水氮互作对盆栽番茄生长发育及产量和品质的影响

以‘micro tom’番茄为试材,采用盆栽控制的方法,每次设置300、450 mL·盆-12个灌水量,分别记为W300、W450,4个不同的施氮水平0 g·kg^(-1)(N0)、0.08 g·kg^(-1)(N1)、0.16 g·kg^(-1)(N2)、0.32 g·kg^(-1)(N3),开展2个生育时期试验,研究了水氮互作对盆栽番茄叶片叶绿素含量、生长发育动态、产量和品质的影响,以期得到番茄生长阶段同化产物的动态分布规律,为番茄生产合理的水氮运筹提供参考依据。结果表明:番茄生长发育符合“Logistic”曲线,在2个季度的试验中,最高产量均出现在W450N2处理下,分别达到195.24、201.23 g,比其他处理高出1.62%~50.47%、1.91%~52.69%。合理的水氮管理可以长时间维持地上部分干物质的最大积累速率,最终提高番茄的产量。

Engineered T cells expressing chimeric antigen receptor(CAR)exhibit high response rates in B-cell malignancy treatments and possess therapeutic potentials against various ***,the complicated ex vivo production process of CAR-T cells limits their ***,we use virus-mimetic fusogenic nanovesicles(FuNVs)to produce CAR-T cells in vivo via membrane fusion-mediated CAR protein ***,the FuNVs are modified using T-cell fusogen,adapted from measles virus or reovirus fusogens via displaying anti-CD3 single-chain variable *** FuNVs can efficiently fuse with the T-cell membrane in vivo,thereby delivering the loaded anti-CD19(aCD19)CAR protein onto T-cells to produce aCD19 CAR-T *** aCD19 CAR-T cells alone or in combination with anti-OX40 antibodies can treat B-cell lymphoma without inducing cytokine release ***,our strategy provides a novel method for engineering T cells into CAR-T cells in vivo and can further be employed to deliver other therapeutic membrane proteins.

Semi-industrial experimental study on bauxite separation using a cell-column integration process

The cyclonic-static micro-bubble flotation column （FCSMC） is a highly efficient mineral processing equipment. In this study, a cell-column （FCSMC） integration process was investigated for the separation of bauxite and its feasibility was analyzed on a theoretical basis The properties of low-grade bauxite ore from Henan Province, China were analyzed. Parameters such as reagent dosage, scraping bubble time, and pressure of the circulating pump during the sorting process were investigated and optimized to improve the flotation efficiency. On the basis of these parameters, continuous separation experiments were conducted. Bauxite concentrate with an aluminum-to-silicon （A/S） mass ratio of 6.37 and a 77.63wt% recovery rate were achieved via a flow sheet consisting of ＂fast flotation using a flotation cell, one roughing flotation and one cleaning flotation using flotation columns＂. Compared with the full-flotation-cells process, the cell-column integration process resulted in an increase of the A/S ratio by 0.41 and the recovery rate by 17.58wt%. Cell-coltmm integration separation technology represents a new approach for the separation of middle-to-low-grade bauxite ore.

传统中药提取工艺存在着生物利用率低、材料残渣多、生产成本高和资源浪费等问题。为解决上述问题,基于发明问题解决理论(TRIZ),通过功能模型、因果链和资源分析,分析传统提取工艺中的关键问题及突破点。借助物-场模型、科学效应库、技术矛盾与发明原理、物理矛盾与分离原理等求解方法,提出一种工艺创新解法。与传统提取工艺进行对比,该工艺优化解法在得率上得到显著提升。该工艺优化为克服传统提取困境提供了新思路。

A probabilistic risk assessment framework considering lane-changing behavior interaction

Understanding the dynamic characteristics of surrounding vehicles and estimating the potential risk of mixed traffic can help reliable autonomous driving. However, the existing risk assessment methods are challenging to detect dangerous situations in advance and tackle the uncertainty of mixed traffic. In this paper, we propose a probabilistic driving risk assessment framework based on intention identification and risk assessment of surrounding vehicles. Firstly, we set up an intention identification model(IIM) via long short-term memory(LSTM) networks to identify the intention possibility of the surrounding vehicles. Then a risk assessment model(RAM) based on the driving safety field is employed to output the potential ***, driving safety field can reflect the coupling relationship of drivers, vehicles, and roads by analyzing their interaction. Finally, an integrated risk evaluation model combining both IIM and RAM is developed to form a dynamic potential risk map considering multi-vehicle interaction. For example, in a typical but challenging lane-changing scenario, an intelligent vehicle can assess its driving status by calculating a risk map in real time that represents the risk generated by the estimated intentions of surrounding ***, simulations and naturalistic driving experiments are conducted in the extracted lane-changing scenarios, and the results verify the effectiveness of the proposed model considering lane-changing behavior interaction.

Interface wettability is a vital role in directly impacting the electrical contact characteristics of oxides/Cubased composites under arc *** its influence mechanism,especially at atomic/electronic scales,is significant but challenging for the rational design of oxides/Cu ***,we designed Zn_(2)SnO_(4)/Cu electrical contacts aiming to solve the poor wettability of SnO_(2)/Cu *** was found that Zn_(2)SnO_(4)could remarkably improve the arc resistance of Cu-based electrical contacts,which was benefited by the excellent interface wettability of Zn_(2)SnO_(4)/*** characterization of eroded surface indicated that Zn_(2)SnO_(4)particles distributed uniformly on the contact surface,leading to stable electrical contact ***,SnO_(2)considerably deteriorated the arc resistance of SnO_(2)/Cu composite by agglomerating on the *** effect mechanism of wettability on arc resistance was investigated through density function theory(DFT)*** revealed that strong polar covalent bonds across the Zn_(2)SnO_(4)/Cu interface contributed to improving the interfacial adhesion strength/wettability and thus significantly enhanced the arc *** binary SnO_(2)/Cu interface,ionic bonds resulted in weak interface adhesion,giving rise to deterioration of electrical contact *** work discloses the bonding mechanism of oxide/Cu interfaces and paves an avenue for the rational design of ternary oxide/Cu-based electrical contact materials.
