建立了定量核磁共振磷谱法(31P-q NMR)同时测定浓维磷糖浆中α-甘油磷酸钠、β-甘油磷酸钠和磷酸含量的方法。考察了q NMR实验条件对测定结果的影响，选择六甲基磷酰三胺为内标、20%重水溶液（V/V）为溶剂，选择zgig脉冲序列、延迟时间30 s、扫描次数64次为实验条件，进行采样测试获取31P-q NMR谱，其中，六甲基磷酰三胺、α-甘油磷酸钠、β-甘油磷酸钠和磷酸的定量共振峰分别为δ 29.80、δ 0.69、δ 0.17和δ 0.03（供试品溶液p H≈4.8）。结果表明，31P-q NMR法测定α-甘油磷酸钠、β-甘油磷酸钠和磷酸的检出限分别为23.58、23.58和11.61μg/m L，定量限分别为78.60、78.60和38.70μg/m L，线性相关系数（R）均大于0.999，精密度小于0.6%，平均回收率为99.8%～103.2%，相对标准偏差（RSD）为0.41%～1.98%。本研究建立的31P-q NMR方法测定结果准确，稳定可靠。采用本方法测定了7批次不同厂家的浓维磷糖浆样品，其中，总磷量检测结果与比色法一致；甘油磷酸钠含量（α型与β型之和）偏低，约为标示量的82%；磷酸含量偏高。本方法操作简单、专属性强，适合作为浓维磷糖浆质量控制的方法。

单价Ag+或Li+引入到类金刚石结构的Mq22-(M=Ga,In;q=S,Se)阴离子基团中能合成出良好的二阶非线性光学(NLO)晶体材料.然而,这些晶体分别面临着较低的抗激光损伤阈值(LIDT)或二氧化硅易被腐蚀等缺点,严重限制了其在高功率激光应用中的实用性.在本研究中,基于类金刚石结构的ZnSe,我们采用[Se_(4)Zn_(13)]Se_(2)4→[ClRb_(3)Ba]Se_(24)非常规的聚阳离子取代策略,设计并合成了一种新型的盐包硫属化合物[Rb_(3)BaCl][In_(8)Se_(14)](1).化合物1属于压缩黄铜矿型硒化物并保持了与AgInSe_(2)相同的晶体对称性(I-42d空间群).值得注意的是,由于InSe_(4)四面体结构单元的平行排列,化合物1具有相位匹配的强二次谐波(SHG)响应(2.0倍于AgGaS_(2)@2.90μm).此外,聚阳离子[Rb_(3)BaCl]^(4+)的引入促进了光学带隙(2.02 eV)的增强,有效地避免了对2.09μm激光的双光子吸收;同时结合较低的热膨胀系数,使得化合物1表现出高的LIDT(3.2倍于AgGaS2@2.09μm).本研究验证了在类金刚石结构中进行聚阳离子取代的可行性,并成功获得了性能优异的中远红外NLO材料.

血管内皮生长因子B (vascular endothelial growth factor B, VEGFB)是骨骼肌摄取葡萄糖的重要调控因子，VEGFB敲除可促进糖尿病小鼠(Mus musculus)骨骼肌组织对葡萄糖的摄取，改善糖尿病小鼠的葡萄糖不耐受和胰岛素抵抗。但是，目前VEGFB对骨骼肌细胞葡萄糖摄取的具体调控作用尚未阐明。为探究VEGFB对骨骼肌细胞葡萄糖摄取的影响，本研究以小鼠成肌细胞C2C12为模型，利用q PCR技术检测C2C12分化过程中VEGF信号相关基因和葡萄糖转运载体4 (glucose transporter 4, GLUT4)的表达，采用葡萄糖氧化酶法和2-NBDG (2-(N-(7-nitrobenz-2-oxa-13-diazol-4-yl) amino)-2-deoxy-D-glucose)法检测VEGFB、VEGF受体(VEGF receptor, VEGFR)抑制剂Axitinib和磷酸肌醇3激酶(phosphatidylinositol 3kinase, PI3K)抑制剂Wortmanin对C2C12分化过程中葡萄糖消耗量和摄取量的影响，采用Western blot检测GLUT4在细胞膜上及胞浆内的表达以及PI3K和丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶(serine/threonine kinase proteins, AKT)的激活情况。结果显示，与分化前相比，C2C12分化后VEGFB (P<0.01)、VEGFR2 (P<0.01)和GLUT4 (P<0.05)的基因表达显著增加；外源添加VEGFB显著增加C2C12在分化过程中对葡萄糖的摄取(P<0.05)，显著促进GLUT4在细胞膜上的表达(P<0.05)，同时激活PI3K/AKT通路；而VEGF受体抑制剂Axitinib可逆转VEGFB对葡萄糖摄取、GLUT4膜转位及PI3K/AKT激活的促进作用；此外，PI3K抑制剂Wotmanin处理也可逆转VEGFB对葡萄糖摄取及GLUT4细胞膜表达的促进作用。上述研究结果表明，VEGFB可能通过VEGFR-PI3K/AKT信号通路促进GLUT4向C2C12细胞膜转位，进而促进C2C12在分化过程中对葡萄糖的摄取。本研究揭示了VEGFB对成肌细胞C2C12分化过程中葡萄糖摄取的调控作用，为骨骼肌葡萄糖代谢调控提供了新的科学认识，也为深入研究骨骼肌葡萄糖代谢的调控机制提供基础依据。

To explore the relationship between genetic polymorphisms of metabolic enzymes such as CYP1A1,CYP2D6,GSTM1,GSTT1,and GSTP1 and idiopathic male *** observing the efficacy of antioxidants in the treatment of idiopathic male infertility,the effect of metabolic enzyme gene polymorphisms on antioxidant therapy in patients with idiopathic male infertility was prospectively *** case-control study included 310 men with idiopathic infertility and 170 healthy *** cytochrome P4501A1(CYP1A1),cytochrome P4502D6(CYP2D6),glutathione S-transferase M1(GSTM1),glutathione S-transferase T1(GSTT1),and glutathione S-transferase P1(GSTP1)genotypes in peripheral blood samples were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)and PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP).The idiopathic male infertility group was treated with vitamin C,vitamin E,and coenzyme q10 for 3 months and followed up for 6 ***1(-),GSTT1(-),and GSTM1/T1(-/-)in the idiopathic male infertility groups were more common than those in the control *** sperm concentration,motility,viability,mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP),and seminal plasma total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)level in patients with GSTM1(-),GSTT1(-),and GSTM1/T1(-/-)were lower than those in wild-type carriers,and the sperm DNA fragmentation index(DFI),8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine(8-OH-dG),and malondialdehyde(MDA)and nitric oxide(NO)levels were ***,oxidative damage may play an important role in the occurrence and development of idiopathic male infertility,but antioxidant therapy is not effective in male infertility patients with GSTM1 and GSTT1 gene deletions.
