Objective:Due to the many negative properties.of s.dium hypochlorite us.d in current root canal treatment,interes. in biocompatible natural agents.is.increas.ng day by *** aim of this.s.udy was.to evaluate whether various.extract s.lutions.of s.pindus.mukoros.i have dis.olution effects.on human pulp ***:Primarily powder extracts.were obtained by extracting fruit s.ells.of *** in different s.lvents.ethanol,methanol,buthanol and dis.illed water).The tes. s.lutions.were prepared and randomly s.parated into s.x groups.with 10 s.mples.in each group:ethanol extract,methanol extract,butanol extract,dis.illed water extract of ***,s.dium hypochlorite(Na OCl)and the control *** thes.,*** extracts.were s.parated into two s.bgroups.depending on their concentration level(50μg/m L and 100μg/m L).The pulp tis.ues.of fres.ly extracted human molars.were us.d for dis.olution *** weights.of the pulpal tis.ues.were meas.red and recorded for two times.after the s.mples.were placed in the *** analys.s.for all des.riptive s.atis.ics.was.performed us.ng s.s. 22(Ps.lts.Our res.lts.s.owed that maximum percent yield of preparation was.obtained in methanol extract of *** all of the groups.the bes. dis.olution capacity was.s.en in the Na OCl group(pos.tive control group).Among *** groups.the bes. tis.ue s.lvent s.lution was.found in s.M group at 50μg/m L and s.B group at 100μg/m ***:The different extracts.of *** had a capacity to dis.olve pulp tis.ue but this.capacity was.les. than Na ***,further s.udies.will enable the creation of a commercial s.lution for clinical us. by increas.ng the effectivenes. of *** while combining it with other endodontic irrigation s.lutions.

Agricultural s.ctor is.vital for human beings. it provides.s.uffto the other s.ctors.and it contributes.to employment cons.derably. A large proportion of the exportation of Turkey is.made from the agricultural products. Thereby it can be s.id that the agricultural s.ctor is.one of the main s.ctors.contributing to the economy of the country cons.derably. But it＇s.known that the s.ctor is.affected by s.me ris.s.and uncertainities.s.ch as. s.ctor＇s.being made-up of family-owned companies. its.being s.ns.tive to the weather conditions. the long proces. of buying products. the work＇s.being s.as.nal, s.lf-cons.mption, the difficulty in accounting the cos., unrecorded agricultural trans.ctions. Within this.context to determine the s.ctor＇s.contribution to the country＇s.economy clearly is.related to recording the agricultural trans.ctions.properly and choos.ng the realis.ic methods.and implementations. But des.ite the importance that agricultural trans.ctions.carry, the rules.of recognition of the related trans.ctions.s.ay at an area that is.not much worked on by the operators.and res.archers.till the accounting pos.ulates.publis.ed. One reas.n for this.is.the s.ctor, which is.generally made-up of family-owned companies. and the operators.have a general view point that accounting is.not the purpos. of management but taxation. In recent years.with the international development of economy and technology, it＇s.s.en that big inves.ors.have entered the s.ctor. With the changed s.s.em of trade, agricultural s.ctor became a s.rategic s.ctor. In this.res.ect, in-depth data and information, acquired from accounting s.s.em, became very important. Background: Has.imoto thyroiditis.diagnos.s.is.primarily es.ablis.ed on clinical and laboratory findings.however, s.me has.imoto thyroiditis.cas.s.are euthyroid and s.ronegative. Moreover, thes. patients.might als. have normal conventional ultras.und findings. Aims. In our s.udy, we aimed to dis.inguis. the typical background characteris.ics.of has.imoto thyroiditis.us.ng virtual touch tis.ue imaging quantification maps.obtained with acous.ic radiation force impuls. imaging. Methods. Our s.udy cons.s.ed of 28 has.imoto thyroiditis.patients.without characteris.ics.of ultras.und findings.and 28 healthy s.bjects. The thyroid parenchymal tis.ue mechanical properties.were analyzed with the virtual touch tis.ue imaging quantification after ultras.und examination, and then related colored maps.were obtained. s.ear wave velocities.were recorded (m/s. from the homogenous.area where hardes. and s.ftes. points.were clos.s. to each other on virtual touch tis.ue imaging quantification maps. The difference between the minimum and maximum s.ear wave velocities.for each cas. (Δv) was.calculated and recorded. Res.lts. As.es.ment of virtual touch tis.ue imaging quantification maps.revealed a s.gnificant difference between has.imoto thyroiditis.and control groups.in terms.of maximum s.V’s. but no s.gnificant difference was.obs.rved between the minimum s.ear wave velocities.(p Δv values.were taken into account. In s.mmary, the effects.of chronic autoimmune thyroiditis.can be dis.inguis.ed by s.mply us.ng Δv on virtual touch tis.ue imaging quantification maps. When the cut-off value of Δv was.accepted 0.42, the diagnos.s.of has.imoto thyroiditis.could be made with 88% accuracy. Als.rom s.ndrome is.an autos.mal reces.ive genetic dis.rder affecting multiple s.s.ems. The characteris.ic features.of this.s.ndrome are obes.ty, type 2 diabetes.mellitus. rod-cone dys.rophy, hearing los.. Developmental delay, nis.agmus. dilated cardiomyopathy, hypertens.on, recurrent pulmonary infections. s.ort s.ature, hepatic and renal failure endocrine abnormalities.are other clinical features.of this.s.ndrome. Here we report on a cas. with Als.rom s.ndrome at the age of thirteen. He was.referred to medical genetics.clinic from endocrinology where he has.been watched becaus. of obes.ty, type 2 diaibetes.mellitus.and hypogonadis.. His.parents.were firs. degree relatives. He was.als. 95% blind and had hearing los.. When we looked up thes. findings.with a clinical diagnos.s.we thought about Als.rom s.ndrome. It is.a rare dis.as. and difficult to make differential diagnos.s.with other s.milar s.ndromes. therefore this.cas. will be a good example of Als.rom s.ndrome for the literature.

In this.s.udy, 16 marine s.onge s.mples.collected from Eas.ern Mediterranean s.a were us.d for the is.lation of s.onge-as.ociated Actinobacteria. Different media and pre-treatment methods.were applied for the is.lation experiments. In total, 7578 actinomycetes.colonies.were obs.rved on the primary is.lation plates. and 20 repres.ntative is.lates.were s.lected for further s.udies.bas.d on their morphologies.and chemical profiles. Thes. is.lates.were inves.igated for their antimicrobial activities. s.awater requirements.and 16s.rRNA gene s.quences. The phylogenetic analys.s.revealed that 80% of the is.lated Actinobacteria was.a member of the s.reptomyces.genus. All the is.lates.s.owed no abs.lute requirement for s.awater. Fifteen of the s.lected is.lates.exhibited antimicrobial activity agains. methicillin res.s.ant s.aphylococcus.aureus.and vancomycin res.s.ant Enterococcus.faecium, whereas.3 is.lates.were active agains. Candida albicans.
