， CAT and GSH-Px in NASH model. Moreover， SPE declined the level of fibrosis markers including HYP， Col Ⅰ and α-SMA in HFD combined CCl4（HC）-induced mice. Mechanically， SPE inhibited hepatocellular Keap1 expression and promoted Nrf2 nuclear translocation， which suppressing the phosphorylation of IκBα/NF-κB. In addition， SPE down-regulated the level of TGF-β1 and phosphorylation of Smad2 to mitigate fibrosis. In brief， SPE could significantly alleviate lipid accumulation， oxidative stress， inflammation and fibrosis via regulating Nrf2/HO-1， IκBα/NFκB and TGF-β1/Smad2 pathways in the progression of NASH， which indicated that SPE had the potential to be a novel and effective drug or food supplements for the improvement of NASH.
