The revolutionary role of tissue adhesives in wound closure,tissue sealing,and bleeding control necessitates the development of multifunctional materials capable of effective and scarless *** contrast to the use of traditionally utilized toxic oxidative crosslinking initiators(exemplified by sodium periodate and silver nitrate),herein,the natural polyphenolic compound tannic acid(TA)was used to achieve near instantaneous(ling and possessed low swelling ratios(lity,favorable cytocompatibility and cell migration,as well as photothermal antimicrobial activity against both Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli(>90%bacterial death upon near-infrared(NIR)irradiation).In vivo evaluation in both an infected full-thickness skin wound model and a rat skin incision model demonstrated that 3A-TCMBAs+NIR treatment could promote wound closure and collagen deposition and improve the collagen Ⅰ/Ⅲ ratio on wound sites while simultaneously inhibiting the expression of pro-inflammatory ***,phased angiogenesis was observed via promotion in the early wound closure phases followed by inhibition and triggering of degradation&remodeling of the extracellular matrix(ECM)in the late stage(supported by phased CD31(platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1)PDGF(platelet-derived growth factor)and VEGF(vascular endothelial growth factor)expression as well as elevated matrix metalloprotein-9(MMP-9)expression on day 21),resulting in scarless wound *** significant convergence of material and bioactive properties elucidated above warrant further exploration of 3A-TCMBAs as a signific

Outdoor fresh air ventilation plays a significant role in reducing airborne transmission of diseases in indoor *** classrooms are considerably challenged during the COVID-19 pandemic because of the increasing need for in-person education,untimely and incompleted vaccinations,high occupancy density,and uncertain ventilation *** schools started to use CO_(2)meters to indicate air quality,but how to interpret the data remains *** uncertainties are also involved,including manual readings,student numbers and schedules,uncertain CO_(2)generation rates,and variable indoor and ambient *** study proposed a Bayesian inference approach with sensitivity analysis to understand CO_(2)readings in four primary schools by identifying uncertainties and calibrating key *** outdoor ventilation rate,CO_(2)generation rate,and occupancy level were identified as the top sensitive parameters for indoor CO_(2)*** occupancy schedule becomes critical when the CO_(2)data are limited,whereas a 15-min measurement interval could capture dynamic CO_(2)profiles well even without the occupancy *** CO_(2)recording should be avoided because it failed to capture peak values and overestimated the ventilation *** the four primary school rooms,the calibrated ventilation rate with a 95%confidence level for fall condition is 1.96±0.31 ACH for Room#1(165 m^(3)and 20 occupancies)with mechanical ventilation,and for the rest of the naturally ventilated rooms,it is 0.40±0.08 ACH for Room#2(236 m^(3)and 21 occupancies),0.30±0.04 or 0.79±0.06 ACH depending on occupancy schedules for Room#3(236 m^(3)and 19 occupancies),0.40±0.32,0.48±0.37,0.72±0.39 ACH for Room#4(231 m^(3)and 8–9 occupancies)for three consecutive days.

Heart regeneration occurs by dedifferentiation and proliferation of pre-existing cardiomyocytes(CMs).However,the signaling mechanisms by which injury induces CM renewal remain incompletely ***,we find that cardiac injury in zebrafish induces expression of the secreted Wnt inhibitors,including Dickkopf 1(Dkkl),Dkk3,secreted Frizzled-related protein 1(sFrpl),and sFrp2,in cardiac tissue adjacent to injury *** blocking of Wnt activity via Dkkl overexpression enhances CM proliferation and heart regeneration,whereas ectopic activation of Wnt8 signaling blunts injury-induced CM dedifferentiation and *** Wnt signaling is dampened upon injury,the cytoplasmic β-catenin is unexpectedly increased at disarrayed CM sarcomeres in myocardial wound *** analyses indicated that p21-activated kinase 2(Pak2)is induced at regenerating CMs,where it phosphorylates cytoplasmic β-catenin at Ser 675 and increases its stability at disassembled ***-specific induction of the phospho-mimeticβ-catenin(S675E)enhances CM dedifferentiation and sarcomere disassembly in response to ***,inactivation of Pak2 kinase activity reduces the Ser 675-phosphorylatedβ-catenin(pS675-β-catenin)and attenuates CM sarcomere disorganization and dedifferentiation・Taken together,these findings demonstrate that coordination of Wnt signaling inhibition and Pak2/pS675-βYatenin signaling enhances zebrafish heart regeneration by supporting CM dedifferentiation and proliferation.

本文利用数值模拟的方法研究了高压氢气泄漏所产生的欠膨胀氢气射流的激波结构。采用二维轴对称几何模型,分别模拟了不同压力比下,出口直径为1 mm的氢气射流。模拟得到了不同压力比下激波结构的形态和特征尺寸,包括马赫盘的位置、直径和边界层的厚度等。通过计算结果与实验测量的比较表明,当泄漏源压力小于3 MPa时,数值模拟不能够得到实验中观测到的典型激波结构;而当泄漏源压力达到3 MPa及以上时,数值模拟就可以成功地计算欠膨胀射流的激波结构.此外,模拟还得到了沿射流中心线的气流马赫数、压力和温度等一系列气流参数。

A new radical-mediated method for the synthesis of 1-(2-(1,2-diarylvinyl)phenyl)ethan-1-ones by the redox hydroarylation of o-(hydroxyalkyl)arylalkynes with arylsulfonyl chlorides is described. This visible light catalysis method proceeds via a sequence of the radical addition of aryl group across the C?C triple bond, protonation and redox reaction, and represents a new redox transformation reaction directed by a neighboring hydroxyl group.

A new cyclic thiopeptide,berninamycin F(3),three new linear thiopeptides,berninamycins G—I(4-6),and two known berninamycin derivatives,berninamycins C and D(1 and 2)were isolated from Streptomyces *** *** structures were elucidated through HRESIMS and one-and two-dimensional NMR data,and the absolute configurations were assigned using Marfey's *** 4-6 are the first examples of linear berninamycin ***,compound 4 is the first example of linear thiopeptide with a 1-(oxazol-2-yl)ethan-1-one group,compound 6 is the first linear thiopeptide derivative with methylated oxoacetate *** 1-6 exhibited excellent anti-Zika virus activities with IC_(50) values in the range of 4.4-10.5μmol/L,which were superior to that of the positive control ribavirin(IC_(50)=49.2μmol/L).Compounds 1 and 3 showed strong anti-influenza A virus activities with the IC_(50) values of 15.6 and 3.2μmol/L,*** 1 exhibited good antibacterial activities against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus ***.

在硫磺素上分别引入给电子基氧、硫和甲氧基,合成出2-[4-(苯并噻唑-2-基)苯氧基]乙-1-醇(BT-OH)、2-{[4-(苯并噻唑-2-基)苯基]硫代}乙-1-醇(BT-SH)和2-[4-(苯并噻唑-2-基)-2-甲氧基苯氧基]乙-1-醇(BT-M-OH)3种硫磺素衍生物.利用硫磺素衍生物作为引发剂引发D,L-丙交酯聚合,得到3种硫磺素型聚乳酸,再加入苯磺酸,构建出可在室温下产生磷光的硫磺素型聚乳酸/苯磺酸体系,实现了从荧光到磷光的可调分子发射,其中磷光寿命最长达108.19 ms.研究发现,引入苯磺酸会使硫磺素型聚乳酸产生分子内电荷转移态,质子化效应导致绿色和橘色的磷光发射.

A novel collector 1-(2-hydroxyphenyl)hex-2-en-1-one oxime(HPHO)was synthesized from 2-hydroxy acetophenone and *** flotation performance and adsorption mechanism to malachite were investigated by flotation test,zeta potential,Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)analysis *** with benzohydroxamic acid(BA),1-(2-hydroxyphenyl)ethan-1-one oxime(HPEO)and sodium isobutyl xanthate(SIBX),HPHO exhibited excellent collecting power to malachite without additional reagents,such as Na2S regulator and methyl isobutyl carbinol(MIBC)*** of zeta potential indicated that HPHO was coated on malachite surfaces through a chemisorption *** and XPS data gave clear evidence for the formation of Cu−oxime complex on malachite surfaces after HPHO adsorption through the linkage between C=C,—OH,N—OH group and Cu species.
