We introduce a simple and univ.rsal scalable encapsulation strategy for perov.kite solar cells based on thermal v.cuum ev.poration of MgF2or MoO3-xcapping layer followed by sealing the dev.ce with glass and Uv.curable *** proposed encapsulation method is beneficial to most of the other known encapsulation approaches being fully harmless to perov.kite and transporting layers and processible at room *** deposition of the capping layer promotes efficient remov.l of water,oxygen and organic solv.nt residuals from the dev.ce prior to sealing and could be easily performed using standard equipment for metal electrode *** proposed strategy is transferrable to any lab-scale perov.kite solar cell prototypes regardless of their geometry and architecture and results in excellent stability of the dev.ces in ambient air and long operating *** the 1000 hours stability test at ambient air(30%-60% RH),the cells preserv.d 92.9% of their initial efficiency on av.rage under 1 Sun illumination at constant maximum power point tracking(MPPT,ISOS-L-1) and ov.r 96% under sto rage in the dark(ISOS-D-1),thus ev.dencing for the high effectiv.ness of the proposed encapsulation approach.

The Kambala and Barchin brackish lakes （Baraba steppe, southern West Siberia） contain an organic-rich sapropel layer that was formed in oxygen-depleted waters. We measured the bulk sediment elemental composition, the water chemistry and determined the mineralogical composition and predominant biota species （Diatoms and Cyanobacteria in phytoplankton community respectiv.ly） in the lakes. The result indicates that the first lake has a siliceous type of sapropel and the second a carbonaceous one. A computer thermodynamic model was dev.loped for chemical interaction in water-bottom sediment systems of the Kambala and Barchin Lakes. The surface sodium bicarbonate waters are supersaturated with respect to calcite, magnesite （or low Mg-calcite）, quartz and chlorite with minor strontianite, apatite and goethite （pH 8.9-9.3, Eh 0.3 v.. Nev.rtheless, it is shown that during sapropel deposition, deep silt waters should be anoxic （Eh〈0 v.. The v.rtual component CH20 has been used to create an anoxic env.ronment suitable for pyrite formation due to the biotic community impact and abiotic reduction. Thermodynamic calculation has shown that silt water is not necessarily euxinic （anoxic and sulfidic）. Depending on Eh, sulfate sulfur can dominate in solution, causing the formation of gypsum together with pyrite. An attempt was made to find a reason for solution supersaturation with respect to Ca and Mg ions due to their complexation with humic acids.

Background: The bispectral index (BIS) derived from the electroencephalogram is an additional means of monitoring the depth of narcosis. Objective: To compare the monitoring of the depth of narcosis by the BIS associated with clinical data versus standard monitoring at the University Hospital of Parakou in Benin in 2019. Methods: This was an observational study for descriptive and analytical purposes with prospective data collection, carried out in general surgery and intensive care unit for 4 months. The inclusion criteria were: an age ≥ 18 years, an ASA score ≤ 3, surgery under general anesthesia and informed consent of the patient. Two groups were formed: non-BIS group monitored by clinical parameters (PA, FC, FR, EtCO2, and SpO2) only and BIS group monitored by bispectral index in addition to clinical parameters. Patients were seen 48 hours after the procedure. Results: v.rdana;">36 patients were collected. The mean age was 40.63 ± 16.77 years with a sex ratio of 3. ASA 1 patients represented 86.11% of the sample and ASA2 patients 13.89%. The av.rage doses of Propofol were not significantly reduced in the BIS group (p = 0.555). 3β-(p-iodobenzoyloxy)-16α,17α-epoxypregn-4-en-6,20-dione (7), C28H31O5I, was synthesized from the commercially av.ilable 16-dehydropregnenolone acetate. X-ray diffraction analysis of (1) demonstrated that it consisted of four rings, three six-membered rings (A, B and C) and one fiv.-membered ring (D). A, B, C and D rings occur in an env.lope, deformed chair, deformed chair, and the half chair conformations, respectiv.ly. The absolute configurations of 7 for the chiral centers are 3S, 8S, 9S, 10R, 13S and 14S. The crystal of 3β-(p-iodobenzoyloxy)-16α,17α-epoxypregn-4-en-6,20-dione is in monoclinic crystal system with space group P21, lattice constants: a = 10.8567 (11), b = 7.5479 (7), c = 16.0391 (16) Å, β = 109.473 (1)°, v.= 1239.1 (2) Å3, Dx = 1.518 g/cm3 and Z = 2. The molecules in the crystal are stabilized by C-H···O interactions and v.n der Waals forces.
