Reactive oxygen species are essential in photocatalytic water *** this paper,Gd doped carbon nitride(CN)photocatalysts were prepared by simple thermal polymerization for the photocatalytic degradation of tetracycline under visible light *** photodegradation rate of *** is as high as 95%in 18 min,and the photocatalytic performance is much higher than that of *** improvement of photocatalytic performance is mainly attributed to the fact that Gd ion implantation directly provides active sites for oxygen activation and induces the formation of N *** results of characterizations show that the introduction of Gd in CN can improve the conversion ability of activated oxygen,carrier separation and energy band structure ***,1.0GdCN photocatalyst can be employed for efficient photocatalytic synthesis of ***,three ways of photocatalytic degradation of tetracycline were revealed by high performance liquid chromatographymass *** work provides insights into the doping strategy of CN to improve the production of reactive oxygen species for environmental remediation.

The non-ionizing and penetrative characteristics of terahertz(THz)radiation have recently led to its adoption across a variety of *** effectively utilize THz radiation,modulators with precise control are *** most recent THz modulators manipulate the amplitude,frequency,or phase of incident THz radiation,considerably less progress has been made toward THz polarization *** methods for polarization control suffer from high driving voltages,restricted modulation depth,and narrow band capabilities,which hinder device performance and broader ***,an ideal THz modulator that offers high modulation depth along with ease of processing and operation is *** this paper,we propose and realize a THz metamaterial comprised of microelectromechanical systems(MEMS)actuated by the phase-transition material vanadium dioxide(VO_(2)).Simulation and experimental results of the three-dimensional metamaterials show that by leveraging the unique phase-transition attributes of VO_(2),our THz polarization modulator offers notable advancements over existing designs,including broad operation spectrum,high modulation depth,ease of fabrication,ease of operation condition,and continuous modulation *** enhanced features make the system a viable candidate for a range of THz applications,including telecommunications,imaging,and radar systems.

Aim:We report an exploratory analysis of cfRNA as a biomarker to monitor clinical responses in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),breast cancer,and colorectal cancer(CRC).An analysis of cfRNA as a method for measuring PD-L1 expression with comparison to clinical responses was also performed in the NSCLC ***:Blood samples were collected from 127 patients with metastatic disease that were undergoing therapy,52 with NSCLC,50 with breast cancer,and 25 with *** was purified from fractionated plasma,and following reverse transcription(RT),total cfRNA and gene expression of PD-L1were analyzed by real-time polymerase chain reaction(qPCR)using beta-actin expression as a surrogate for relative amounts of cfDNA and *** the concordance study of liquid biopsies and tissue biopsies,the isolated RNA was analyzed by RNAseq for the expressions of 13 *** had to close the study early due to a lack of follow-up during the Covid-19 ***:We collected a total of 373 blood *** cfRNA PCR signals after RT were about 50-fold higher than those of *** was detected in all patients,while cfDNA was detected in 88%of them.A high concordance was found for the expression levels of 13 genes between blood and solid tumor *** in cfRNA levels followed over the course of treatments were associated with response to therapy,increasing in progressive disease(PD)and falling when a partial response(PR)*** expression of PD-L1 over time in patients treated with immunotherapy decreased with PR but increased with ***-treatment levels of PD-L1 were predictive of response in patients treated with ***:Changes in cfRNA correlate with clinical response to the *** cfRNA may be useful in predicting clinical ***-L1 gene expression may provide a biomarker to predict response to PD-L1 inhibition.

目的探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α（HIF-1α）对恶性肿瘤细胞侵袭性生长的作用机制.方法人骨肉瘤细胞株经缺氧处理后,通过定点诱变来构建HIF-1α（PP）突变体.CD-1裸鼠双侧皮下注射肿瘤液观察肿瘤发生.细胞种植2周后计算群落数,评价肿瘤细胞的锚定不依赖性生长.细胞增殖使用发光法细胞活力进行检测.细胞侵袭通过计算侵袭性细胞总数.结果 HIF-1α-c-Myc通路和HIF-1α-ARNT通路的功能通过定点诱变的方式在HIF-1α稳定的条件下分别被抑制活性.随着肿瘤抑制活性的降低,HIF-1α（PP）和HIF-1α（PP）＋RFC细胞的锚定不依赖性生长均有大幅增加,群落数分别为1480±8和1750±***-1α（PP）及HIF-1α（PP）＋RFC致肿瘤性为100%,而US201及HIF-1α（PP）＋VAT则无致肿瘤性.同时,它们的细胞增殖和人工基底膜侵犯也有显著增加,HIF-1α（PP）及HIF-1α（PP）＋VAT细胞活性增为11 000±3和10 900±5,而HIF-1α（PP）＋RFC及HIF-1α（PP）＋RFC＋VAT细胞活性为2210±6及1880±8.但是HIF-1α-c-Myc通路的失活阻止了这种增势,侵袭力下降为20%.肿瘤细胞获取侵袭性恶性特质需要H1F-1α-c-Myc通路.结论 HIF-α-c-Myc通路通过基因变异,在肿瘤恶化的缺氧调节中起着关键作用,进而导致恶性肿瘤局部浸润和上皮细胞-间充质转化.

论文以某石灰石矿山为背景,针对矿山开采过程中存在的问题,以装药结构对爆堆形态分布的影响为主线,采用理论分析、GDEM-BlockDyna数值模拟及现场优化试验相结合的方法,展开了台阶爆破爆堆形态分布研究,分析了爆堆形态随装药结构的变化规律。爆堆松散度和抛掷距离会随着间隔段上部装药比例的增加先上升后下降,而爆堆高度总体呈下降趋势,但在空气间隔比例较大时会先减小后增加,爆堆坡面角会随着间隔段上部装药比例的增加而增加,但比例过高时则会下降。研究成果表明:爆堆形态随装药结构呈现出一定的变化规律,通过数值模拟方法,有效优化了装药结构,改善了现场爆堆形态,提升了矿山经济效益,可以为类似矿山生产提供指导。

We report the vegetative proliferation and new phenomenon of ＂secondary proliferated inflorescences＂ In the grass Ischaemum barbatum Retz, as determined by anatomical analysis of prepared sections of inflorescences. Leaves and shoots could be developed from the original splkelets of Inflorescences and plantlets developed when these shoots were transplanted to moist soil. ＂Secondary proliferated Inflorescences＂ is the first name here because some inflorescences that developed inadequacy are grown from the splkelet on the mother Inflorescence. Our investigation showed that this form of vegetative proliferation and secondary proliferated inflorescences development of L barbatum has arisen following late autumn fires of the previous year. It Is suggested that the sudden onset of a fire could lead to a hormone Imbalance or a chemical induction, which results in ephemeral vegetative proliferation even secondary proliferated inflorescences development in wild populations.

A Megatheropod Tooth from the Early Cretaceous of Fusui, Guangxi, Southern China

A nearly complete right maxillary or left dentary tooth（NHMG 10858） from the Lower Cretaceous Xinlong Formation of the Napai Basin, Fusui County, Guangxi, southern China, is described. The tooth is large in size, with a CBL of 37 mm. Given the geological age and its crown morphology, including the size, it is most likely that the tooth belongs to a carcharodontosaurid. The recovered specimen represents one of the largest theropod teeth hitherto reported from the Early Cretaceous of Asia.
