Dear Editor,GABAergic interneurons(GIs)play an essential inhibitory role in regulating neural circuitry and neurological *** 54%GABAergic interneuron population originated from medial ganglionic eminence(MGE)at E13.5 in rodents(Butt et al.,2005),and migrated from MGE to dorsal cortex tangentially starting at E13-14 after the GABAergic neurons become *** of GABAergic interneurons causes severe neurological diseases,such as autism,schizophrenia and *** years,many studies have shown transplantation of GIs improved the neuronal function of animal models such as epilepsy,neuropathic pain,and fear erasure(Braz et al.,2012;Cunningham et al.;Yang et al.,2016).Since migration is the intrinsic nature of GIs,regulation of GIs migration could be essential for cell ***,the mechanism of human GIs migration remains unknown,which brings difficulties to control cell migration after transplantation.

In the traditional environment, the factors for considering the location of the waste transfer station and the landfill are relatively fixed, and the scale of the problem is small. But in Internet of Things(IoT) environment, the waste storage in the household waste can be monitored in real time, the environmental data can be collected by means of emerging information technology, and the residents are more sensitive to the environmental pollution of the waste. Under such conditions, the method for location of traditional waste disposal facilities needs to be redeveloped to obtain a waste transfer station and landfill site that are suitable for the IoT environment. For this reason, a two-objective integer programming model is designed. The two objectives are lowest cost and minimum impact of waste on residents. The expectations of city managers and residents are considered into the modeling. Through the simulation experiments on different scale problems, the integration method for integer programming model and simulation system is verified to solve the location of waste transfer stations in IoT environment.

Triangular silver nanoprisms were prepared and applied to make colorimetric detection of cysteine based on our findings that cysteine could lead to the blue shift of the dipole plasmon resonance absorption, but other 19 kinds of natural amino acids could not. Cysteine with a concentration 160 nmol/L can result in a color change that can be discerned with naked eyes.

Based on the regional water resources carrying capacity(WRCC)evaluation principles and evaluation index system in the National Technical Outline of Water Resources Carrying Capacity Monitoring and Early Warning(hereafter referred to as the Technical Outline),this paper elaborates on the collection and sorting of the basic data of water resources conditions,water resources development and utilization status,social and economic development in basins,analysis and examination of integrity,consistency,normativeness,and rationality of the basic data,and the necessity of WRCC *** paper also describes the technique of evaluating the WRCC in prefecture-level cities and city-level administrative divisions in the District of the Taihu Lake Basin,which is composed of the Taihu Lake Basin and the Southeastern River *** evaluation process combines the binary index evaluation method and reduction index evaluation *** former,recommended by the Technical Outline,uses the total water use and the amount of exploited groundwater as evaluation indices,showing stronger operability,while the latter is developed by simplifying and optimizing the comprehensive index system with greater systematicness and *** mutual validation and adjustment of the results of the above-mentioned two evaluation methods indicate that the WRCC of the District of the Taihu Lake Basin is overloaded in general because some prefecture-level cities and city-level administrative divisions in the Taihu Lake Basin and the Southeastern River Basin are in a severely overloaded *** order to explain this conclusion,this paper analyzes the causes of WRCC overloading from the aspects of basin water environment,water resources development and utilization,water resources regulation and control ability,water resources utilization efficiency,and water resources management.

Nonmetallic inclusions in SUS304 strip produced by twin-roll strip casting

The shape, type, content, and dimension of nonmetallic inclusions in SUS304 strip produced by twin-roll strip casting were studied using scanning electron microscopy （SEM）. The results show that the inclusions are mainly spherical Al2O3 and complex oxides composed of MnO, Al2O3 , and SiO2. The percentage of fine oxides smaller than 3 μm reaches up to 51.8%. The theoretical calculations show that fine oxides have precipitated during solidification. Therefore, it is concluded that during twin-roll strip casting, because of high cooling rate, the size of inclusions precipitated during solidification decreases, and the amount increases.
