The anisotropic magnetoresistance film is an important core material for developing the magnetic ***,Ta(5)/Mg O(3)/Ni Fe(10)/Mg O(3)/Ta(3)multilayers(in nanometer)were prepared by magnetron sputtering and further applied to construct a sensor element by combining with the Wheatstone *** 1/f noise of the sensor element was greatly reduced by three orders of magnitude after annealing at 400℃for 7200 s,which was mainly due to the significant microstructural changes during the ***,when the sensor element was applied to detect the magnetic signal of a magnetic code disk with 512 N-S magnetic poles,the output voltage signal of the sensor displayed a large fluctuation of±0.05 *** order to reduce the voltage fluctuation,a magnetic sensor chip by using a parallelly arranged multipath Wheatstone bridges and auto-gain compensation structure was designed,and magnetic sensor elements and the high-performance computing drive module were *** output voltage fluctuation of the magnetic sensor was reduced by about 90%and approached to±0.005 *** findings provide an important basis for the practical application of Ni Fe-based magnetic sensing film materials.

Understanding the genetic basis of quality-related traits contributes to the improvement of grain protein concentration(GPC),grain starch concentration(GSC),and wet gluten concentration(WGC)in *** this study,a genome-wide association study(GWAS)based on a mixed linear model(MLM)was performed on 236 wheat accessions,including 160 cultivars and 76 landraces,using a 55K single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)array in multiple environments.A total of 12 stable QTL/SNPs that control different quality traits in this populations in at least two environments under stripe rust stress were *** these 12,three,seven and two QTLs associated with GPC,GSC and WGC were characterized,respectively,and they were located on chromosomes(chr)1B,1D,2A,2B,2D,3B,3D,5D,and 7D with the phenotypic variation explained(PVE)ranging from 4.2 to 10.7%.Compared with the previously reported QTLs/genes,five QTLs(***-1BL,***-1DS,***-2DL.1,***-2DL.2,and ***-5DL)were potentially *** markers for the SNPs AX-108770574 and AX-108791420 on chr5D associated with wet gluten concentration were successfully *** phenotypes of the cultivars containing the A-allele in AX-108770574and the T-allele in AX-108791420 were extremely significantly(Plidated in this study could be utilized in molecular breeding aimed at improving the quality of wheat.

Background The ADRA2B gene insertion/deletion （I/D） polymorphism is associated with various cardiovascular and metabolic phenotypes. Large （C1） and small （C2） artery compliance, assessed by pulse wave analysis, is considered as sensitive markers or risk factors for cardiovascular disease. Therefore whether the ADRA2B I/D polymorphism is associated with CI and C2 need to be investigated. Methods A total of 227 men and 243 women were enrolled in a Chinese family-based study. C1 and C2 were measured by pulse wave analysis. ADRA2B genotypes were determined by polymerase chain reaction. Statistical methods included generalized estimation equations and quantitative transmission disequilibrium test. Results The II （31.9%）, ID （46.8%） and DD （21.3%） genotype frequencies were in Hardy-weinberg equilibrium （P = 0. 73 ）. The covariates selected by stepwise regression for C1 and C2 were age, systolic pressure and gender. The population based association analysis showed that C1 and C2 were not associated with ADRA2B genotype both before （C1 ： P =0. 28; C2： P =0. 27） and after （C1 ： P =0. 58; C2： P =0. 18） the adjustment. The family-based analyses of 128 informative offspring showed that transmission of the D-allele was not associated with C1 orC2, both before （CI： P=0.42; C2： P=0.85） and after （CI： P=0.31; C2： P= 0. 82） the adjustment. Conclusion The study do not support that the ADRA2B gene I/D polymorphism has a major gene effect on C1 or C2 in the Chinese population of current sample size.

AIM:To evaluate the efficacy of centralized culture and possible influencing ***:From January 2010 to July 2012,66452 patients with suspected Helicobacter pylori(***) infection from 26 hospitals in Zhejiang and jiangsu Provinces in China underwent gastrointestinal *** mucosal biopsies were taken from the antrum for *** biopsies were transported under natural environmental temperature to the central laboratory in Hangzhou city and divided into three groups based on their transport time:5,24 and 48 *** culture results were reported after 72 h and the positive culture rates were analyzed by a χ2 *** additional 5736 biopsies from ***-positive patients(5646 rapid urease test-positive and 90 14C-urease breath test-positive) were also cultured for quality control in the central laboratory ***:The positive culture rate was 31.66%(21036/66452) for the patient samples and 71.72%(4114/5736) for the ***-positive quality control *** the 5 h transport group,the positiveculture rate was 30.99%(3865/12471),and 32.84%(14960/45553) in the 24 h transport *** contrast,the positive culture rate declined significantly in the 48 h transport group(26.25%; P lined from 36.67%(1462/3987) to 24.12%(1799/7459).When the temperature exceeded 24℃,the positive culture rate decreased significantly,especially in the 48 h transport group(23.17%).CONCLUSION:Transportation of specimens within 24 h and below 24℃ is reasonable and acceptable for centralized culture of multicenter *** samples.
