We operated a p-type point contact high purity germanium(PPCGe)detector(CDEX-1B,1.008 kg)in the China Jinping Underground Laboratory(CJPL)for 500.3 days to search for neutrinoless double beta(0νββ)decay of^(76)Ge.A total of 504.3 kg⋅day effective exposure data was *** anti-coincidence and the multi/single-site event(MSE/SSE)discrimination methods were used to suppress the background in the energy region of interest(ROI,1989–2089 keV for this work)with a factor of 23.A background level of 0.33 counts/(keV⋅kg⋅yr)was *** lower limit on the half life of^(76)Ge 0νββdecay was constrained as T_(1/2)^(0ν)>1.0×10^(23)yr(90%C.L.),corresponding to the upper limits on the effective Majorana neutrino mass:<3.2–7.5 eV.

The fresh postharvest golden needle mushroom(Flammulina velutipes) sporocarp has a high moisture content and crisp texture, but it still has high physiological activity and respiration, leading to senescence and quality *** with 1-methylcyclopropene(1-MCP) and polypropylene(PP) crispers were used to study the changes of lignification and softening of F. velutipes during storage. The main findings were as follows: the crisper packaging could effectively prolong the storage time of F. velutipes;either the 1-MCP treatment, crisper packaging or the combination of the two treatments could significantly inhibit the accumulation of lignin and the decreases in the contents of cellulose and pectin, and had certain inhibitory effects on the activities of enzymes involved in lignification and softening including phenylalanine ammonia-lyase(PAL), cinnamyl alcohol dehydrogenase(CAD), cellulase(Cx), pectin methylesterase(PME) and polygalacturonase(PG). Among them, the inhibitory effect of the crisper packaging was higher than the 1-MCP treatment, while the combination of the two treatments was the best. The results of transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) showed that the crisper packaging in combination with the 1-MCP treatment could effectively maintain the integrity and stability of the F. velutipes cellular structure and inhibit the emergence of plasmolysis to prevent cell membrane rupture. The transcription levels showed that the crisper packaging and the combination of the 1-MCP treatment and crisper packing could effectively affect the expression of genes for enzymes related to lignification and softening of F. velutipes. In conclusion, 1-MCP and PP crispers could delay the lignification and softening of F. velutipes during storage.

The red turpentine beetle （RTB）, Dendroctonus valens LeConte, as a destructive invasive pest, has become one of the most economically important forest pest in China. Effective control measures are desperately needed. Entomopathogenic fungi, such as Beauveria bassiana, have shown great potential for the management of some bark beetle species. In this study, 12 isolates of B. bassiana from bark beetle were examined for biological characteristics and virulence, to assess their potential as biocontrol agents for RTB. There were significant differences （at P = 0.05） in colony growth rate, conidial yield, conidial germination, tolerance to UV light and extracellular proteases activity among the tested B. bassiana isolates. Isolates, including Bbl801, Bb1906, Bb789 and Bb773, exhibited the best characteristics, because they have faster hyphal growth rate, higher spore production and faster spore germination, higher UV tolerance and protease （Prl） production. The results of a pathogenicity test ofB. bassiana on RTB larvae showed that most isolates of B. bassiana have demonstrated high efficacy and the highest virulent isolate was Bb 1801, which killed 100% of the treated insects and had a median lethal time （LT50） of 4.60 days at a concentration of 1 ×107 conidia/mL. Therefore, isolate Bb1801 has a great potential for sustainable control of RTB in the forest. The correlation between biological characteristics and virulence of the fungal isolates is discussed and the possibility of combination of entomopathogenic fungi with semiochemicals, as one of the promising strategy for RTB control, is considered.

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by China,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV Linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The Linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2015)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2018),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.

Cholangiocarcinoma refers to malignant tumors that develop in epithelial lining of biliary system, and it is divided into two categories according to tumor location, intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma （ICC） and extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma （ECC）. ICC occurs from the epithelial cells of the intrahepatic bile duct, its branches and interlobular biliary tree; and ECC is divided into hilar cholangiocarcinoma and distal cholangiocarcinoma by the circumscription at the confluence of cystic duct and the common hepatic duct.

为探讨低温下白菜型冬油菜叶绿素荧光特性及其抗寒性关系,在大田条件下,以白菜型冬油菜陇油7号、陇油8号和天油4号为试材,测定在冬前自然降温过程中冬油菜幼苗叶片叶绿素荧光特性指标。结果表明:随着气温由10月7日(6.7℃)降低到11月25日(-8.3℃)时,3个白菜型冬油菜品种叶片的初始荧光量(F_(o))呈上升趋势,且F_(o)表现为陇油8号>陇油7号>天油4号,叶片最大荧光(F_(m))、PSⅡ的电子传递(F_(m)/F_(o))、可变荧光产量(F_(v))、最大光化学效率(F_(v)/F_(m))、PSII受体库的大小(Area)均呈下降趋势,且F_(m)、F_(m)/F_(o)和F_(v)表现为天油4号>陇油8号>陇油7号;F_(v)/F_(m)和Area表现为天油4号>陇油7号>陇油8号。放氧复合体活性状态(F_(o-k))、QA被还原能力(F_(k-j))、QB(含快还原PQ库)被还原能力(F_(j-i))和QB(慢还原PQ库)被还原的能力(F_(i-p))呈下降趋势,且F_(o-k),F_(k-j)和F_(i-p)表现为陇油8号>天油4号>陇油7号,F_(j-i)表现为天油4号>陇油8号>陇油7号。单位反应中心吸收光能(ABS/RC)、反应中心关闭程度(V_(j))呈升高趋势,且ABS/RC表现为陇油7号>天油4号>陇油8号,V_(j)表现为陇油8号>陇油7号>天油4号;PSⅡ潜在光化学活性(F_(v)/F_(o))和光合性能指数(PI)呈下降趋势,且F_(v)/F_(o)表现为陇油8号>天油4号>陇油7号;PI表现为天油4号>陇油8号>陇油7号。采用典型相关分析表明:F_(o)与ABS/RC和V_(j)呈极显著正相关,F_(o)与F_(m)、F_(m)/F_(o)、F_(v)、F_(v)/F_(m)、Area、F_(o-k)、F_(k-j)、F_(j-i)、F_(i-p)、F_(v)/F_(o)、PI呈极显著负相关。经隶属函数法综合评价3个白菜型冬油菜品种耐寒性强弱为陇油8号>陇油7号>天油4号,此研究结果为寒旱区冬油菜抗寒种质创新提供试验依据。

Background Bivalirudin was widely used as an anticoagulant during coronary interventional procedure in western ***,it was not available in China before this clinical trial was *** randomized,single-blind and multicenter clinical trial aimed to evaluate the efficacy and the safety of domestic bivalirudin during percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI）.Methods A randomized,single-blind,multicenter trial was *** PCI candidates in five centers were randomized into a bivalirudin group and a heparin group,which were treated with domestic bivalirudin and non-fractional heparin during the PCI *** efficacy was evaluated by comparing the activated coagulation time （ACT）,the procedural success rate （residual stenosis ＜20％ in target lesions without any coronary artery related adverse events within 24 hours after PCI）,and the survival rate without major adverse cardiac events at 30 days after PCI between the two *** was evaluated by the major/minor bleeding *** A total of 218 elective PCI patients were randomized into a bivalirudin group （n=110） and heparin group （n=108）.Except for two patients needing additional dosing in the heparin group,the ACT values of all other patients in both groups were longer than 225 seconds at 5 minutes after the first intravenous *** success rates were respectively 100.0％ and 98.2％ in the bivalirudin group and heparin group （P＞0.05）.Survival rates without major adverse cardiac events at 30 days after PCI were 100.0％ in the bivalirudin group and 98.2％ in the heparin group （P＞0.05）.Mild bleeding rates were 0.9％ and 6.9％（P＜0.05） at 24 hours,and 1.9％ and 8.8％（P＜0.05） at 30 days after PCI in the bivalirudin group and heparin group *** was one severe gastrointestinal bleeding case in the heparin *** Domestic bivalirudin is an effective and safe anticoagulant during elective PCI *** efficacy is not inferior to heparin,but the safety is

本文通过数值模拟和在实际锅炉上的试验,研究了310 MW Foster Wheeler技术W型火焰锅炉F层二次风下倾15°对炉内燃烧过程的影响。通过对模拟和试验的分析表明,F层二次风下倾后对炉内燃烧的影响主要表现在火焰行程延长,煤粉停留时间增加,还原区扩大,一次风与二次风的混合推迟等方面。试验和模拟结果都表明,F层二次风下倾后锅炉的火焰中心下降,飞灰含碳量降低,锅炉效率提高且NO_x排放明显减少。
