Photovoltaic conversion was enhanced by directly assemble of a network of single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWNTs) onto the surface of n-p junction silicon solar cells. When the density of SWNTs increased from 50 to 400 tubes μm^(-2), an enhancement of 3.92% in energy conversion efficiency was typically obtained. The effect of the SWNTs network is proposed for trapping incident photons and assisting electronic transportation at the interface of silicon solar cells.

A statistical work has been done to collect the composition ranges of Ni-Mn-Ga alloys exhibiting different structures and martensite start temperature （M,）, large magnetostrain or the co-existence of magnetic and structural transitions. The alloys with five-layered （5M）, seven-layered （7M） modulated and non-modulated （T） martensitic structures were mapped in the graph. An empirical formula has been presented to reflect the effect of elements nickel （Ni ）, manganese （ Mn ） and gallium （Ga）, on the martensite start temperature （M3）. The martensitic structure is sensitive to the composition and the martensitic transformation temperature is most drastically affected by the Ni content. The alloys with large magnetostrain or co-existence effect of the magnetic and structural transitions were also listed in a limited area.

Heterostructured materials,defined as materials that contain multiple zones with dramatically different flow stresses,have the potential to push the envelope of the strength-ductility of metals and alloys beyond what can be obtained conventionally[1–3].A prominent example is the heterogeneous lamella Ti that is as strong as its ultrafine-grained Ti,while as ductile as the coarsegrained Ti[4].

Phononic crystal(PC) is an artificial periodic elastic/acoustic structure with acoustic or elastic bandgaps within which the propagation of elastic/acoustic waves is fully *** PC may have potential applications in acoustic filtering,noise suppression,vibration isolation,and design of new acoustic devices,***,a certain degree of interests is being generated on the PCs with periodic holes(vacuum or filled with air) with their bandgaps mainly determined by the geometric *** of the reports are focused on the systems with convex holes(circular or regular polygon holes).But,the difference between convex and non-convex holes may lead to evident change of *** motivates the investigation on bandgaps of PCs with non-convex *** this paper,the finite element method(fEM) based on the Comsol Multiphysics software is used to study the effects of geometric parameters on the bandgaps of 2D systems in a square lattice with cross-like(a kind of non-convex) holes which are denoted as the "+"-hole and "x"-hole respectively.

In this paper, the design, customization and implem en tation of an integrated Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) system for a Semi conductor Backend Assembly environment is described. The company is one of the w orldwide market leaders in semiconductor packaging technology. The project was d riven by the company’s quest to achieve a competitive edge as a manufacturing po werhouse by providing the shortest possible cycle time with a high degree of fle xibility through the application of Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) tech nology. Gintic was responsible for the Planning & Scheduling functions through o ur APS tool kit, which is called Gintic Scheduling System (GSS). Our APS system is to be integrated with the other two key software systems, namely, the Enterpr ise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES), with the C IM framework. The project was divided into four major execution phases. Phase One activities w ere focused on the gathering and analysis of the end users requirements in order to establish the ’As-Is’ situation and the wish list & the expectation of the ’To-Be’ system. Planning and Scheduling prototypes were built using GSS to iden tify the functionality gap between the existing GSS system and the ’To-Be’ mode l, in order to determine the customization effort needed. The project team perfo rmed detailed system analysis, design and development of the ’To-Be’ system dur ing Phase Two of the project. There are a total of four planning and scheduling modules, including Capacity Planning (CP), Daily Lot Release (DLR), Daily Produc tion Scheduling (DPS) and Dynamic Operation Scheduling (DOS). The detailed desig n specifications of each of the features and functionality were confirmed and ac cepted by the end users before the commencement of the development effort. The c ompleted and tested modules were delivered in stages for testing and acceptance by the end user during the Phase Three of the project. Pilot product line was

Since the 1990s,there has been a great deal of work devoted to the study of phononic crystals(PCs).The existence of a phononic band gap(PBG) where the propagation of the acoustic or elastic waves is forbidden leads to many engineering *** the PBG tuning mechanism is always an important aspect of the theoretical studies of PCs. In this paper,we study the effects of the Poisson's ratios on the PBGs in two-dimensional(2D) solid-solid square-latticed *** to the theoretical importance and practical application of the auxetic material,the effect of negative Poisson's ratio is also considered in the present work. for the in-plane wave mode,the material parameters determining PBGs include the velocity ratio,the acoustic impedance ratio and the Poisson's ratios of the two component materials[1].We investigate the influences of the Poisson's ratio on 2D square-latticed PCs with given values of the velocity ratio and acoustic impedance *** different combinations of the velocity ratio and acoustic impedance ratio correspond to the large impedance ratio with small mismatch in the transverse wave velocities,small velocity ratio with small mismatch in the acoustic impedances and small impedance ratio with small mismatch in the wave *** PBGs between the 2nd and 3rd,3rd and 4th bands are *** are usually the first or second PBGs. for the PCs with large impedance ratio and small mismatch in the wave velocities,the PBG is influenced slightly by the Poisson's ratio of the host,but significantly by that of the inclusion when its value is *** the PCs with small velocity ratio and small mismatch in the acoustic impedances,the PBGs between the 3rd and 4th bands are sensitive to the Poisson's ratios of both the host and inclusion;those between the 2nd and 3rd bands are influenced significantly by the Poisson's ratio of the inclusion and become wider as the Poisson's ratio of the inclusion *** the PCs with small impedance rati

In this article we discuss the determination of the aerosol particle size distribution function using the particle spectrum extinction *** is an ill-posed integral equation of the first kind,since we are often faced with limited or insufficient observations in remote sensing and the observations are contaminated. To overcome the ill-posed nature,using the a priori information,we study the inflection point regulanzation method and develop a conjugate gradient projection method for solving the corresponding optimization *** our work,regulanzation parameter can be considered as the number of inflection points and their *** algorithms for constructing an approximate solution are *** estimates are also *** numerical tests for both the synthetic problem and practical problem are given to show the efficiency and feasibility of the proposed algorithm.

During the 2016-17 and 2018-19 running periods,the BESIII experiment collected 7.5 fb of e^(+)e^(-)collision data at center-of-mass energies ranging from 4.13 to 4.44 *** data samples are primarily used for the study of excited charmonium and charmoniumlike *** analyzing the di-muon process e^(+)e^(-)→(γISR=fSR)μ^(+)μ^(-),we measure the center-of-mass energies of the data samples with a precision of 0.6 *** a run-by-run study,we find that the center-of-mass energies were stable throughout most of the data-collection period.
