It is of crucial importance to investigate the spatial structures of ancient landslides in the eastern Tibetan Plateau’s alpine canyons as they could provide valuable insights into the evolutionary history of the landslides and indicate the potential for future *** study examines the Deda ancient landslide,situated in the Chalong-ranbu fault zone,where creep deformation suggests a complex underground *** integrating remote sensing,field surveys,Audio-frequency Magnetotellurics(AMT),and Microtremor Survey Method(MSM)techniques,along with engineering geological drilling for validation,to uncover the landslide’s spatial feature *** research indicates that a fault is developed in the upper part of the Deda ancient landslide,and the gully divides it into Deda landslide accumulation zoneⅠand Deda landslide accumulation zoneⅡin *** distinctive geological characteristics detectable by MSM in the shallow subsurface and by AMT in deeper *** findings include the identification of two sliding zones in the Deda I landslide,the shallow sliding zone(DD-I-S1)depth is approximately 20 m,and the deep sliding zone(DD-I-S2)depth is 36.2-49.9 *** sliding zone(DD-Ⅱ-S1)depth of the DedaⅡlandslide is 37.6-43.1 m.A novel MSM-based method for sliding zone identification is proposed,achieving less than 5%discrepancy in depth determination when compared with drilling *** results provide a valuable reference for the spatial structural analysis of large-deepseated landslides in geologically complex regions like the eastern Tibetan Plateau.

Objective Viral encephalitis is an infectious disease severely affecting human *** is caused by a wide variety of viral pathogens,including herpes viruses,flaviviruses,enteroviruses,and other *** laboratory diagnosis of viral encephalitis is a worldwide ***,high-throughput sequencing technology has provided new tools for diagnosing central nervous system ***,In this study,we established a multipathogen detection platform for viral encephalitis based on amplicon *** We designed nine pairs of specific polymerase chain reaction(PCR)primers for the 12 viruses by reviewing the relevant *** detection ability of the primers was verified by software simulation and the detection of known positive *** sequencing was used to validate the samples,and consistency was compared with Sanger *** The results showed that the target sequences of various pathogens were obtained at a coverage depth level greater than 20×,and the sequence lengths were consistent with the sizes of the predicted *** sequences were verified using the National Center for Biotechnology Information BLAST,and all results were consistent with the results of Sanger *** Amplicon-based high-throughput sequencing technology is feasible as a supplementary method for the pathogenic detection of viral *** is also a useful tool for the high-volume screening of clinical samples.

Background:Pig organ xenotransplantation is a potential solution for the severe organ shortage in clinic,while immunogenic genes need to be eliminated to improve the immune compatibility between humans and *** knockout strategies are mainly aimed at the genes causing hyperacute immune rejection(HAR)that occurs in the first few hours while adaptive immune reactions orchestrated by CD4 T cell thereafter also cause graft failure,in which process the MHCⅡmolecule plays critical ***:Thus,we generate a 4-gene(GGTA1,CMAH,β4GalNT2,and CIITA)knockout pig by CRISPR/Cas9 and somatic cell nuclear transfer to compromise HAR and CD4 T cell reactions ***:We successfully obtained 4KO piglets with deficiency in all alleles of genes,and at cellular and tissue ***,the safety of our animals after gene editing was verified by using whole-genome sequencing and *** have survived for more than one year in the barrier,and also survived for more than 3 months in the conventional environment,suggesting that the piglets without MHCⅡcan be raised in the barrier and then gradually mated in the conventional ***:4KO piglets have lower immunogenicity,are safe in genomic level,and are easier to breed than the model with both MHCⅠandⅡdeletion.

中国本土企业采用工程师主导型企业模式在复杂产品系统工业崛起,打破了西方国家的垄断,挑战了全球生产网络这种当前主流的跨国公司组织形态,但鲜有文献对此进行深入分析。本文以电信设备产业的华为与电网设备产业的南瑞继保为案例,探究工程师主导型企业在复杂产品系统工业的崛起机制和竞争力来源。研究发现:工程师主导型企业采用“本部-前线”创新模式,将工程师团队派遣到项目前线,在与特定市场用户的互动中充分挖掘情景特定知识,并与本部进行持续交流来开发和改进产品,有效满足了不同情境下用户定制化需求,促进了组织学习和技术能力提升。该模式依赖于充足的工程师供给、工程师群体的战略控制、项目决策权的下放、高融合性的学习型组织、集体主义与合作共创文化等组织性条件。本文发展了跨国公司组织形态理论与复杂产品系统理论,有助于人们思考新时期如何通过企业创新治理来提升核心胜任力,为推动我国实现科技自立自强和创新型国家建设提供启示。

Identification of population structure can help trace population histories and identify disease genes. Structured association (SA) is a commonly used approach for population structure identification and association mapping. A major issue with SA is that its performance greatly depends on the informa-tiveness and the numbers of ancestral informative markers (AIMs). Present major AIM selection meth-ods mostly require prior individual ancestry information, which is usually not available or uncertain in practice. To address this potential weakness, we herein develop a novel approach for AIM selection based on principle component analysis (PCA), which does not require prior ancestry information of study subjects. Our simulation and real genetic data analysis results suggest that, with equivalent AIMs, PCA-based selected AIMs can significantly increase the accuracy of inferred individual ancestries compared with traditionally randomly selected AIMs. Our method can easily be applied to whole genome data to select a set of highly informative AIMs in population structure, which can then be used to identify potential population structure and correct possible statistical biases caused by population stratification.

Objective: The possible enhancing effect of anlotinib on programmed death receptor ligand（PD-L1） antibody and the efficacypredicting power of PD-L1 in micro-conduit endothelium, including lymphatic endothelial cells（LECs） and blood endothelial cells（BECs）, were determined to identify patients who would benefit from this ***: PD-L1 positivity in LECs, BECs, and tumor cells（TCs） was assessed using paraffin sections with multicolor immunofluorescence in an investigator's brochure clinical trial of TQB2450（PD-L1 antibody） alone or in combination with anlotinib in patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Progression-free survival（PFS） with different levels of PD-L1 expression was compared between the two ***: Among 75 patients, the median PFS（m PFS） was longer in patients who received TQB2450 with anlotinib [10 and 12 mg（161 and 194 days, respectively）] than patients receiving TQB2450 alone（61 days） [hazard ratio（HR）10 mg= 0.390（95% confidence interval {CI}, 0.201±0.756）, P = 0.005; HR12 mg= 0.397（0.208±0.756）, P = 0.005]. The results were similar among 58 patients with high PD-L1 expression in LECs and TCs [159 and 209 vs. 82 days, HR10 mg= 0.445（0.210±0.939）, P = 0.034; HR12 mg= 0.369（0.174±0.784）, P = 0.009], and 53 patients with high PD-L1 expression in BECs and TCs [161 and 209 vs. 41 days, HR10 mg= 0.340（0.156±0.742）, P = 0.007; HR12 mg= 0.340（0.159±0.727）, P = 0.005]. No differences were detected in the m PFS between the TQB2450 and combination therapy groups in 13 low/no LEC-expressing and 18 low/no BEC-expressing PD-L1 ***: Mono-immunotherapy is not effective in patients with high PD-L1 expression in LECs and/or BECs. Anlotinib may increase efficacy by downregulating PD-L1 expression in LECs and/or BECs, which is presumed to be a feasible marker for screening the optimal immune patient population undergoing anti-angiogenic therapy.

Effects of a continuous magnetic field in the direction of streaming on the incompressible Kelvin–Helmholtz instability （KHI） are investigated by solving the linear ideal magnetohydrodynamic equations. It is found that the frequency of the KHI is not influenced by the magnetic field. The magnetic field strength effect decreases the linear growth of the KHI, while the magnetic field gradient scale length effect increases its linear growth. The KHI can even be completely suppressed when the magnetic field is strong enough. The linear growth rate approaches a maximum when the magnetic field gradient scale length is large enough.

We report the magnetotransport and thermal properties of RuAs2single crystal. RuAs2exhibits semiconductor behavior and localization effect. The crossover from normal state to diffusive transport in the weak localization（WL） state and then to variable range hopping（VRH） transport in the strong localization state has been observed. The transitions can be reflected in the measurement of resistivity and Seebeck coefficient. Negative magnetoresistance（NMR） emerges with the appearance of localization effect and is gradually suppressed in high magnetic field. The temperature dependent phase coherence length extracted from the fittings of NMR also indicates the transition from WL to VRH. The measurement of Hall effect reveals an anomaly of temperature dependent carrier concentration caused by localization effect. Our findings show that RuAs2is a suitable platform to study the localized state.
