The （Bi0.9Ho0.1）3.999Ti2.997V0.003012.（BHTV） films have been prepared on Pt/Ti/SiO2.Si substrates by solgel method. The microstructure and ferroelectric properties of the BHTV films were investigated. The BHTV films show a single phase of Bi-layered Aurivillius structure and dense microstructure. The Ho3＋/V5＋ cosubstitution can effectively improve the ferroelectric properties. The BHTV film exhibits good ferroelectric properties with 2.r of 47.6℃/cm2. 2.c of 2.5 kV/cm （at applied field of 42. kV/cm）, dielectric constant of 305, dielectric loss of 0.031 （at 1 MHz）, good insulting behavior, as well as the fatigue-free behavior.

Sol-gel derived bismuth cerium titanate (BCT) thin films with different Bi contents in precursor solu- tions were deposited on the Pt/Ti/SiO2.Si substrates. The effect of Bi content in the precursor solutions on the microstructure and ferroelectric properties of the films was investigated. It is found that with Bi content increasing from 90% to 110% of the nominal value in the precursor solutions, the dissipation factor and leakage current density of the BCT films obtained decrease, while the grain sizes, dielectric constant and remanent polarizations (2.r) increase, and concurrently, a Bi-deficient phase of Bi2.i2.7 gradually disappears. The film prepared from solution with 110% of the nominal Bi content exhibits pure Bi-layered Aurivillius polycrystalline phase, and the 2.r value and coercive field value are 67.1 μC/cm2.and 2.9.7 kV/cm, respectively. Their dielectric constant and the dissipation factor are about 172.and 0.033 at 1 kHz, respectively. Moreover, this film shows no polarization fatigue after 4.46×109 switching cycles.

Natural killer T cell lymphoma(NKTCL)is highly aggressive,with advanced stage patients poorly responding to intensive *** explore effective and safe treatment for newly diagnosed advanced stage NKTCL,we conducted a phase ll study of anti-metabolic agent pegaspargase plus PD-1 antibody sintilimab(NCT04096690).Twenty-two patients with a median age of 51 years(range,2.-74)were enrolled and treated with induction treatment of pegaspargase 2.00 IU/m2.intramuscularly on day 1 and sintilimab 2.0 mg intravenously on day 2.for 6 cycles of 2. days,followed by maintenance treatment of sintilimab 2.0 mg for 2. cycles of 2. *** complete response and overall response rate after induction treatment were 59%(95%Cl,43-79%)and 68%(95%Cl,47-84%),*** a median follow-up of 30 months,the 2.year progression-free and overall survival rates were 68%(95%Cl,45-83%)and 86%(95%Cl,63-95%),*** most frequently grade 3/4 adverse events were neutropenia(32.,n=7)and hypofibrinogenemia(18%,n=4),which were manageable and led to no discontinuation of *** proportion score of PD-L1,peripheral blood high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and apolipoprotein A-l correlated with good response,while PD-1 on tumor infiltrating lymphocytes and peripheral Treg cells with poor response to pegaspargase plus sintilimab *** conclusion,the chemo-free regimen pegaspargase plus sintilimab was effective and safe in newly diagnosed,advanced stage *** lipid profle and immunosuppressive signature contributed to treatment resistance,providing an alternative therapeutic approach dual targeting fatty acid metabolism and CTLA-4 in NKTCL.

We operated a p-type point contact high purity germanium(PPCGe)detector(CDEX-1B,1.008 kg)in the china Jinping Underground Laboratory(CJPL)for 500.3 days to search for neutrinoless double beta(0νββ)decay of^(76)Ge.A total of 504.3 kg⋅day effective exposure data was *** anti-coincidence and the multi/single-site event(MSE/SSE)discrimination methods were used to suppress the background in the energy region of interest(ROI,1989–2.89 keV for this work)with a factor of 2..A background level of 0.33 counts/(keV⋅kg⋅yr)was *** lower limit on the half life of^(76)Ge 0νββdecay was constrained as T_(1/2.^(0ν)>1.0×10^(2.)yr(90%C.L.),corresponding to the upper limits on the effective Majorana neutrino mass:2.7.5 eV.

Hypobaric hypoxia (HH) exposure can cause serious brain injury as well as life-threatening cerebral edema in severe cases. Previous studies on the mechanisms of HH-induced brain injury have been conducted primarily using non-primate animal models that are genetically distant to humans, thus hindering the development of disease treatment. Here, we report that cynomolgus monkeys (Macaca fascicularis) exposed to acute HH developed human-like HH syndrome involving severe brain injury and abnormal behavior. Transcriptome profiling of white blood cells and brain tissue from monkeys exposed to increasing altitude revealed the central role of the HIF-1 and other novel signaling pathways, such as the vitamin D receptor (VDR) signaling pathway, in co-regulating HH-induced inflammation processes. We also observed profound transcriptomic alterations in brains after exposure to acute HH, including the activation of angiogenesis and impairment of aerobic respiration and protein folding processes, which likely underlie the pathological effects of HH-induced brain injury. Administration of progesterone (PROG) and steroid neuroprotectant 5α-androst-3β,5,6β-triol (TRIOL) significantly attenuated brain injuries and rescued the transcriptomic changes induced by acute HH. functional investigation of the affected genes suggested that these two neuroprotectants protect the brain by targeting different pathways, with PROG enhancing erythropoiesis and TRIOL suppressing glutamate-induced excitotoxicity. Thus, this study advances our understanding of the pathology induced by acute HH and provides potential compounds for the development of neuroprotectant drugs for therapeutic treatment.

Background:Until January 18,2.2.,coronavirus disease-2.19(COVID-19)has infected more than 93 million individuals and has caused a certain degree of *** pneumonia caused by common viruses such as respiratory syncytial virus,rhinovirus,human metapneumovirus,human bocavirus,and parainfluenza viruses have been more common in ***,the incidence of COVID-19 in children was significantly lower than that in *** purpose of this study was to describe the clinical manifestations,treatment and outcomes of COVID-19 in children compared with those of other sources of viral pneumonia diagnosed during the COVID-19 ***:Children with COVID-19 and viral pneumonia admitted to 2. hospitals were enrolled in this retrospective multi-center cohort study.A total of 64 children with COVID-19 were defined as the COVID-19 cohort,of which 40 children who developed pneumonia were defined as the COVID-19 pneumonia *** 2.4 children with pneumonia caused by other viruses were defined as the viral pneumonia *** epidemiologic,clinical,and laboratory findings were compared by Kolmogorov-Smirnov test,t-test,Mann-Whitney U test and Contingency table *** usage,immunotherapy,blood transfusion,and need for oxygen support were collected as the treatment ***,intensive care needs and symptomatic duration were collected as the outcome ***:Compared with the viral pneumonia cohort,children in the COVID-19 cohort were mostly exposed to family members confirmed to have COVID-19(53/64 vs.2./2.4),were of older median age(6.3 years vs.3.2.years),and had a higher proportion of ground-glass opacity(GGO)on computed tomography(18/40 vs.0/38,P1).Children in the COVID-19 pneumonia cohort had a lower proportion of severe cases(1/40 vs.38/2.4,P=0.048),and lower cases with high fever(3/40 vs.167/2.4,P1),requiring intensive care(1/40 vs.32.2.4,P1).The propor
