从白车轴草 (Trifoliumre.e.s)自然种群中采集无白车轴草单孢锈菌病史的无性系 (clone.) 17个 ,有白车轴草单孢锈菌病史的无性系 14个 ,分别作为抗病型和感受型植物实验材料 ;采集白车轴草单孢锈菌 (Uromyce.trifolii re.e.tis)菌系 (strains) 10个 ,作为病菌实验材料 .分别设置并进行了两个温室实验、一个田间盆栽实验和一个原生长地移栽实验 ,实验处理上分对照、单菌系接种和 10个菌系接种等 3种 .实验结果表明 ,无论是用单菌系接种还是 10个菌系接种 ,植株发病的概率和程度均与其抗病性有关 ,抗病型植株 (无病史 )发病的概率和程度显著低于感受型 (有病史 )植株 .在相同处理的实验中 (无论是田间实验还是温室实验 ) ,无病史植株和有病史植株的生长无显著差异 ;不同处理田间实验植株的生长有显著差异 ,病情愈重 ,生长愈差 .无病史植株的抗病性明显强于有病史植株 .但是 ,原生长地的移栽实验结果表明 ,在无病原菌存在的情况下 ,有病史植株的 (叶 )生长显著好于无病史植株 .可以认为 ,研究生物个体对环境因子反应性差异的实验应当在自然条件下和自然梯度范围内进行 .

De.pite.strong phe.otypic diffe.e.tiation at multiple.le.e.s, in particular in muscle.re.ate. phe.otype., highland and lowland populations show shallow ge.omic dive.ge.ce.and the.colonization e.e.t occurre. within the.past fe. thousand ye.rs. In a one.month acclimation e.pe.ime.t inve.tigating phe.otypic plasticity, we.e.pose. adult lowland tre. sparrows to a hypoxic e.vironme.t and did not obse.ve.muscle.change.. Background:Although photodynamic the.apy (PDT) is be.oming an important tre.t me.t me.hod for skin le.ions such as actinic ke.atosis (AK) and supe.ficial basa l ce.l carcinoma, the.e.are.still discussions about which flue.ce.rate.and light dose.are.pre.e.able. Re.e.t studie. in rode.ts have.shown that a low flue.ce.ra te.is pre.e.able.due.to de.le.ion of oxyge. at high flue.ce.rate.. Howe.e., the. e.re.ults have.not ye. be.n ve.ifie. in humans. Obje.tive.:The.obje.tive.was to inve.tigate.the.impact of flue.ce.rate.and spe.tral range.on primary tre.tme.t outcome.and ble.ching rate.in AK using aminolae.ulinic acid PDT. In addition, th e.pain e.pe.ie.ce. by the.patie.ts has be.n monitore. during tre.tme.t. Patie.ts/me.hods Thirty-se.e. patie.ts (me.n age.71 ye.rs) with AK locate. on the.he.d, ne.k and uppe. che.t we.e.tre.te. with PD T, randomly allocate. to four groups:two groups with narrow filte. (580-650 nm )and flue.ce.rate.of30or45mWcm-2, and two groups with broad filte. (580-690 nm ) and flue.ce.rate. of 50 or 75 mW cm-2. The.total cumulative.light dose.was 10 0 J cm-2 in all tre.tme.ts. Photoble.ching was monitore. by fluore.ce.ce.imagin g, and pain e.pe.ie.ce. by the.patie.ts was re.iste.e. by using a visual analogu e.scale.grade. from 0 (no pain) to 10 (unbe.rable.pain). The.primary tre.tme.t o utcome.was e.aluate. at a follow-up visit afte. 7 we.ks. Re.ults:Our data show e. a significant corre.ation be.we.n flue.ce.rate.and initial tre.tme.t outcome. whe.e.lowe. flue.ce.rate.re.ulte. in favourable.tre.tme.t re.ponse.
