Nowadays,Wireless sensor Network(WsN)is a modern technology with a wide range of applications and greatly attractive benefits,for example,self-governing,low expenditure on execution and data communication,long-term function,and unsupervised access to the *** Internet of Things(IoT)is an attractive,exciting *** applying communication technologies in sensors and supervising features,WsNs have initiated communication between the IoT *** IoT offers access to the highest amount of information collected through WsNs,it leads to privacy management ***,this paper provides a Logistic Regression machine learning with the Elliptical Curve Cryptography technique(LRECC)to establish a secure IoT structure for preventing,detecting,and mitigating *** approach uses the Elliptical Curve Cryptography(ECC)algorithm to generate and distribute security *** algorithm is a light weight key;thus,it minimizes the routing ***,the Logistic Regression machine learning technique selects the transmitter based on intelligent *** main application of this approach is smart *** approach provides continuing reliable routing paths with small *** addition,route nodes cooperate with IoT,and it handles the resources proficiently and minimizes the 29.95%delay.

We investigate the properties of the excess charge(electron, hole) introduced into a two-strand biomolecule. We consider the possibility that the stable soliton excitation can be formed due to interaction of excess charge with the phonon subsystem. The influence of overlap of the molecular orbitals between adjacent structure elements of the macromolecular chain on the soliton properties is discussed. special attention is paid to the influence of the overlapping of the molecular orbitals between structure elements placed on the different chains. Using the literature values of the basic energy parameters of the two-chain biomolecular structures, possible types of soliton solutions are discussed.

feasibility of implementation of intelligent simulation configurations based on data mining methodologies for prediction of tractor wheel slip

This paper deals with implementation of intelligent simulation configurations for prediction of tractor wheel slip in tillage *** effects of numeral variables of forward speed(2,4,and 6 km/h)and plowing depth(10,20,and 30 cm),and nominal variable of tractor driving mode(two-wheel drive(2WD)and four-wheel drive(4WD))on tractor rear wheel slip were intelligently simulated utilizing data mining methodologies of artificial neural network(ANN)and adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system(ANfIs).Neuro-fuzzy potential of the ANfIs simulation framework against neural ability of the ANN simulation framework was *** confirmed higher efficiency of the best configuration of the ANfIs simulation framework with satisfactory statistical performance criteria of coefficient of determination(0.981),root mean square error(1.124%),mean absolute percentage error(1.515%),and mean of absolute values of prediction residual errors(1.135%)than that of the ANN simulation *** perception obtained from the ANfIs simulation results demonstrated that the wheel slip increased nonlinearly with increment of forward speed and plowing depth,while it decreased as tractor driving mode changed from the 2WD to ***,the best configuration of the ANfIs based intelligent simulation framework implemented in this study can be used for further relevant studies of tractor rear wheel slip as a reference.

NaYf_(4):Eu nanorods with high aspect ratios are elaborated and optically trapped using dual fiber optical tweezers in a counterpropagating geometry. High trapping efficiency is observed using converging beams, emitted from diffractive fresnel lenses directly 3D printed onto cleaved fiber facets. stable nanorod trapping and alignment are reported for a fiber-to-fiber distance of 200 μm and light powers down to 10 m W. Trapping of nanorod clusters containing one to three nanorods and the coupling of nanorod motion in both axial and transverse directions are considered and discussed. The europium emission is studied by polarization-resolved spectroscopy with particular emphasis on the magnetic and electric dipole transitions. The respective σ and π orientations of the different emission lines are determined. The angles with respect to the nanorod axes of the corresponding magnetic and electric dipoles are calculated. Mono-exponential emission decay with decay time of 4–5 ms is reported. It is shown that the nanorod orientation can be determined by purely spectroscopic means.

以兆瓦级风力机塔架和叶片极限载荷的概率外推模型为基础,结合载荷动态响应峰值的独立同分布假设和三参数威布尔模型,外推获取了正常湍流和极端湍流强度条件下风力机关键部件长期服役载荷概率分布;进一步通过无量纲极值统计量定义系统失效的结构可靠性状态函数,结合样本分数阶矩和最大熵理论提出兆瓦级风力机关键部件结构可靠性分析的数值方法,对比湍流模型对兆瓦级风力机关键部件结构失效概率的影响。计算结果表明:样本分数阶矩最大熵方法能有效重构结构可靠性状态函数的概率分布;基于无量纲极值统计量的系统可靠性建模方法能有效表征风力机关键部件耦合相关失效问题,结合该文方法可获得系统失效概率的准确预测结果;湍流模型对风力机结构失效概率影响较大,难以预先判定何种模型将得到结构失效概率的保守预估结果,需结合IEC 61400-1标准中的设计载荷工况细致分析后才能确定。

Validation and application of Vierordt’’s spectrophotometric method for simultaneous estimation of tamoxifen/coenzyme Q10 in their binary mixture and pharmaceutical dosage forms

for the sake of improving patient compliance and sustainability of chemotherapy healthcare system, both TC and CoQ10 were formulated as solid lipid nanoparticles (sLNs). The study was focused on establishing and validating a simple and reproducible spectrophotometric method for simultaneous determination of TC and CoQ10 in their binary mixture or pharmaceutical dosage forms. A new method based on simultaneous estimation of drug mixture without prior separation was developed. Validation parameters were checked with International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines. The accuracy and reproducibility of proposed method was statistically compared to HPLC. The TC and CoQ10 were quantified at absorptivity wavelengths of 236 nm and 275 nm, respectively. Calibration curves obeyed Beer’s law in range of 2–14 μg/ml with a correlation coefficient (R^2) of 0.999 in both methanol and simplified simulated intestinal fluid (ssIf). The %means recovery of TC and Co Q10 in pure state or binary mixture at various concentration levels were all around 100%.The low values of sD and %RsD (firm high precision and accuracy of the proposed method. formulated sLNs showed different %means recovery in range 81–92% for TC and 32–59% for CoQ10. The data obtained by applying simultaneous Vierordt’s equations showed no statistical significance in comparison to HPLC. Vierordt’s method was successfully applied as a simple, accurate, precise, and economical analysis method for estimating TC and CoQ10 concentrations in pure state, binary mixture and pharmaceutical dosage forms.

Cell transmission model based traffic signal timing in oversaturated conditions

In order to investigate enhancements to cell transmission model (CTM) as a tool for traffic signal timing in oversaturated conditions, randomly distributed saturation flow rates and arrival rates were used instead of constant values to simulate traffic flow movement, estimate the average delay of the network and search for an optimal traffic signal timing plan. A case study was given to demonstrate that the proposed methodology can capture unique phenomena in oversaturated conditions such as forward wave, spillback and lane entrance blockage. The results show that CTM underestimates travel time by 25% when compared to simtraffic, while the enhanced CTM underestimates by only 3%. A second case study shows that a dynamic signal timing plan is superior to a fixed signal timing plan in the term of average delay.
