The 3-ary n-cube,denoted as Qn3,is an important interconnection network topology proposed for parallel computers,owing to its many desirable properties such as regular and symmetrical structure,and strong scalability,among *** this paper,we first obtain an exact formula for the minimum wirelength to embed Qn3 into *** then propose a load balancing algorithm for embedding Qn3 into a square grid with minimum dilation and ***,we derive an O(N2)algorithm for embedding Qn3 into a gird with balanced communication,where N is the number of nodes in *** experiments are performed to verify the total wirelength and evaluate the network cost of our proposed embedding algorithm.

As users increasingly befriend others and interact online via their social media accounts,online social networks (OSNs)are expanding *** with the big data generated by users,it is imperative that data storage be distributed,scalable,and *** one of the most significant challenges about this topic is determining how to minimize the cost without deteriorating system *** many storage systems use the distributed key value store,it cannot be directly applied to OSN storage *** because users'data are highly correlated,hash storage leads to frequent inter-server communications,and the high inter-server traffic costs decrease the OSN storage system's scalability. Previous studies proposed conducting network partitioning and data replication based on social ***,data replication increases storage costs and impacts traffic ***,we consider how to minimize costs from the perspective of data storage,by combining partitioning and *** cost-efficient data storage approach supports scalable OSN storage *** proposed approach co-locates frequently interactive users together by conducting partitioning and replication simultaneously while meeting load-balancing *** experiments are undertaken on two real- world traces,and the results show that our approach achieves lower cost compared with state-of-the-art *** we conclude that our approach enables economic and scalable OSN data storage.

In this work,titanium-capped cobalt clathrochelates have been applied as secondary building units(SBUs) fo r the construction of supramolecular *** heterometallic wheel-like [Ti_(6) Co_(12)] complexes based on cobalt clathrochelates,[C_(6)H_(15)N_(4)]_(2)[TiCo_(2)(μ_(2)-Oipr)(Oipr)_(2)(Dmg)_(3)]_(6)(2,Dmg=dimethy[glyoxime) and H_(6)[TiCo_(2)(μ_(2)-Oipr)(Oipr)_(2)(Dmg)_(3)]_(6)(3),have been successfully synthesized and *** supramolecular stacking modes of these wheels are largely dependent on the applied synthetic conditions,which further impact their gas adsorption properties.

In order to obtain liquefied products with higher yields of aromatic molecules to produce mesophase pitch,a good understanding of the relevant reaction mechanisms is *** molecular dynamics simulations were used to study the thermal reactions of pyrene,1-methylpyrene,7,8,9,10-tetrahydrobenzopyrene,and mixtures of pyrene with 1-octene,cyclohexene,or *** reactant conversion rates,reaction rates,and product distributions were calculated and compared,and the mechanisms were analyzed and *** results demonstrated that methyl and naphthenic structures in aromatics might improve the conversion rates of reactants in hydrogen transfer processes,but their steric hindrances prohibited the generation of high *** naphthenic structures could generate more free radicals and presented a more obvious inhibition effect on the condensation of polymers compared with the methyl side *** was discovered that when different olefins were mixed with pyrene,1-octene primarily underwent pyrolysis reactions,whereas cyclohexene mainly underwent hydrogen transfer reactions with pyrene and styrene,mostly producing superconjugated biradicals through condensation reactions with *** the mixture systems,the olefins scattered aromatic molecules,hindering the formation of pyrene trimers and higher *** to the reactive molecular dynamics simulations,styrene may enhance the yield of dimer and enable the controlled polycondensation of pyrene.

BCube is one kind of important data center *** and Hamiltonian connectivity have significant applications in communication *** far,there have been many results concerning fault-tolerant Hamiltonicity and fault-tolerant Hamiltonian connectivity in some data center ***,these results only consider faulty edges and faulty *** this paper,we study the fault-tolerant Hamiltonicity and the fault-tolerant Hamiltonian connectivity of BCube(n,k)under considering faulty servers,faulty links/edges,and faulty *** any integers n≥2 and k≥0,let BCn,k be the logic structure of BCube(n,k)and F be the union of faulty elements of BCn,k,Let fv/fe,and fs be the number of faulty servers,faulty edges,and faulty switches of BCiLbe(n,k),*** show that BCnik-F is fault-tolerant Hamiltonian if fv+fe+(n-1)/s≤(n-1)(k+1)-2 and BCn,k-F is fault-tolerant Hamiltonian-connected ifv,+fe+(n-1)fs≤(n-1)(k+1)-*** the best of our knowledge,this paper is the first work which takes faulty switches into account to study the fault-tolerant Hamiltonicity and the fault-tolerant Hamiltonian connectivity in data center networks.

Mitochondrial damage caused by oxidative stress and energy deficiency induced by focal ischemia and hypoxia are important factors that aggravate *** have shown that ginsenoside Rb1 has neurotrophic and neuroprotective ***,whether it influences energy metabolism after spinal cord injury remains *** this study,we treated mouse and cell models of spinal cord injury with ginsenoside *** found that ginsenoside Rb1 remarkably inhibited neuronal oxidative stress,protected mitochondria,promoted neuronal metabolic reprogramming,increased glycolytic activity and ATP production,and promoted the survival of motor neurons in the anterior horn and the recovery of motor function in the hind *** sirtuin 3 regulates glycolysis and oxidative stress,mouse and cell models of spinal cord injury were treated with the sirtuin 3 inhibitor *** Sirt3 expression was suppressed,we found that the therapeutic effects of ginsenoside Rb1 on spinal cord injury were remarkably ***,ginsenoside Rb1 is considered a potential drug for the treatment of spinal cord injury,and its therapeutic effects are closely related to sirtuin 3.

In this paper we study influences of Doppler broadening, spontaneously generated coherence, and other system parameters on propagation effect in a quasi lambda-type four-level atomic system. It is shown that when the Doppler broadening is present, generally speaking, the values of gain and intensity of lasing without inversion （i.e. the probe field） in the co-propagating probe and driving fields case are much larger than those in the counter-propagating case; considerably larger gain and intensity of lasing without inversion than those without the Doppler broadening can be obtained by choosing appropriate values of the Doppler broadening width and spontaneously generated coherence strength. The gain and intensity of lasing without inversion increase with the increase of spontaneously generated coherence strength; when spontaneously generated coherence is present, much larger gain and intensity of lasing without inversion than those in the case without spontaneously generated coherence can be obtained. Choosing suitable values of the probe detuning, Rabi frequencies of the driving and pump fields at the entrance of the medium also can remarkably enhance the gain and intensity of lasing without inversion.

The influence of nitrogen on the microstructure of a-C:H film is investigated by infrared,photoluminescence(PL),and transmittance-reflectance *** is indicated that nitrogen incorporation into a-C:H network will weaken some C-H bonds,which is confirmed by differential scanning calorimeter experimental *** is also demonstrated that nitrogen entering into a-C:H film can raise luminescence *** the other hand,nitrogenation will reduce PL thermal stability.

目的构建重症监护室(ICU)老年患者呼吸机相关肺炎(VAP)的机器学习模型,为临床决策提供依据。方法本研究回顾性收集温州市某三甲医院2016年1月—2022年2月收治的377名ICU老年机械通气患者临床资料数据,并将数据集按3:1随机划分为训练集和测试集。使用递归特征消除法对训练集的自变量进行筛选并构建了多种机器学习模型,包括logistic回归、支持向量机(SVM)、决策树(DT)、极端梯度提升(XGBoost)和随机森林(RF);采用敏感度、阳性预测值、特异度、阴性预测值、F1分数、准确度和曲线下面积(AUC)等指标评估模型性能,确定较优机器学习模型,通过校准曲线评价最优模型的校准度,采用沙普利加性解释(SHAP)方法对较优模型进行解释,开发较优机器学习模型的在线计算工具。结果ICU老年患者VAP发生率16.98%。logistic回归、DT、RF、SVM和XGBoost五个模型在训练集中的AUC值为0.97、0.96、0.99、0.97、0.99;测试集中AUC值为0.84、0.78、0.90、0.88、0.90。XGBoost、RF模型被选为较优的机器学习模型。通过SHAP方法确定了机械通气时间、白蛋白水平、ICU住院时间、长期联合使用抗菌药物为重要的预测因子。基于RF、XGBoost模型开发了在线计算工具。结论本研究建立了基于机器学习算法的ICU老年患者VAP风险预测模型,并发现XGBoost和RF模型在总体性能上表现较优。为便于应用,开发了在线计算工具。较优模型及在线工具有助于医务人员及时准确地识别高危患者,为临床决策提供重要依据。
