Ea.t-West direction from the middle Eocene.

Objective:To explore the regula.ory mechanism of NUDT5 in gliobla.toma.multiforme(GBM).Methods:GEPIa.da.a.a.e wa. used to predict the expressions of NUDT5 a.d tripa.tite motif family proteins 47(TRIM47)in GBM ***-qPCR a.d Western blot a.a.yses were performed to exa.ine NUDT5 expression in GBM ***-229 cell prolifera.ion,migra.ion a. well a. inva.ion were estima.ed by CCK-8,colony forma.ion,wound hea.ing,a.d Tra.swell a.sa.s following interference with *** a.sa.,L-la.tic a.id kit,glucose detection kit,a.d a.P detection kit were a.plied for the detection of glycolysis-rela.ed ***-immunoprecipita.ion experiment wa. ca.ried out to verify the rela.ionship between NUDT5 a.d ***:GEPIa.da.a.a.e showed tha.
