Knowledge graphs(KGs)express relationships between entity pairs,and many real-life problems can be formulated as knowledge graph reasoning(KGR).Conventional approaches to KGR have achieved promising performance but still have some *** the one hand,most KGR methods focus only on one phase of the KG lifecycle,such as KG completion or refinement,while ignoring reasoning over other stages,such as KG *** the other hand,traditional KGR methods,broadly categorized as symbolic and neural,are unable to balance both scalability and *** resolve these two problems,we take a more comprehensive perspective of KGR with regard to the whole KG lifecycle,including KG extraction,completion,and refinement,which correspond to three subtasks:knowledge extraction,relational reasoning,and inconsistency *** addition,we propose the implementation of KGR using a novel neural symbolic framework,with regard to both scalability and *** results demonstrate that our proposed methods outperform traditional neural symbolic models.

Aiming at intelligent decision-making of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)based on situation information in air combat,a novelmaneuvering decision method based on deep reinforcement learning is proposed in this *** autonomous maneuvering model ofUAV is established byMarkovDecision *** Twin DelayedDeep Deterministic Policy Gradient(TD3)algorithm and the Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient(DDPG)algorithm in deep reinforcement learning are used to train the model,and the experimental results of the two algorithms are analyzed and *** simulation experiment results show that compared with the DDPG algorithm,the TD3 algorithm has stronger decision-making performance and faster convergence speed and is more suitable for solving combat *** algorithm proposed in this paper enables UAVs to autonomously make maneuvering decisions based on situation information such as position,speed,and relative azimuth,adjust their actions to approach,and successfully strike the enemy,providing a new method for UAVs to make intelligent maneuvering decisions during air combat.

Mathematical modelling of the progression of active tuberculosis:Insights from fluorography data

Little is known about the dynamics of the early stages of untreated active pulmonary tuberculosis:unknown are both the rates of progression and the model“scheme”.The“parallel”scheme assumes that infectiousness of tuberculosis cases is effectively predefined at the onset of the disease,and the“serial”scheme considers all cases to be noninfectious at the onset,with some of them later becoming *** aim was to estimate the progression of the early stages of pulmonary tuberculosis using data from a present-day *** used the routine notification data from Moscow,Russia,2013e2018 that contained the results and time of the last fluorographic screening preceding the detection of tuberculosis *** provided time limits on the duration of untreated *** of TB progression under both models were *** the goodness of fit to the data,we could prefer neither the“parallel”,nor the“serial”model,although the latter had a bit worse *** the other hand,the observed rise in the fraction of infectious tuberculosis cases with the time since the last screening was explained by the“serial”model in a more plausible way e as gradual progression of some cases to ***“parallel”model explained it through less realistic quick removal of non-infectious cases and accumulation of the infectious *** results demonstrate the potential of using such detection data enriched with reassessments of the previous screenings.

Community Structure in the Amber Forest:Study of the Arthropod Syninclusia in the Rovno Amber(Late Eocene of Ukraine)

Arthropodan syuinclusions in the Late Eocene Rovno amber were examined using x^2 to reveal correlation of the component groups （some taxa of Diptera, ants, aphids, and mites） supposedly indicative of the biocoenotic relationships in the ancient amber forest. Three tightly correlated groups were identified, representing a putative aerial plankton guild （Chironomidae ＋ Ceratopogonidae） and two tree-trunk guilds, one of which （Dolichopodidae ＋ Germaraphis） is possibly connected to more open or/and more hygrophilous habitats than the other （Sciara zone Diptera ＋＂Acarus＂ rhombeus）. The ants were not linked with any of the above components.

In 2010,the world’s tiger(Panthera tigris)range countries agreed to the goal of doubling tiger numbers over 12 years,but whether such an increase is biologically feasible has not been ***-term monitoring of tigers in Sikhote-Alin Biosphere Zapovednik(SABZ),Russia provided an opportunity to determine growth rates of a recovering population.A 41-year growth phase was followed by a rapid decline in tiger *** growth rates during the growth phase averaged 4.6%,beginning near 10%in the earliest years but quickly dropping below 5%.Sex ratio(females per male)mirrored growth rates,declining as population size *** rapid decline from 2009 to 2012 appeared to be tied to multiple factors,including poaching,severe winters and *** indicators of this population are similar to those of Bengal tiger populations,suggesting that growth rates may be *** results suggest that,first,tiger populations likely in general grow slowly:3–5%yearly increases are realistic and larger growth rates are likely only when populations are highly depressed,mortality rates are low and prey populations are high relative to numbers of adult ***,while more research is needed,it should not be assumed that tiger populations with high prey densities will necessarily grow more quickly than populations with low prey ***,while growth is slow,decline can be ***,because declines can happen so quickly,there is a constant need to monitor populations and be ready to respond with appropriate and timely conservation interventions if tiger populations are to remain ***,an average annual growth rate across all tiger populations of 6%,required to reach the Global Tiger Initiative’s goal of doubling tiger numbers in 12 years,is a noble but unlikely scenario.

以NaOH为活化剂,采用两步热化学过程制备出木基活性炭。将所制活性炭用作以硫酸为电解液的超级电容器电极材料。探讨了合成条件对活性炭孔结构和电化学性能。结果表明,在微孔中形成双电层电容,介孔和大孔则实现离子运输。在高的活化温度或高碱炭比下,材料被过度活化,导致高的介孔、大孔孔容,这增加了电解液的吸收,从而降低质量比电容。最佳的活性炭合成条件为,活化温度:600℃,碱炭比:1.25。

This paper focuses on the problem of control law optimization for marine vessels working in a dynamical positioning （DP） regime. The approach proposed here is based on the use of a special unified multipurpose control law structure constructed on the basis of nonlinear asymptotic observers, that allows the decoupling of a synthesis into simpler particular optimization problems. The primary reason for the observers is to restore deficient information concerning the unmeasured velocities of the vessel. Using a number of separate items in addition to the observers, it is possible to achieve desirable dynamical features of the closed loop connection. The most important feature is the so-called dynamical corrector, and this paper is therefore devoted to solving its optimal synthesis in marine vessels controlled by DP systems under the action of sea wave disturbances. The problem involves the need for minimal intensity of the control action determined by high frequency sea wave components. A specialized approach for designing the dynamical corrector is proposed and the applicability and effectiveness of the approach are illustrated using a practical example of underwater DP system synthesis.

Molecular pathogenesis of tumors arising in BRCA1/2 germ-line mutation carriers usually includes somatic inactivation of the remaining allele of the involved ***,BRCA1/2-driven cancers are sensitive to platinum-based therapy and poly(ADP-ribose)polymerase inhibitors(PARPi).Long-term exposure to these drugs may result in the emergence of secondary BRCA1/2 mutations,which restore the open-reading frame of the affected *** platinum/PARPi crossresistance mechanism applies both for BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes and has been repeatedly validated in various laboratory models and multiple clinical *** are some other routes associated with the partial rescue of BRCA1/2 function or the development of BRCA1/2-independent pathways for genomic maintenance;however,their actual clinical relevance remains to be *** addition,studies on the short-term neoadjuvant therapy for ovarian cancer revealed that even chemonaive BRCA1-driven tumors contain a small proportion of BRCA1-proficient *** pre-existing cells with retained BRCA1 heterozygosity rapidly repopulate the tumor mass during platinum exposure,but become outcompeted by BRCA1-deficient cells during therapy *** of the platinum/PARPi resistance pathways has led to the development of novel therapeutic approaches,which aim to improve the management of BRCA1/2-related cancers and are currently undergoing preclinical and clinical evaluation.

Transcutaneous renal artery denervation （RND） has beeninitially developed for destruction of efferent nerve fireswith luminal delivery of radiofrequency or ultrasonic energyaiming blood pressure reduction in patients with refractoryhypertension. However, other positive results of RNDwere described afterwards, and they include suppression ofatrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia （VT） storm.
