Aim:To prepare new pharmaceutical forms with sustained delivery properties ofrecombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2（rhBMP2）for tissue engineer-ing and guided tissue regeneration（GTR）***:rhBMP2-1oaded dextran-based hydrogel microspheres（rhBMP2-MPs）,which aimed to keep rhBMP2 bioac-tivity and to achieve long-term sustained release of rhBMP2,were prepared bydouble-phase emulsified condensation *** physical,chemicalperformances and biological characteristics of those microspheres were studiedboth in vitro and in ***:The microspheres' average diameter was30.33±4.32μm with 75.4% ranging from 20 μm to 40 μm and the drug loading andencapsulation efficiency were 7.82% and 82.25%,*** rhBMP2-releasing profiles in vitro showed that rhBMP2release could be maintained morethan 10 *** rhBMP2-MPs,with good swelling and biodegradation behavior,could be kept for 6 months at below 4 ℃ without significant characteristic changeor bioactivity *** studies showed that rhBMP2-MPs could promotethe proliferation of periodontal ligament cells（PDLCs）approximately 10 d,whilethe bioactivity of concentrated rhBMP2solution could keep no more than 3 *** electron microscope showed that rhBMP2-MPs could be enchased intothe porous structure of calcium phosphate ceremic（CPC）and the eugonic growthof PDLCs in CPC/rhBMP2-MPs *** experiments indicated that us-ing CPC/rhBMP2-MPs scaffolds could gain more periodontal tissue regenerationthan using rhBMP2compound firsthand with CPC（CPC/rhBMP2）.Conclusion:By encapsulating rhBMP2into dextran-based microspheres,a small quantity ofrhBMP2could achieve equivalent effects to the concentrated rhBMP2solutionand at the same time,could prolong rhBMP2retention both in vitro and in vivo.

静脉血栓栓塞症(venous thromboembolism, VTE)是外科术后常见并发症和医院内非预期死亡的重要危险因素,也是恶性肿瘤患者的第二大死亡原因。晚期头颈部恶性肿瘤患者通常需要接受大范围的肿瘤根治手术和同期修复重建手术,又由于高龄兼长时间手术、术后长时间卧床以及肿瘤和化疗药物导致的血液高凝状态等多种危险因素,提示头颈部恶性肿瘤患者应是VTE的极高危群体,但相关文献对头颈部恶性肿瘤患者的VTE发生情况却很少关注,有关VTE在头颈肿瘤术后发生率的数据也有限。迄今为止,国内对于头颈肿瘤围术期静脉血栓栓塞症缺乏相关治疗共识或指南,不同单位对于头颈肿瘤围术期静脉血栓栓塞症的预防与管理水平参差不齐,缺乏统一、科学的诊疗标准及客观的预防与管理评价体系。为统一和规范头颈肿瘤围术期静脉血栓栓塞症的诊治,减少医疗资源浪费,提高治疗效果,国内该研究领域的专家经反复讨论,汇集全国14家著名医学院校及附属医院专家的诊治意见,同时借鉴和参考国内外近年来对头颈肿瘤围术期静脉血栓栓塞症的研究成果与诊治经验,制订本专家共识,供相关临床医师参考。

INTRODUCTION fatal familial insomnia （FFI） is a serious and rare prion disease, which was first reported by Lugaresi et al. in *** diagnosis of FFI might be important for early and sufficient counseling of patients and their relatives, also concerning the risk of inheritance, and potentially also for treatment studies. However, the diagnosis of FFI might be difficult because of the heterogeneity of clinical features, low sensitivity of diagnostic tests, and absence of family history. The aim of the present study was to develop a clinical scheme and diagnostic criteria for FFI based on our research and expert consensus.

It's a challenge for detecting the therapeutic targets of a polypharmacological drug from variations in the responsed networks in thedfferentiated populations with complex diseases,as stable coronary heart ***,in an adaptive,31-center,randomized,double-blind trial invoving 920 patients with moderate symptomatic stable angina treated by 14-day Danhong injection(DHI),a kind of polyphamacological drug with high quality control,or placebo(0.9%saline),with 76-day following-up,we firstly confrmed that DHl couldincrease the proportion of patients with clinically significant changes on angina-frequency assessed by Seattle Angina Questionnaire(ASAQ-AF220)(12.78%at Day 30,95%confidence interval[C]5.86-19.71%,P=0.0003,13.82%at Day 6C0,95%CI 6.82-20.82%,P=0.0001and 8.95%at Day 90,95%CI 2.06-15.85%,P=0.01).We also found that there were no significant differences in new-onset major vascularevents(P=0.8502)and serious adverse events(P=0.9105)between DHl and *** performing the RNA sequencing in 62 selectedpatients,we developed a systemic modular approach tp identfy differentilly expressed modules(DEMs)of DHI with the Z_(summay)valueless than 0 compared with the control group,calculated by weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA),and sketched out thebasic framework on a modular map with 25 functional modules targeted by ***,the effective therapeutic module(ETM),defined as the highest corelation value with the phenotype alteration(SAQ-AF,the change in SAQ-AF at Day 30 from baseline)calculatedby WGCNA,was identifed in the population with the best effect(ASAQ-AF240),which is related to anticoagulation and regulation ofcholesterol *** assessed the modular flexbility of this ETM using the global topological D value based on Euclidean distance,which is corelated with phenotype alteration(r^(2):0.8204,P=0.019)by linear *** study identified the ant-angina therapeuticmodule in the effective population treated by the multi-target

To verify the performance of the neutron total cross-sectional spectrometer, the neutron total cross section of carbon is initially measured in the energy range of 1 eV to 20 MeV using the time-of-flight method. The measurement is performed at the Back-n white neutron source with a 76-m time-of-flight path using the China Spallation Neutron Source. A multilayer fast fission chamber with 235U and 238U is employed as the neutron detector. The diameter and thickness of the natural graphite sample are 70 mm and 40 mm, respectively. Signal waveforms are collected using a data acquisition system. Off-line data processing was used to obtain the neutron time-of-flight spectra and transmissions. The uncertainty of the counting statistics is generally approximately 3% for each bin in the energy range of 1–20 MeV. It is determined that the results for the neutron total cross section of carbon obtained using ^235U cells are in good agreement with the results obtained using 238U cells within limits of statistical uncertainty. Moreover, the measured total cross sections show good agreement with the broadening evaluated data.

At 14：28 （2：28 pm） on May 12, 2008, a magnitude 8 earthquake, which was a rare event, occurred inSichuan Province of China and led to deaths of thousands of people. In the Longmen Mountain fault zone, which is located 40 miles from the earthquake center at Wenchuan, the Chinese military used a variety of treatment methods to rescue the injured and successfully treated a victim with severe traumatic brain injury （TBI） who survived without food or water intake for 192 hours. Two hundred and twenty-four hours after the earthquake, the patient underwent craniotomy and removal of an intracerebral hematoma. The injury to the patient was severe and the rescue time was the longest for this earthquake. Detailed information is provided in this report.

中国散裂中子源(CSNS)已于2018年5月建设完工,随后进行了试运行.其中的反角白光中子束线(Back-n)可用于中子核数据测量、中子物理研究和核技术应用等多方面的实验.本文报道对该中子束的品质参数测量实验过程以及最终实验结果.实验主要采用中子飞行时间法,利用^(235)U,^(238)U裂变室和~6Li-Si探测器测量了中子能谱和中子注量率,又利用闪烁体-互补金属氧化物半导体探测系统测量了中子束斑的剖面,得到了该束线的初步实验测量结果.其中白光中子的全能谱测量范围eV—100 MeV,给出了不确定度分析;给出了中子注量率两个实验厅位置的满功率值;给出了白光中子在直径60 mm情况下的全能区束斑.通过与模拟结果的比较探讨了以上结果的合理性,并提出了改进计划.这些实验结果为以后该束线的核数据测量和探测器标定实验奠定了基础.
