Over the last half century,surgical aortic valve replacement(SAVR)has evolved to offer a durable and efficient valve haemodynamically,with low procedural complications that allows favourable remodelling of left ventricular(LV)structure and *** latter has become more challenging among elderly patients,particularly following trans-catheter aortic valve implantation(TAVI).Precise understanding of myocardial adaptation to pressure and volume overloading and its responses to valve surgery requires comprehensive assessments from aortic valve energy loss,valvular-vascular impedance to myocardial activation,force-velocity relationship,and myocardial *** hypertrophy and myocardial fibrosis remains as the structural and morphological focus in this *** intervention in asymptomatic aortic stenosis or regurgitation along with individualised management of hypertension and atrial fibrillation is likely to improve patient *** pacing via the His-Purkinje system for conduction abnormalities,further reduction in para-valvular aortic regurgitation along with therapy of angiotensin receptor blockade will improve patient outcome by facilitating hypertrophy regression,LV coordinate contraction,and global vascular *** leaflet thromboses require anticoagulation while impaired access to coronary ostia risks future TAVI-in-TAVI or coronary *** comparable long-term durability and the resolution of TAVI related complications become available,SAVR remains the first choice for lower risk younger patients.

In this review article, the microdialysis for tissue engineering monitoring is discussed. Among various monitoring techniques, micro- dialysis is advantageous for its capacity of perfusion on-line, and o -line multiple parameter monitoring. Following a description on the general system and performance, the main challenges to apply this technique for reliable long term monitoring are outlined. Further opportunities are identi ed.

The ＂EcoShopping＂ project aims to produce a practical holistic retrofitting solution for commercial buildings, reduce primary energy consumption to less than 80 kWh/（***） and increase the proportion of RES （renewable energy systems） to more than 50% by using state of the art solutions. The project intends to use and integrate available products and technologies; along with a network to accurately monitor the environmental and occupancy parameters to allow the building management system to have better control of the building and fully exploit the thermal mass. This paper introduces the EcoShopping project and the consortium carrying out the work, describes the case study building and the initial targets for carbon reduction, and discusses the results of Work Package 2： which is an assessment of national building codes, EPBD （energy performance buildings directive） implementation, performance standards and good practice.

Bioadsorption of 4-Chlorophenol to the activated Sludge

The adsorption behaviour of 4 chlorophenol from aqueous solution to activated sludge was quantitatively characterized in this paper. The effects of the initial pH values, initial chlorophenol concentration and adsorbent dosage on bioadsorption were investigated. The maximum adsorption capacity was found to be 110.5 mg/g at 100 mg/L initial concentration. The Freundlich and Langmuir adsorption isotherms were applied to describe the biosorption processes and the isotherm constants were evaluated. 

本文介绍了在电力经济调度中用于改善系统运行性能的遗传算法的某些修改。目的是试图找出供遗传算法使用的最佳运行点。为了改善运行性能，涉及到问题的两个阶段：即首先是选择一种适当的遗传策略，其次是为所选定的遗传策略对各种参数的值进行协调。这两个阶段均已在六机系统中经过试验，并按照在线及离线两种情况对试验结果进行了比较。全部研究工作清楚地表明，采用先进的遗传算子及优化选择参数值能使系统性能显著增强。

This review describes advances in understanding and forecasting tropical cyclone(TC)subseasonal variability during the past four years.A large effort by the scientiﬁc community has been in understanding the sources of predictability at subseasonal timescales beyond the well-known modulation of TC activity by the Madden-Julian Oscillation(MJO).In particular,the strong modulation of TC activity over the western North Paciﬁc by the Boreal Summer Intra-Seasonal Oscillation(BSISO)has been *** has also been realized in understanding the role of tropical-extratropical interactions in improving subseasonal *** addition,several recent publications have shown that extratropical wave breaking may have a role in the genesis and development of *** of multi-model ensemble data sets such as the Subseasonal to Seasonal(S2S)and Subseasonal Experiment(SubX)have shown that the skill of S2S models in predicting the genesis of TCs varies strongly among models and regions but is often tied to their ability to simulate the MJO and its *** skill in select models has led to an increase over the past four years in the number of forecasting centers issuing subseasonal TC forecasts using various techniques(statistical,statistical-dynamical and dynamical).More extensive veriﬁcation studies have been published over the last four years,but often only for the North Atlantic and eastern North Paciﬁc.

1999年以来,国际糖尿病足工作组(IWGDF)已经多次发表循证医学基础上的糖尿病足预防与管理指南。该指南是有关糖尿病足溃疡合并周围动脉病变(PAD)患者的诊断、预后和管理指南,更新了以前IWGDF指南的内容。高达50%的糖尿病足溃疡患者同时患有PAD,这种病变使得患者截肢和心血管病变的风险明显增加。这类患者的诊断、预后和治疗明显地不同于那些没有PAD的糖尿病患者,但仅有很少的关于这类患者的高质量的研究强调了这点。我们遵循GRADE方法来提出临床问题并以至少包括患者-干预-比较-结局(PICO)形式说明重要结局,进行了系统的医学科学文献评价,写出推荐意见及其合理性。这类推荐是建立在系统文献评价的循证医学基础上的,没有证据时则在权衡利弊和患者选择、便宜性和干预的费用等因素后,采用专家的观点。这里我们发布更新的2019年糖尿病足溃疡合并PAD患者的有关PAD诊断、预后和管理的指南,以及一些需要未来特别关注的研究课题。
