Colorectal cancer (CRC) is signif.cant publichealth problem in rich countries of.the world, because of.its f.equency and mostly because of.its severity. Our aim was to improve histologic diagnosis of.malignancy with topographic coloration (HE) and cytokeratins 7, 20 immuno-labeling. The risk f.r colorectal cancer incease with age, but in our series, 10% of.colorectal cancer exist in patients younger than 40 years old. In histological study, adenocarcinoma represented 100% and the evaluation f.r stage of.disease showed that the most dominant isstage IV (32.6%). In our trial, we f.und that cytokeratins 7 and 20 immunoreactivity in colorectal adenocarcinoma are of.en positive f.r cytokeratin-20 and most of.time negative f.r cytokeratin-7.

Treatment of.cancer with chemotherapy of.en f.ces drug resistance issues, which can stop af.er a period of.remission. This resistance is due to several mechanisms;among them, the most important is the one in relation with the overexpression of.the P glycoprotein (Pgp) produced by the mdr 1 gene. This gene conf.rs to cells the multidrug resistance (MDR) phenotype in the setting of.treatment f.r many cancers (leukemia-lymphoma...). The aim of.this study was to investigate the binding site of.P glycoprotein by af.inity labeling in order to synthesiz. ef.ective inhibitors on chemotherapeutic drugs ef.lux. The f.rst objective was to increase P glycoprotein concentration in R7 cells by treating them with doxorubicin to obtain human Pgp rich f.actions. The second consisted in characteriz.ng the progesterone binding site on Pgp by af.inity photolabeling with tritiated az.dopine on the one hand, and by western-blot transf.r with C219 antibody on the other hand. Our results indicate a signif.cant increase in the level of.expression Pgp in R7 cells treated with 1 and 2.5 nM doxorubicin, and clearly show enrichment in Pgp of.doxorubicin treated R7 cells.

The epidermal growth f.ctor receptor is central to the growth, dif.erentiation and the mobility of.normal and cancer cells. Notably, EGf. plays an important role in non-small cell lung carcinoma development. Two known nucleotide variants in EGf. promoter at position -216 (G > T) and -191 (C > A) are known to inf.uence promoter activity. The transcription f.ctor Sp1 (Specif.city protein 1) binds with higher af.inity the T allele at position -216 which results in 30% increased transcriptional activity of.EGf.. Sequencing of.EGf. promoter region and exon 1 in 18 patients with pulmonary carcinoma revealed that -216 G/T variant was associated with 58.82% of.NSCLC patients especially those with squamous carcinoma, with predominance of.homoz.gote (T/T) variants. Strikingly, the -191C/A polymorphism was detected in 11.11% of.patients having a pulmonary carcinoma with the predominance of.homoz.gote (C/C) variants. The distribution analysis of.the f.ur haplotypes (G-C, G-A, T-C and T-A) and the diplotype (G-C/T-C) of.-216G/T and -191C/A polymorphisms, revealed a clear predominance of.T-C haplotype (216T-191C) in squamous cell carcinoma. The G-C and G-A haplotypes have a lesser distribution while the T-A haplotype is non-existent. The incidence of.(G-C/T-C) diplotype is more important than the G-A haplotype in all the studied cases. Our results are strongly correlated with the data of.Caucasian population.

Ag-In intermetallic alloys were produced by using vacuum arc f.rnace. Dif.erential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC) and Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectrometry(EDX) were used to determine the thermal properties and chemical composition of.the phases respectively. Microhardness values of.Ag-In intermetallics were calculated with Vickers hardness measurement method. According to the experimental results, Ag-34 wt%In intermetallic system generated the best results of.energy saving and storage compared to other intermetallic systems. Also f.om the microhardness results, it was observed that intermetallic alloys were harder than pure silver and Ag-26 wt%In system had the highest microhardness value with 143.45 kg/mm^(2).

The Van Hoof.ef.ect is a phase shif. existing between the radial velocity curves of.hydrogen and metallic lines within the atmosphere of.pulsating *** this article,we present a study of.this phenomenon through the spectra of.the brightest pulsating star RR Lyr of.RR Lyrae stars recorded f.r 22 *** based ourselves,on the one hand,on 1268 spectra(41 nights of.observation)recorded between the years 1994 and 1997 at the Observatory of.Haute Provence(OHP,f.ance)previously observed by Chadid and Gillet,and on the other hand on 1569 spectra(46nights of.observation)recorded at our Oukaimeden Observatory(Morocco)between 2015 and *** this study,we have detected inf.rmation on atmospheric dynamics that had not previously been ***,the Van Hoof.ef.ect which results in a clear correlation between the radial velocities of.hydrogen and those of.the metallic lines has been observed and analyz.d at dif.erent Blaz.ko phases.A correlation between the radial velocities of.dif.erent metallic lines located in the lower atmosphere has been observed as *** the f.rst time,we were able to show that the amplitude of.the radial velocity curves deduced f.om the lines of.hydrogen and that of.f.Ⅱ(λ4923.921?)increases toward the minimum of.the Blaz.ko cycle and decreases toward the maximum of.the same Blaz.ko ***,we f.und that the Van Hoof.ef.ect is also modulated by the Blaz.ko ***,toward the minimum of.the Blaz.ko cycle the Van Hoof.ef.ect is more visible and at the maximum of.the Blaz.ko cycle,this ef.ect is *** also observed the temporal evolution of.the amplitudes of.the radial velocities of.the lower and upper *** observed over a long time,we can interpret it as a f.nction of.the Blaz.ko phases.

Adopting high penetration levels of.electric vehicles(EVs)necessitates the implementation of.appropriate charging management systems to mitigate their negative impacts on pow-er distribution ***,most of.the proposed Ev charging management techniques rely on the availability of.high-bandwidth communication *** techniques are f.r f.om realiz.tion due to①the lack of.utility-grade communica-tion systems in many cases such as secondary(low-voltage)pow-er distribution systems to which EVs are connected,rural ar-eas,remote communities,and islands,and②existing f.ars and concerns about the data privacy of.EV users and cyber-physical *** these cases,appropriate local control schemes are needed to ensure the adequate management of.EV charging without violating the grid operation ***,this paper introduces a new communication-less management strategy f.r EV charging in droop-controlled islanded *** proposed strategy is autonomous,as it is based on the measurement of.system f.equency and local bus *** proposed strategy implements a social charging f.irness policy during periods when the microgrid distributed genera-tors(DGs)are in short supply by allocating more system capaci-ty to the EVs with less charging in the ***,a novel communication-less EV load shedding scheme is incorpo-rated into the management strategy to provide relief.to the mi-crogrid during events of.severe undervoltage or underf.equency occurrences due to f.ctors such as high loading or DG *** simulations demonstrate the superiority of.the pro-posed strategy over the state-of.the-art controllers in modulat-ing the EV charging demand to counteract microgrid instability.

Objective:To evaluate the combination therapy of.pyronaridine tetraphosphate and diminaz.ne aceturate against Babesia in vitro and in ***:Bioinf.rmatic analysis was perf.rmed using atom pair *** in vitro combination test was perf.rmed against Babesia bovis and Theileria ***,the in vivo chemotherapeutic ef.icacy of.pyronaridine tetraphosphate in combination with diminaz.ne aceturate was investigated against the growth of.Babesia microti in mice using a f.uorescence inhibitory ***:Pyronaridine tetraphosphate and diminaz.ne aceturate exhibited nearly similar molecular *** in vitro combination of.pyronaridine tetraphosphate and diminaz.ne aceturate was synergistic on Babesia bovis and additive on Theileria *** addition,5 mg/kg pyronaridine tetraphosphate combined with 10 mg/kg diminaz.ne aceturate inhibited Babesia microti growth signif.cantly compared with those observed af.er treatment with 25 mg/kg diminaz.ne aceturate alone f.om day 6 post treatment to day 12 post *** combination therapy also normaliz.d the hematological parameters of.inf.cted ***:An oral dose of.pyronaridine tetraphosphate combined with a subcutaneous dose of.diminaz.ne aceturate inhibits Babesia in vitro and in mice,suggesting it might be a new paradigm f.r the treatment of.babesiosis.

The paper is devoted to the study of.optimal control of.a hyperbolic system,where the control enters the system through the *** hyperbolic system is the wave equation on a smooth and open domain,where the boundary condition involves the normal derivative at the boundary of.z.the time derivative of.z.times a constant k,and a nonlinear term ***,z.is the state and u is the control,satisf.ing some boundedness condition depending on *** f.nctional cost consists of.the energy and the dif.erence between the solution of.the system at f.nal time,and a desired state in *** a closed convex set,we prove the existence of.an optimal control that minimises the cost f.nctional using a priori ***,using the dif.erentiability of.the cost f.nctional with respect to the control,we establish the characterisation by deriving necessary conditions that an optimal control must satisf..A numerical approach is successf.lly illustrated by simulations.

The Tarf.ya-Laayoune-Boujdour basin is of.great interest to oil exploration;on this aspect, there has been exploration by the Moroccan National Of.ice of.Hydrocarbons and Mining, which has shown indices of.oil and/or gas recorded in most wells drilled in the Moroccan Atlantic margin. f.-1 well, object of.this study, is one of.these wells located in the of.shore Tarf.ya-Laayoune-Boujdour basin. A palynological examination of.the processed samples revealed the existence of.organic palynomorphs, well conserved and rich in dinof.agellate cysts. The latter are composed of.worldwide marker taxa of.high stratigraphic resolutions. Thus, the middle upper Albian (3408 - 3408.5 m) is determined by the presence of.Cribroperidinium tensif.ense, Tehamadinium coummia, Spinif.rella cornuta, Chichaouadinium vestitum, Dinopterygium alatum and Litosphaeridium arundum. The upper Albian (3406.5 - 3408 m) is characteriz.d by the f.s of.marker taxa: Cyclonephelium chabaca, Cribroperidinium auctif.cum and Chichaouadinium vestitum. Lastly, the upper Albian-lower Cenomanian transition is def.ned between 3404 m and 3406.50 m, as suggested by the f.s of.Chichaouadinium boydii, Dinopterygium tuberculatum, Sepispinula ancorif.ra, Litosphaeridium conispinum, Prolixosphaeridium conulum and Xenascus ceratioides.
