Target tracking has a wide range of applications in intelligent transportation,real‐time monitoring,human‐computer interaction and other ***,in the tracking process,the target is prone to deformation,occlusion,loss,scale variation,background clutter,illumination variation,etc.,which bring great challenges to realize accurate and real‐time *** based on Siamese networks promotes the application of deep learning in the field of target tracking,ensuring both accuracy and real‐time ***,due to its offline training,it is difficult to deal with the fast motion,serious occlusion,loss and deformation of the target during ***,it is very helpful to improve the performance of the Siamese networks by learning new features of the target quickly and updating the target position in time *** broad learning system(BLS)has a simple network structure,high learning efficiency,and strong feature learning *** at the problems of Siamese networks and the characteristics of BLS,a target tracking method based on BLS is *** method combines offline training with fast online learning of new features,which not only adopts the powerful feature representation ability of deep learning,but also skillfully uses the BLS for re‐learning and re‐*** broad re‐learning information is used for re‐detection when the target tracking appears serious occlusion and so on,so as to change the selection of the Siamese networks search area,solve the problem that the search range cannot meet the fast motion of the target,and improve the *** results show that the proposed method achieves good results on three challenging datasets and improves the performance of the basic algorithm in difficult scenarios.

Atomic-level qubits in silicon are attractive candidates for large-scale quantum computing;however,their quantum properties and controllability are sensitive to details such as the number of donor atoms comprising a qubit and their precise *** work combines machine learning techniques with million-atom simulations of scanning tunnelling microscopic(STM)images of dopants to formulate a theoretical framework capable of determining the number of dopants at a particular qubit location and their positions with exact lattice site precision.A convolutional neural network(cNN)was trained on 100,000 simulated STM images,acquiring a characterisation fidelity(number and absolute donor positions)of>98% over a set of 17,600 test images including planar and blurring noise commensurate with experimental *** formalism is based on a systematic symmetry analysis and feature-detection processing of the STM images to optimise the computational *** technique is demonstrated for qubits formed by single and pairs of closely spaced donor atoms,with the potential to generalise it for larger donor *** method established here will enable a high-precision post-fabrication characterisation of dopant qubits in silicon,with high-throughput potentially alleviating the requirements on the level of resources required for quantum-based characterisation,which will otherwise be a challenge in the context of large qubit arrays for universal quantum computing.

Three-dimensional simulations of diesel particulate matter （DPM） distribution inside a single straight entry for the Load-Haul-Dump loader （LHD）-truck loading and truck hauling operations were conducted by using ANSYS FLUENT computational fluid dynamics software. The loading operation was performed for a fixed period of 3 min. The dynamic mesh technique in FLUENT was used to study the impact of truck motion on DPM distribution. The resultant DPM distributions are presented for the cases when the truck were driving upstream and downstream of the loading face. Interesting phenomena were revealed in the study including the piston effect, layering of DPM in the roof region, and backflow of diesel exhaust against ventilation. The results from the simulation can be used to determine if the areas inside the face area and straight entry exceed the current U.S. regulatory requirement for DPM concentration （〉160 pg/m3）. This research can guide the selection of DPM reduction strategies and improve the working practices for the underground miners.

It is very significant for us to predict future energy consumption accurately. As for china's energy consumption annual time series, the sample size is relatively small. This paper combines the traditional auto-regressive model with group method of data handling(GMDH) suitable for small sample prediction, and proposes a novel GMDH based auto-regressive(GAR) model. This model can finish the modeling process in self-organized manner, including finding the optimal complexity model, determining the optimal auto-regressive order and estimating model parameters. Further, four different external criteria are proposed and the corresponding four GAR models are constructed. The authors conduct empirical analysis on three energy consumption time series, including the total energy consumption, the total petroleum consumption and the total gas consumption. The results show that AS-GAR model has the best forecasting performance among the four GAR models, and it outperforms ARIMA model, BP neural network model, support vector regression model and GM(1, 1) ***, the authors give the out of sample prediction of china's energy consumption from 2014 to 2020 by AS-GAR model.

The highly efficient method has been developed for the synthesis of NHc·VOcl_(3) containing symmetrical or unsymmetrical Nheterocyclic carbene(NHc) ligands by the transmetallation reaction of NHc·Agcl with VOcl_(3).The total isolated yield of VOcl_(3)[1,3-(2,4,6-Me_(3)c_(6)H_(2))_(2)(NcH=)_(2)c:](V4') reached 86% by transmetallation reaction,which is much higher than that(48%) by direct coordination *** methodology has also been used to synthesize the novel vanadium complexes containing unsymmetrical NHc ligands of VOcl_(3)[PhcH_(2)NcH=cHNR)c:](V5',R=2,4,6-Me_(3)c_(6)H_(2);V6',R=2,4-Me_(2)-6-Ph-c_(6)H_(2);V7',R=2,6-^(i)Pr_(2)-c_(6)H_(3)) with high yield,which could not be obtained by direct coordination *** catalytic activity and copolymerization ability would be improved by introducing unsymmetrical NHc ligands due to their less steric bulky *** vanadium complex V5' containing unsymmetrical NHc ligand exhibits higher catalytic activity(3.7×10^(5)g_(copolymer)·mol^(-1) of V·h^(-1)) than that of V4' containing symmetrical NHc ***,the higher propylene incorporation ratio(45.6 mol%) in the copolymers of ethylene with propylene could be obtained by using V5' than that(39.9%) by using V4'.The results would provide a highly efficient strategy for the synthesis of early transition metal complexes containing versitile NHc ligands,affording the catalyst with both high catalytic activity and copolymerization ability for the synthesis of high performance polyolefin elastomers.

Astrocyte polarization is a new concept which is similar to microglia polarization and in which astrocytes are classified as A1(neurotoxic)and A2(neuroprotective).Several studies on astrocyte polarization have focused mainly on neurodegenerative diseases,trauma,and ***,the role of astrocyte polarization in glaucoma,a neurodegenerative disease,has not been fully *** this review,we first describe the characteristics of astrocyte astrogliosis in glaucoma,including morphological,molecular,proliferative and functional *** then summarize understanding of astrocyte polarization in other diseases,and show that A1 astrocytes are involved in the death of retinal ganglion cells in glaucoma,and that their neurotoxins kill only damaged retinal ganglion *** on this,we propose new interesting conjecture on astrocyte polarization in glaucoma:(1)That the neurotoxin from A1 astrocytes is a product of the complement system(membrane-attacking complex),since this system is known to mediate synaptic elimination and the c3 expression is clearly increased in A1 astrocytes;(2)that reactive scar-forming astrocytes in the optic nerve head may be classified as A2 astrocytes since their ablation leads to a worse prognosis in ***,current therapeutic research progress on astrocyte polarization in other diseases is also *** of astrocyte polarization can be achieved by extracellular microglia-related and intracellular *** A1 or increased A2 astrocytes can rescue the *** example,glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist rescues retinal ganglion cells by reducing A1 astrocytes via the extracellular microglia-related pathway in an ocular hypertension model,suggesting that regulation of astrocyte polarization as a therapeutic target in glaucoma is feasible.

classification is an important machine learning problem, and decision tree construction algorithms are an important class of solutions to this problem. RainForest is a scalable way to implement decision tree construction algorithms. It consists of several algorithms, of which the best one is a hybrid between a traditional recursive implementation and an iterative implementation which uses more memory but involves less write operations. We propose an optimized algorithm inspired by RainForest. By using a more sophisticated switching criterion between the two algorithms, we are able to get a performance gain even when all statistical information fits in memory. Evaluations show that our method can achieve a performance boost of 2.8 times in average than the traditional recursive implementation.
