Discriminating between different sources of natural and anthropogenic pollution is a topic of scientific interest, but also important for sociopolitical and economic *** contribute to potential application of magnetic measurements for evaluating industrial pollution in urban environment from multi-anthropogenic sources,characteristics of street dust from a typical fast developing industrial city(Loudi,Hunan province, China) were studied by magnetic and non-magnetic(microscopic,chemical and statistical) *** magnetic spherules and iron from a Fe-smelting plant and traffic-related angular-shaped particles were *** metals originate from different anthropogenic activities;Fe,Co,and Mo from the Fe-smelting plant;Cu and Ni from vehicle traffic;Pb,Zn and Cd from both above anthropogenic sources;Cr,Ni and Be from other anthropogenic *** degree of heavy metal pollution in street dust is controlled by locations of anthropogenic activities and main wind *** correlation of the Tomlinson pollution load index of anthropogenic heavy metals with mass-specific magnetic susceptibility (χ) values is only moderate,our study demonstrates that magnetic proxies provide a rapid means for detecting and outlining regions with possible higher heavy metal contamination caused by multianthropogenic pollution sources in urban cities.

During the past five decades, the TRIGA reactor Vienna has reached a top place in utilization among low power research reactors. This paper discussed the highlights of the major neutron physics experiments in the field of neutron interferometry and ultra-small angle neutron scattering as well as in the field of radiochemistry, education and training and research in the field of nuclear safeguards and nuclear security. Potential further directions of research are outlined where the Atominstitut of Vienna might concentrate in future.

Saturation is a condition in which the magnets are fully transformer cores and generate maximum magnetic flux. Some parts affect the resilience and create distortions that can harm the heart. Core saturation can also increase the temperature and magnetization current transformer. In this study, we proposed a measurement method to obtain the necessary parameters to calculate a reliable indicator of the state of the transformer core saturation. The main effects of nonlinear flow in the transformer core are saturation, eddy current and hysteresis. In saturation, the core transformer is as a source of generating harmonic currents, some of which will flow directly to the primary and secondary windings. The method is based on the magnetization current, the phenomenon of harmonics and power factor is evaluated by measuring the no-load current at three-phase transformer, with a high magnetic flux density imposed. Measurements were taken at each phase of the transformer core. The transformer is connected to a variable voltage variable frequency (VVVF) as a voltage source and the investigation carried out at various flux densities. The results showed that the magnetization current and harmonic phenomena increased significantly when the high magnetic flux density and vice versa injected with power factor declined sharply. This phenomenon can be used as an indication of saturation of the 3-phase transformer core.

由于中药化学对照品多数来源于动植物药材,很容易混有结构类似物,故有机杂质测定是可能影响其化学对照品赋值准确性的关键风险因素。中药化学对照品的有机杂质测定通常采用药典收载或文献报道的高效液相色谱法,这些方法通常仅规定"以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂",无适宜色谱柱的品牌信息,或者实验室无文献所用的色谱柱品牌,而目前市场上已有800多种品牌的C18柱,生产工艺的不同导致不同品牌C18柱的选择性有差异,甚至差异显著。这很容易出现由于色谱柱选择不适宜而导致测定结果不准确的风险。该文采用国外色谱柱分类数据库指导对照品纯度考察时色谱柱的理性选择,尽可能减少色谱柱盲选可能导致的纯度结果不准确的风险。首先,用数据库挑选2根选择性差异显著的色谱柱(选择性因子F≥6)进行平行实验,以尽可能反映采用不同品牌色谱柱可能出现的分离效果差异。如果这2根色谱柱的分离效果及纯度测定结果无显著性差异,则可以交叉验证该对照品纯度测定的准确性。否则需要从数据库中选择另外1根与之前试验中分离效果更好、选择性相似的色谱柱进行纯度结果验证。在N-反式-p-对香豆酰基酪胺和表儿茶素没食子酸酯首批对照品的纯度考察中,使用了上述策略并验证了其有效性和科学性,计划推广应用至更多的中药化学对照品,特别当其可能含碱性或弱酸性化合物时,更应该尝试采用本文推荐的色谱柱选择策略交叉验证其纯度测定结果的准确性。

目的　探讨乙型肝炎病毒 (HBV)基本核心启动子 (BCP)及前C区突变与基因型之间的关系。方法　随机选取 113例慢性HBV感染者外周血 ,采用INNO LiPA法测定BCPT176 2 A176 4双突变及前C区A1896突变 ,测定HBVS基因序列明确基因型。结果　在C基因型感染者中BCPT176 2 A176 4双突变率明显高于B基因型感染者 ,差异有显著性 (34.2 %∶10 % ,χ2 =6 .74 ,P 0 .0 5 )。结论　与B基因型相比 ,C基因型感染者更易发生BCPT176 2 A176 4双突变。
