目的评估左旋多巴对早期PD患者心率变异性的影响.方法 48例2012年1月至2014年5月就诊于环湖医院口服稳定剂量左旋多巴的PD患者接受观察[男∶女比例35∶ 13;平均年龄（59±6）岁;病程（4.7±1.8）年;Hoehn＆Yahr分期评分（2.2±0.3）分].PD患者组基线数据（停药12 h）先与由48名年龄和性别相近的健康受试者组成的健康对照组[男女比例35∶13,平均年龄（58 ±6）岁]比较,以证实PD患者确实存在自主神经机能障碍.PD患者组服药（两片100/10 mg标准左旋多巴/甲基多巴肼）前、后进行标准肢体Ⅱ导联心电图记录,从而得到心率变异性的时域和频域参数.比较PD患者组基线数据和服药后各时间点心率变异性参数.结果 PD患者组与健康对照组相比R-R间期标准差（sDRR）[（24±4）ms比（26 ±4）ms,P＜0.01]和总功率（TP）[（569±180） ms2比（652 ±205） ms2,P＜0.05]显著降低.PD患者组服药30～45 min后与自身基线数据相比sDRR[（29±12）ms比（24±8） ms,P ＜0.05]、TP[（708±253） ms2比（569±180） ms2,P ＜0.01]、低频功率（LF）[（203 ±98） ms2比（168 ±60） ms2,P ＜0.05]、高频功率（HF）[（158 ±86） ms2比（114 ±90） ms2,P＜0.05]均明显增大.结论左旋多巴增加迷走神经张力从而改善PD患者心率的变异性.

strong>Introduction:strong> Many overseas volunteers have worked in low and middle-income countries. However traveling abroad and staying in an unfamiliar environment with inadequate medical infrastructure exposes volunteers to a wide range of health risks. The aim of this study was to clarify the relationships among disease knowledge and symptoms, disease risk perception, and self-management skills. strong>Methods:strong> This was a questionnaire survey of 189 Japanese who were preparing to volunteer abroad. A factor analysis was conducted on 13 items (six general risk events and seven major diseases) of risk perception. Correlation analysis was performed between the identified risk perception factors and disease knowledge and symptoms. Risk perception scores by factors from the seven disease items were compared between the self-management score (sMs) group and disease knowledge and risk of symptoms group, using T-tests. st. Luke’s International University Ethics Committee (19-A092) approved this study. strong>Results:strong> Many participants expected to suffer from digestive diseases (69.3%) and dermatitis (55%) in the field. On the other hand, few expected high risk of malaria (26.5%) or dengue fever (36%). Factor analysis yielded robust factor loadings creating a “Dread” and an “Unknown” factor accounting for 62.2% of total variance. strong correlation was not found between sMs and disease risk perception. A weak negative correlation was observed in dengue fever, digestive disorders, and dermatitis (r = −0.20 to −0.25, p sMs score was associated with a lower “Unknown” factor score for malaria, diarrhea, dermatitis, and dental disorders. In addition, higher disease knowledge was significantly associated with higher “Dread” factor score for dental disorders. strong>Conclusions: strong>self-management skills and disease

PLLA-modified cellulose nanocrystals (CNC) were produced from commercial CNC by tin-catalyzed polymerization of lactide in presence of CNC. FTIR spectroscopy demonstrated that the result of the reaction produced the grafting of PLLA chains onto CNC surface (CNC-g-PLLA). Films of poly(lactic acid) (PLA) and PLA/CNC nanocomposites (with non-modified CNC and CNC-g-PLLA) containing 0.5% and 5% (w/w) of the nanofillers were prepared by casting in chloroform solution and the crystallization behavior and thermal properties investigated. All nano-composites had similar thermal stability when analyzed by TGA analyses under an inert nitrogen atmosphere. Addition of both types of CNC influenced crystallization, the higher crystallization rate being observed for 5% (w/w) CNC. Nanocomposites with 5% (w/w) CNC-g-PLLA had the strain resistance of PLA improved in the rubbery state. PLLA-modification of CNC surface increased the crystallization of PLA in PLA/CNC nanocomposites and improved the rigidity at temperatures above the glass transition, properties which are desirable for hot drinking application.

Back pain is a common condition with a high social impact and represents a global health *** disc disease(IVDD)is one of the major causes of back pain;no therapeutics are currently available to reverse this *** impact of bone mineral density(BMD)on IVDD has been controversial,with some studies suggesting osteoporosis as causative for IVDD and others suggesting it as protective for *** studies to evaluate the influence of genetic components of BMD in IVDD could highlight opportunities for drug development and *** taking a holistic 3D approach,we established an aging zebrafish model for spontaneous *** BMD in aging,detected by automated computational analysis,is caused by bone deformities at the ***,aged zebrafish spines showed changes in bone morphology,microstructure,mineral heterogeneity,and increased fragility that resembled *** of the discs recapitulated IVDD symptoms found in humans:the intervertebral ligament(equivalent to the annulus fibrosus)showed disorganized collagen fibers and herniation,while the disc center(nucleus pulposus equivalent)showed dehydration and cellular *** manipulated BMD in young zebrafish by mutating sp7 and cathepsin K,leading to low and high BMD,***,we detected IVDD in both groups,demonstrating that low BMD does not protect against IVDD,and we found a strong correlation between high BMD and *** learning was applied to high-resolution synchrotron\iCJ image data to analyze osteocyte 3D lacunar distribution and morphology,revealing a role of sp7 in controlling the osteocyte lacunar 3D *** findings suggest potential avenues through which bone quality can be targeted to identify beneficial therapeutics for IVDD.

Background: In patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD), real-time quaking-induced conversion (RT-QuIC) detection of pathological α-synuclein (α-syn) in olfactory mucosa (OM) is not as accurate as in other α-synucleinopathies. It is unknown whether these variable results might be related to a different distribution of pathological α-syn in OM. Thus, we investigated whether nasal swab (Ns) performed in areas with a different coverage by olfactory neuroepithelium, such as agger nasi (AN) and middle turbinate (MT), might affect the detection of pathological α-syn. Methods: Ns was performed in 66 patients with PD and 29 non-PD between september 2018 and April 2021. In 43 patients, cerebrospinal fluid (CsF) was also obtained and all samples were analyzed by RT-QuIC for α-syn. Results: In the first round, 72 OM samples were collected by Ns, from AN (NsAN) or from MT (NsMT), and 35 resulted positive for α-syn RT-QuIC, including 27/32 (84%) from AN, 5/11 (45%) from MT, and 3/29 (10%) belonging to the non-PD patients. Furthermore, 23 additional PD patients underwent Ns at both AN and MT, and RT-QuIC revealed α-syn positive in 18/23 (78%) NsAN samples and in 10/23 (44%) NsMT samples. Immunocytochemistry of Ns prepara-tions showed a higher representation of olfactory neural cells in NsAN compared to NsMT. We also observed α-syn and phospho-α-syn deposits in Ns from PD patients but not in controls. Finally, RT-QuIC was positive in 22/24 CsF samples from PD patients (92%) and in 1/19 non-PD. Conclusion: In PD patients, RT-QuIC sensitivity is significantly increased (from 45% to 84%) when Ns is performed at AN, indicating that α-syn aggregates are preferentially detected in olfactory areas with higher concentration of olfactory neurons. Although RT-QuIC analysis of CsF showed a higher diagnostic accuracy compared to Ns, due to the non-invasiveness, Ns might be considered as an ancillary procedure for PD diagnosis.

作为史前学和人类学的一个分支,史前石器技术研究从20世纪40年代开始在法国奠基,迄今形成以操作链为基础的比较完善的理论体系和研究方法。纵观60多年来法国代表性学者的理论与实践,以操作链概念为基础,到用剥坯和修型概念对前者加以完善,再到"操作型板"概念与技术-功能研究方法,法国旧石器技术研究经历了从初创、发展到深入三个研究阶段。结合中国旧石器时代考古学研究的历史与现状,本文对如何运用旧石器技术研究理论和方法也给予了简要探讨。
